Every time I went back to my hometown when I was a child, I would come back with my parents after eating bamboo shoots and duck rice at my hometown on the side of the road. Later, my father also researched it himself, and it was a dish that went well with rice.

If you don't have ginger powder, you can substitute slices of ginger

Cut the bamboo shoots into small pieces

After the duck meat is cut into pieces, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and flying water.
