Great food dishes to choose from. Chef on deck is awesome! They dont ever get my order wrong. They always make my order right just the way I like it. Thanks guys. šŸ’šŸ’œ

Number one kitchen not the greatest restaurant in the hood. Prices are a little high. And the food is sometimes good sometimes bad. Also some of the staff will try to cheat you on the price by raising it a quarter or 50 Cent higher than the menu price.. two staff members are very rude. And there's no free delivery they always charge you a dollar or two to deliver even if your under 3 miles away.

Ordered 3 orders of wings that came out to 18 and change the wings were literally smaller than my pinky . I have never seen such small wings in my life. When I called to address the situation they said they got a small batch that day but when I spoke to the manger they said that’s how small there wings always are , basically just trying to say anything to get me off the phone the lady put me on hold and than eventually just hung up on me and when I called back they said there’s nothing they could do about it . PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE EVER JUST CALL ANOTHER RESTAURANT.

This food was horrible I will never order from here again pricing is reasonable but I’d rather pay a lil more for better food the grease they cooked my chicken and fries in was old the fries were stale the chicken was burnt and it had a funny taste no good wouldn’t recommend AT ALLā€¼ļø

This place is really bad, we specifically asked for a pan fried flounder and they gave us steamed flounder instead and it wasn’t even cooked properly it was discusting we end up throwing it away. Be careful everyone the place may look clean but the way they handle our food is another, Really awful!!

Great food here and very nice restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the wait wasn’t long. Loved how they had the kids decorate the restaurant

Better for pick up I will not be ordering again my driver argued with me that he called my phone I did not get anything sent to me. Long story short my meal was 12.50 I told the driver that I never said he can have a tip so I'm supposed to get 7.50 back and I only get 5$ so he took 2.50 it's not about the tip it's the rudeness I keep dealing with and now 2.50 taken without permission I called the shop and the guy said next time he will give me two dollars credit there is no next time I am officially done all that for a order of crab ragoon a beef and cheese egg roll and a soda 12.50 and a headache no thank you. Edit: The beef and cheese eggroll I can't break or bite it's solid like a brick

This is absolutely ONE of the WORST Chinese food places on the island. Everything is either always hard or or doesn’t even taste like food to begin with OR COOKING IT ALL THE WAY . Please pleasee please save your money or suggest spending it elsewhere where . I’m truly scared there not even feeding the people actual food . Please be aware and always CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE

I’m at work I ordered food for my son. These prejudice foreigners had the audacity to charge my card and withhold the food from my son because he could not produce my ID. People of color do not order from this establishment. Do not order or pick up from a place that doesn’t value your business in your neighborhood. I have boycotted Asian establishments for this reason beauty supply stores and restaurants alike!

So here I am, ordered something right after I got off the Atlantic City bus. Go home and serve myself a couple of spoons into a small bowl. Didn't actually look at my food, but I sat to eat some while speaking to my hubby. Bitten on something that tasted vile. I couldn't make up what it was... but if I had to guess... nasty, nasty & nasty. It appeared to be extra protein with extra legs abs from the big one. If not a part of a mice stomach. Whatever i spit up was very dark... but unrecognizable.

Honestly, the food itself is good, but I pride myself as a Crab Rangoon enthusiast. The Crab Rangoons here are a 2/10. They’re soggy, at times fishy, and the cottage cheese is curdled. I believe if they used traditional Philadelphia cream cheese and a thinner dough, they would be significantly better. Overall, I’d skip over the Rangoons and stick to the meals.

Limited seating. The outside glass door is open so they built a wood and plastic enclosure - freezing. Supplies were stacked up 8 ft high, 10 ft wide and almost the depth of our 4-person booth. Mexican menu is good and accommodating. The East Asian menu is still great.

They sent us rotten broccoli that was completely inedible, so we had to throw it away. When we called to explain the situation, the lady acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and insisted it was fresh, despite sending us the rotten broccoli. I wouldn't even feed that food to my pets. My sister had a similar experience. She found fingernails in her food. Despite her warnings I continued to order now, I learned my lesson. Overall, I do not recommend this place. I regret my decision, and if I could give zero stars, I would."

My wife and I enjoy our food we order from here. The food is fresh and hot.

I’ve eaten here two times so far. First time was pre-pandemic and during the summer. I believe I ordered same dish too: beef & broccoli with brown rice. But I got caught off guard by how big the portion size was the first time around. So today when I had a hearty appetite and hadn’t eaten all day, it seemed like a good move to hit up Fortune Cookie before going to Stop & Shop supermarket a few doors down. It was warm indoors (respite from the 30-something degree weather outside), plenty of seating, clean appearance, and complimentary green tea dispenser along with sugar. I ordered beef & broccoli combination which came with (pork) egg roll. Very hearty serving size! The price considering was fair: about $13. (They do accept credit /debit cards & Apple Pay.) There was a tv showing NY1 News. I took my time enjoying my meal which was hot and tasted good. One important note based on a lifetime of eating Chinese food: If the hot mustard comes in a little cup instead of those ubiquitous packets, watch out! It’s going to hit different—just a drop or two of the cup one is WAY MORE zesty than an entire packet and you will feel a mighty exodus take place in your nasal passages. So if you like hot mustard, make sure you get extra napkins. I chilled out in Fortune Cookie for maybe close to 20 minutes. When I told the pleasant lady who took my order that I wanted it to stay, she brought food to me at the table. Solid 4 stars. No complaints. Two other things to note: I believe this is the rare Chinese restaurant that doesn’t sell ā€œ4 chicken wings and French fries.ā€ Also, thankfully, they don’t charge you $1 extra for brown rice. There are places that do that—penalize you for trying to eat healthy—and I hate it. Please be careful around parking lot/sidewalk entrance where Dunkin Donuts is: Drivers are not always paying attention to pedestrians and sadly, tragically, I did see a horrible tragedy happen at the shopping plaza entrance near Fortune Cookie.

The rice is bland. The chicken is big which means its altered chicken. Only 2 pieces of chicken but cut to make it seem like 4. The customer service is good. The place is clean. The food is below sub par.

This place is disgusting and you can order 40.00 dollars worth of food and they’ll give you one duck sauce and soy sauce. Then tell you, you have to ask for condiments if you want 2 sauces. Don’t order from these people, they are rude and the food is nasty, and they are selling fake pork ribs , one of mines came with a bird/cat claw. Order from another place. They rush you so they can get your money. Check your bag when they come and do not tip them because something is going to be missing. They are also sending burnt food.

It was good, could be better. When I ordered from here, I remembered something Tupac said. "They got money for wars, but can't feed the poor." We're all struggling and when I saw that cruel video making fun of another Human, I just knew I had to come support. Who's to say the rich aren't laughing at us for being poor? We're all human. Let's be kind.

Empire is definitely my place to go when I’m craving Chinese food. I usually order the chicken chow Mein and my Wonton In Egg Drop Soup which this is the only place that I feel makes the soup perfect. I just order Thai Basil Chicken , which I have to say it was delicious definitely be ordering that more often. All the years eating from Empire I never had a bad experience.

I came here because I just tooked a break doing UE deliveries and decide to go to a chincese place. When I ordered the Chow Main Shrimp and a tea, pay and wait patiently. When the girl at the front desk gaved me or receive the plate, for my surprise that looks like something else. For me it does looks like lobster sauce or something, plate looks slammy/sloppy and not apetizing and they didnt gaved me the tea that I request it. I went back to the girl and explain what kind of food is this one? She reply and told me that I maybe was thinking ā€œLo Mainā€ and not Chow Main. But didnt offer an exception of exchange the correct plate. In addition to this the rice felt uncooked! Ive been 30 years in Staten Island and have ate chinese all my life. I dont know what kind of service is this but for sure I wont comeback! This is a restaurant with poor quality overall. I know because I am a Chef in NYC and I do UE on the side. I know what is good service and poor service in the kitchen. This is a poor service served.

If I could give zero starts I would I ordered food from this place food has okay , but the delivery driver guy literally assaulted me and harassed me just because I didn’t tip…. I didn’t had cash on me since I payed online , he then almost proceeded to put his hands on me I was really scared because I was alone I just grabbed my food and came inside as fast as I could. But yeah such a bad experience not ordering ever again!

I'm very disappointed. I was craving chinese food for the first time in a long time, so I decided to order from here. So, the homemade iced tea is the inky thing that I liked.. the pork egg rolls were sooo greasy. We ordered chicken wings with French fries. They hardly gave any fries and they were very soggy. I also ordered vegetable pan fried noodles. This is the only place that put the brown sauce in the same container as the noodles and vegetables, very soggy and not good. Who does that? It's usually put in a separate container so that doesn't happen. How am I supposed to enjoy soggy and greasy food fifty something dollars down the drain now. Now I wish I used a different place. Oh, and at first they forgot all of the egg rolls. I was told that it was never put in the order, even though I remember telling them. Would not recommend.
