Cordyceps flowers steamed pork ribs, the meat is tender and delicious

Cooking Instructions

1. Wash the cordyceps flowers and pork ribs and set aside, add the sauce in the ingredients to the pork ribs, stir evenly and marinate for 30 minutes;

3. Spread the cordyceps flowers evenly on the dish:

5. Add 600g of water to a Timco blender pot;

   

6. Put it in the steamer, after the water is boiled over high heat, put the cordyceps flower pork ribs in the steamer;

   

7. Cover the pot and steam over high heat for 10 minutes;

   

8. Out of the pot;

   

9. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped green onions to garnish;
