Order delivery young lady that took my order was very nice. Food was delivered on time and was hot. Delivery guy was super nice and seemed very friendly. I ordered beef and shrimp fried rice, egg rolls and some of those cream cheese things I can't remember the name of. All items tasted great and fresh. Big portions enough Food to have for lunch the next day. I will definitely ordered again thanks for a great dinner.

These people are rude and racist. The food is nasty. The advertise 10pc of wings and fried rice for 8.55$ but never have any wings except once out of 5 times I tried and that one time she told me they would only give me 6 wings for the same price as the 10 pc. It also smells terrible in there. The mom has terrible customer service and VERY RUDE. the son and daughter just sit there and ignore you while you are ordering and play in their phones. And they always have on the same clothes

Fast food award of the day. They got 5 orders in less than 10 minutes. Amazing. The food is what you would think fast food would be. The employee was very nice and quick. Good job Panda Express. And the building is pretty new. I hope they keep it in good shape.

Do not waste your time or money...this location has toddler size entree portions. It was a crime to even call them "entrees". I ordered the broccoli beef, honey fried shrimp, anad fried rice. The shrimp entree was six tiny shrimp, but the broccoli beef was even smaller. Under an a few stalks of broccoli was 3 tiny slivers of beef. All the beef was literally smaller than a single piece of the shrimp. I will never eat there again, one time was one time too many.

I am so annoyed with this place…. the amount of cabbage or whatever the heck they put in the chow main is literally insane…. this is the amount of noodles we had compared to cabbage……… Almost a full container of just the veggies? WHERE’S THE NOODLES?!?!?!?!? Fried rice was hard and not fully cooked… Mostly white. The orange chicken was at least fresh and just made but we stayed in the line for 17 minutes while we waited so i guess that’s a thing too?????? So disappointed… Fix your veggie to noodle ration… and higher people that actually care about “decent” food going to their customers smh. Not these damn teenagers who just need a job for a check and won’t actually make the food properly. I get that it’s “fast food” and not gourmet but honestly it’s NOT even FAST and not even considered decent.

Orange chicken and the Beijing chicken was delicious except for the fried rice and noodles, they were dry and seemed like it had no soy sauce. The drive thru attendant was friendly. They almost forgot our side of noodles as well.

This location (new AT&T Stadium) is consistently bad. Gave em 3 chances and all 3 times the food tastes different from every other location I've even been to. Never again.

Food was cold immediately when I got it. Long lines, no flavor, brocolli undercooked. Employee tried to give me some beef but there was almost none in the tray.

I absolutely love their food! It's delicious and affordable. My friends and I never miss an opportunity to go there and enjoy a meal. It's a must-try spot at the Northeast food court.

Food was absolutely terrible. Got the pepper steak and not even sure if it was steak. Had no flavor and really bland. Rice wasn't warm and was more like Mexican rice. The spring roll was not cruncy and the inside of it was mushy. Couldn't even finish my meal. From all the bad reviews and people getting sick, im surprised this place is still open.

Spend your money elsewhere. First time at Panda Express in years. My wife and I went for dinner and stood in line. A manager and a teen were behind the counter working on orders and were never once acknowledged. We thought maybe things had changed and went to the cashier to order, who then told us to go stand back in line where we were, and we'd get helped. The manager then tells the young man to help. The cashier forgot to add items to my ticket and scolded me when I paid that I didn't pay for other said items and asked my wife if she wanted sauce, to which she said yes. The cashier just throws the sauce packets to her. The food (orange chicken and crab rangoons) were old and soggy. The egg roll was hard and dry. The only thing going for us was the Coke and the fortune cookies. I'd leave negative stars if I could. Never again Panda Express.

I am going to Freddy's Frozen Custard across the street. 3715 South US hwy. 75 Sherman, Tx At least the food is freshly made there!! I have been waiting 30 min this round is drive. And every car that makes it to the speaker is told to wait. Panda is our go to but this location isn't ran very well. Bottom of the barrel in the Panda chain. Every time I sit in drive thru 20 min and then the food is always old. I don't blame the employees at this point it's the managers and higher up. Find people that care and fire the ones that do not. Very simple. Someone has invested a lot into this place. Do not let it go to waste!!

Waited in the drive through line for about 15 minutes total. Every time we come to this location they are SLOW. This time we sat for about 8 minutes at the window before being acknowledged. During that time we could see there was no one inside waiting to be helped, there was an employee walking around with his drink, 2 employees on their phones, and one standing at the cash register.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! The guy working the drive-thru said they were out of honey walnut shrimp so we offered to wait for it, he said it was to close to closing & they couldn't make anymore. We get to the window & they ask us to park because they are having to make the firecracker steak & shrimp. I found it strange they could make one but not the other & asked about getting the honey walnut shrimp & the guy rudely told me again it's to close to closing. We proceed to wait around 15 minutes for our food then get home & the order is WRONG. They plate with half 'n half only has noodles. The other plate also only had noodles (as ordered). We try to call the restaurant back with no answer. We've had issues here before but this was ridiculous. Get it together guys. At 8 pm, there is no way you are doing cooking for the day unless you aren't serving fresh food

Food lacked flavor, but the price was fair. Bbq chicken was dry and orange chicken had too much batter not enough meat.Staff was good. Atmosphere was dead, not like the old times when it was fast paced and packed.

This employee who never wanted to give me her name because of the poor service she gave me, comes back to her because and I told her if she could please change the orange chicken, because it had a bad taste, it was too tough, and her response was very rude, she told me that I was an annoying person, and she gave me vegetables, I told her to sell them to me and she didn't want to either, how can they have people like her working like that eating in the food line, she doesn't wash her hands and is also despotic, I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he wasn't there, this type of situation is intolerant when you spend 50 dollars on 3 plates of disgustingly poorly made food.

Food has no flavor, half of the “chicken” was just breading that almost broke my tooth. Do not recommend eating here. The place should be shut down

I recently visited Chinese Gourmet Express and was happy with what I ordered. Despite the 2.9 overall, the food was actually quite tasty. I received a pile of food for a low price. Although I wouldn't call this gourmet, it was good mall food court Chinese. Maybe I just went on a good day, but I'd come back.

Mediocre experience today. Food overall tastes exceptional, in no way does it taste inedible. However, the food is very obviously frozen and possibly even freezer burned and you can tell by the taste. If thats a negative factor for you, you wont like it.

My family ordered beef and broccoli but we didn't get any broccoli at all, Then we also ordered Lo Mein as a side and We didn't get that either, And to make this the cherry on the top for a terrible place, The server helping us was very rude, giving us rude glances thinking we didn't see. I wouldnt even recommend this place to anyone at all, and to the owner of this place, please work better on your employees attitudes and the quality and accuracy of the food cause this was $92 and trust me me and my family are never ordering from you all again😑

Cashier in morning is always rude and rolls her eyes have a sign that states sanitary purposes only for employees to hand u a cup but employee handling money and passing out cups. The logic is not there. Glad this is my last day here at the bistro the cafeteria at university hospital is awesome

Today me and my family were visiting a family member in the hospital, we were hungry so we decided to try the Sky Bistro and let me just say when we walked into the Sky Bistro the food smelled so delicious. I got chicken tenders and fries and my kids got the cheeseburger with fries and the food was so good so hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend eating here they have pretty good amount of food options. There is also a small store gift shop in there and a small Starbucks so something for everyone especially you Starbucks lovers.
