Tofu with tomato sauce
Sweet and sour, the perfect combination of crispy tofu and sweet and sour sauce, suitable for all ages! Rich in protein!

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Prepare a piece of tofu (regular tofu is fine, I use my own peanut tofu)
-
Split in two from the middle
-
Cut into moderately thick slices
-
Wrap in egg wash (this step is not easy to operate, it is recommended that novices can remove it, and go directly to the next step: coating the starch)
-
Then glue with dry starch
-
Spray some oil in a nonstick frying pan and heat up
-
Spread with sliced tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides
-
I clearly feel that the tofu is crispy on the outside, and I will set it aside
-
Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry in a bowl of juice that has been stirred well
-
Stir-fry until fragrant, add water and cook until the soup is thick
-
Pour in the fried crispy tofu
-
Stir-fry well
-
Reduce the juice so that all the tofu slices are evenly covered with the viscous broth and serve on the plate
-
Put it on a plate, you can also sprinkle some decorations if you have cooked black and white sesame seeds at home!
