Cut the fish tofu into thick strips, shred the carrots, remove the leaves of the celery, clean and cut into sections.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish tofu slightly, cut the dough into golden brown and serve. (My pot is big, I don't put it on the side)

Add some cooking oil, sauté the shredded carrots, stir-fry until soft, and then add celery.

Stir-fry well and add oyster sauce.

Stir-fry a few times. Turn off the heat.

Serve.
