You can tell the food has been sitting out too long once you bight in. It may have been ok if it was fresh. However this was soggy. The sauces one the meat were ok but still lacked flavor. They use pretty much exclusively dark meat from what I can tell based on my orange chicken. The staff was very nice but the food is not worth it at all. I think the sauce with the egg rolls maybe had ketchup in it based on the flavor. The chow mein was pretty good though.

Most authentic Chinese food in the tunnels. It’s also my new go-to place for lunch in One Allen Center. There’s hardly any line and the staff is friendly! It’s steam tables for Chinese food cooked daily. I’ve had the salt & pepper pork, salt & pepper fish, curry chicken, and pork belly. All are tasty and feel authentic! I’ve tried the egg roll and the sesame balls, but the sesame balls are my favorite. I recommend going for the 1 entree combo and do a split between cabbage and rice as shown in my photos. Makes for a tasty balanced meal🤣.

Lets start with the fact that a slice of 1 pizza in a combo came out almost 23$ way overpriced. But since i ordered it i paid it and tried to move on. But why did they not even leave the slice in the oven for longer then five seconds. It was cold and the cheese did not melt all the way thru and the pizza dough was not fully cooked either. The pasta was soggy, chewy and flavorless. Overall experience was horrid and I WILL NEVER EVER eat there again! We threw the food out and basically was left uneaten.

They are so wrong selling this slice for 6+ and NO SAUCE . It would taste so much better! And they didn’t heat it up they just cut and gave it to me which I remember they use heat it up before serving .

The food and service was okay. But the fried rice tasted like it wasn't fully cooked all the way.

This is the WORST Asian food I have every tasted! The meat tasted out-of-date and looked like it was boiled. The fried rice tasted like it was a week old. I ordered the chicken mushroom and they decided to put zucchini in it, and I ordered the broccoli beef. The cardboard container must have been tilted because all the juices were coming out of it and the bag was delivered wet and sticky. To top it all off, it was expensive! I don't mind paying a high price for what I want but I expect to get what I pay for. If you appreciate good food, DO NOT EAT HERE. I am not sure if this is true for all locations but I know it to be true for the UH main campus location. JUST AWEFUL!!

The food station was empty with no fresh food. So I asked if they was going to cook fresh food. Remarks was no. It's 11:45 am. So the manager Remarks was I know how this will play out. When they did fix the fresh steak it was hard and dry!!!@ I cannot believe they are feeding this food to students 😩 I will never purchase my food from here ever. Food Very nasty and disrespectful.

Probably the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Soggy and poor quality food. Lack of a variety of veggies. No appropriately sized bags for orders. No cups offered for water.

This was my first time eating here. My food was hot and fresh and I love the portion size! The service I received was exceptional.

MAGGOTS AND WORMS IN THEIR FOOD!!! i will not be back. i showed my plate that had a GREEN worm on it and they refused a refund because i ate some already. they tried to offer me MORE food instead of just giving me my $10 back. i look up the kind of worm and google said its common for rotten meat/food. i’ve been throwing up with horrible food poisoning. get your food poisoning too for a small $10 price 🤮

Didn’t really get to talk to anyone. Someone came out of the kitchen and asked if I had a pickup order then sent it out on a robot. I was there at my pickup time but the food was pretty cold already (don’t expect piping hot dumplings but it was colder than expected). Then our soup dumplings didn’t seem to have any soup in them and the meat looked extremely raw, not sure how the dough got cooked but the meat didn’t. Picture attached. Wound up “steaming” them in a pan so we could actually eat them. Flavor was okay on what we ate.

Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I ordered shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp, no white onions, extra bean sprouts extra egg and this is what I got… shrimp friend rice, bok choy, mushrooms, green beans and carrots and i can’t spot not one egg n this. Called to complain and the “manager” says the cooks do whatever they want. Asked to talk to the owner… you can’t because she is n china! While I was there a lady called and complained she was sent shrimp dumplings instead of the pork they ordered… also there’s a shellfish allergy n her home. Basically if you are allergic to anything do not eat here because it may be your last meal and you can’t even speak to someone who care because she’s n china.

I got DoorDash so can’t really speak on anything but the food. It was great! Unsure what the negative reviews are about but our food was flavorful and spicy. The shrimp toast was crispy and delicious. No issues. Would order again.

I ordered General Tso’s chicken with friend rice and both were delicious! The rice could use a little extra pizazz (there were no peas or carrots in mine) but the chicken was amazing, broccoli had a nice crunch. Contrary to other negative reviews (give me a break people), I had a great experience ordering from here on a busy Friday night and the food was ready right on time. I saw a review mention that the portions aren’t large enough. Photo attached for reference, you can easily make 2-3 meals from 1 order. And for less than $15, that’s great value these days.

The people at this location are unprofessional and they constantly make mistakes!! From messing up the orders to the food. It’s either the workers are not communicating or they are making incompetent mistakes. The manager today that had to do my refund because a worker overcharged me. He didn’t even say anything to me and I stared at him until he acknowledged me. He was acting like I did something wrong. I didn’t overcharge myself. his name is Erick and the new worker, her name is Bella. But by the looks of the reviews, these things have been going on. I am just so sick of horrible customer service. You could’ve least apologise for overcharging me and then the new work of Bella she didn’t even know they had beyond orange chicken just a month ago she told me it was a year and a half ago.

Now I see why they only have three stars. When they only deserve one unfortunately I went through the drive-through here and the girl at the drive-through window cannot only not follow instructions to complete an order. But I also got my order and was missing part of my order. When I tried to call the location, no one answered after three attempts I just gave up. I guess they just got over on me and I paid for some food that I did not receive. Unfortunately, I made it all the way home to find this out. If you go to this location, please check your order before you leave because they never follow directions here.

I try to leave more positive reviews then negative but in this case I cannot. I have eaten here a handful of times since they opened and usually that is because they mail out a BOGO coupon. Today, the server was quite impolite, very unfriendly, and mumbled anytime she said something (my hearing is fine)- I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I got the chicken Teriyaki and it was very bland. This has been my experience each time I have gone here. The rating of this place is a true reflection of the food and the attitude of its employees. There are far better options in the area for similar pricing.

It is literally 8:21 pm and this specific store does not close until 10:30. They don’t have half of the food anymore, no rice, mostly none of the protein items & everytime we ordered any of the sides (like teriyaki chicken) she said they didn’t have any. I understand if a store runs out of certain foods but the service was just terrible. My family of 5 came in and ordered (it was obvious we were together) and the lady at the front rang us up separately, didn’t ask us any questions, if we wanted any drinks, just “$13.65” and walks away.. we had to get her attention several times and everytime she seemed very dismissive. honestly ruined the mood. I never thought i would write a bad review like this.

The chow mein is very bland and simple it could use some more veggies to make it more flavorful, the teriyaki chicken is pretty decent, the honey shrimp is to much sweet. Overall a just okay Chinese restaurant, there are better options at the mall.

This used to be a good place and good tasting food. Recently tried it again and it’s just nasty. Not even my dog wanted to eat it. Sorry but they need to bring back the quality food and taste or else this place is going to close soon.

We ordered ramen and chicken buffalo spring rolls. The chicken inside of the spring rolls was uncooked. Had the texture of salmon sashimi. I’m so grossed out. My kid ate a whole roll before I tried it and noticed the raw chicken. Praying we can make it home without getting sick.

Great atmosphere, okay food, sky high prices, but surprisingly bad service. Expect to spend at least $50/ person, and only see a server to drop off food. You'll set your own table and get your own water.
