Sushi (Minimalist Version)
This is the most common and convenient way to make sushi, and you can basically use the ingredients you always have at home and make it according to the steps of making sushi.

Before making it, the ingredients for sushi must be prepared, i.e., bamboo curtains, roasted seaweed, or moss.

Carrots, cucumbers, crab fillets cut into strips, the same length as moss slices;
Eggs are fried into quiches and cut into strips;
Warm white rice (slightly softer) add sushi vinegar, cooked sesame seeds, and sesame oil and stir well. -
Place a sheet of nori on the sushi bamboo curtain and lay out the rice from left to right.
Use light force. The rice should be spread loosely and not flattened, so that it will taste good. Leave a 3 cm width
on the outside of the seaweed, arrange the cucumbers, egg strips, crab sticks, and carrots in order, and squeeze some salad dressing. -
When rolling with the bamboo curtain, push the thumb forward, and press the other four fingers inward, so that the roll will not fall apart. Roll into rice rolls and cut into small pieces. When cutting with a knife, rub some water on the blade so that it will not stick.

These materials can be made into two trays of 16-18 rolls. It's so delicious, I ate it while making it, and I ate only 5 of the two sushi pieces in one go. With the rest of the ingredients, make a bowl of vegetable soup.

The next day, I made two more to reinforce my sushi skills. The ingredients are simpler, cucumber, ham sausage, egg strips, carrots.

On the basis of cucumber, ham sausage, egg strips, and carrots, apple pieces are added, and the whole sushi roll seems to be a lot bigger, and salad sauce is added, making it crispier and more delicious.
