Line takes so long food was cold. Orange chicken was a lot of tiny breading pieces. Power greens were hot and fresh. Chow mein had no flavor.

I ordered the broccoli and steak bowl over rice. Only to find, that after 3 pieces of steak, it was just a bowl of rice and broccoli. Not to mention my cherry coke being flatter than the Earth. Just a location issue. Other Pandas are great.

We used to love it here. Wanted to reminisce some old times and went there for dinner. Ugh. We were eating in but the food came in a bag. The fried shrimp were soggy, everything tasted extra salty. The service seemed to cater to door dash instead of actual customers. We were the only ones sitting in the dining room and not once did anyone approach to ask about our meal. It felt grimey and we felt like we were interrupting and inconveniencing the staff by dining in. I hope they get their act together or we won’t be returning. Covid is over bring back good customer service, please.

Don't eat none of their shrimp egg rolls, I spit food out maybe 2 in my life this was the 3rd. It had some type of slimy filling with 1 shrimp with a weird taste that I could get out of my mouth. I still taste the slim. OMG, and the previous time the fried chicken was flavorless. Egg rolls taste store brought with no flavor. I gave it another chance because it was close to my house. I will Never ate there again. I will drive 100 miles before I eat here again. Hope I don't get sick. The sweet and sour chicken was okay. Don't do it

I placed an order of General Taos Chicken w/rice to go from UberEats and there was a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. I’ve never had food from here, and gave it a try. When I arrived, the heavy weight from the bag made me think I got the wrong order, but it had my name on it. I got home and the portions were enormous and one order could definitely feed 2 with leftovers. The chicken was great, fresh and tasty, and the rice container was packed and plentiful, & perfectly cooked. I will definitely be returning!

Food is absolutely amazing and you get to always decide your level of spiciness. The cashier had a terrible attitude when I came in to order. They have great incentives dependant on how much you order! Will definitely have to go back there. Probably my favorite chinese food out here so far.

If I could give zero stars, I would. On April 18th, we got a family meal that was absolutely inedible. The orange chicken was mushy and tasted like it was made the day before, not only that, but it had no sweetness to it, it just tasted like vinegar and red paper flakes. The fried rice was dry like it had been sitting out for a while, and the super greens were way over seasoned. My wife immediately went on the website to complain. We got a confirmation email that said someone would get back to us within a day or two. Four subsequent complaints later, we keep getting emails that the complaint was received, but they are backlogged. It has now been almost 2 weeks and no one from corporate has reached out to us. No one from the store has reached out to us. At this point I just want my money back. I feel like I just had $40 taken out of my wallet because no one could eat any of the food we ordered.

Came here for the first time today, October 23rd and had dinner. The food was barely warm, it was more flavorless than usual and the portion size seemed smaller than usual. I had a Coke to drink and it looked full.of syrup, there was not much Coke flavor. Hopefully next time I come here they will be better.

My rice is burnt and chicken barely has any meat inside. Very disappointing

I came through the drivethru tonight after a rough day and the sweetest lady took my order. She was so kind and had the biggest smile in her face and my food was delicious! 10/10 from me she deserves a raise for being so sweet!!!!!

We had dinner tonight and the food was great. Had generals Taos chicken? (I think that’s what’s called) husband liked it, my daughter had the orange chicken and I had a Vietnamese dish with grilled pork, egg meatloaf, fried egg and veggies (can’t remember the name 🥹). Everything was good and it arrived within 5-minutes. Oh I also had the steamed dumplings, some crunchy pastry with crab inside, and wonton soup!! As you can see it was a lot of food! We took 3 boxes home. Large portions for sure!! Will be back

Employees are too comfortable in the dining area. Very disruptive and gross. Listening to loud YouTube videos and generally just being more annoying than all the door dash drivers that do the same thing. Employees should not be this casual in the dining area next to paying customers. This has happened nearly every time I’ve eaten here, This was not a rare occasion.

The seating area is bigger than expected. Their fried noodles taste better than Chinese fast food like panda express. Their shrimps are big and fresh. The cashiers are very friendly both male and female. And their serving dish is a lot.

First try…yes, I’ll be back. Crawfish fried rice is a must. It gave me Cajun style fried rice, like a southern twist to Chinese fried rice. Plus, it has sausage. That will be my go to all the time. We ordered the Singapore noodles too and that was really good. It had BBQ pork (which I haven’t tried) it was cooked just right and the flavor was on point. My favorite was the egg roll…#1 in my book. It had that crunch from when u bite it and the soft filled center packed with flavor. Just make sure you dip it in the sweet and sour sauce to complete it. Order from Great Wall if u haven’t. You won’t be disappointed, unless you order something I haven’t tried.

Pandas soft opening was today 9/9 , the grand opening is 9/10. The drive thru is cash only today. I went inside and as expected there were a ton of employees getting trained. The line moved quickly The food was hot but no fortune cookie with my lunch? I ordered Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken.... time to put this down and eat. Editing my review: Dropping to one star. After eating the only two pieces of orange chicken that actually had chicken in them, I uncovered 20 or more random cashew sized hard fried left over breading chunks. I'm guessing someone used my plate to clean out leftovers in the pan. The fried rice was dry and tasteless, thank goodness for Soy Sauce, but I still only ate a few bites, you can only stand so much Soy Flavor. The best thing was the Walnut Shrimp and it was good. There are too many other places to stop for lunch. Maybe choose something else. Sorry Panda, the Soft Opening today missed its mark. Good luck tomorrow.

I came here on the second day of opening. Place was clean, I did not see any trash on the tables and food was very fresh with large portions. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. It was a lot of people but line was moving very quickly. Love the beyond orange chicken!! It was sooo good!!! I will definitely go back again!

Lady at the take out window is always rude not a thank you nothing! Eggrolls are good but I won’t be returning nobody owe you anything sweetie!!

When did they change the size of the plates? As soon as I received my plate I knew it was way smaller than before. Smh used to be the go to place but not anymore. Orange chicken was also dry and chewy, the changes are noticeable..

Had chicken fried rice delivered. Dry and inedible. Smelled like old, burnt grease. No soy sauce, no sweet and sour. Overall not worth feeding to the dog. Delivery guy was great.

Order on uber eats... the lo mein texture tasted good, but it was a little too salty. The general tso was not flavorful enough and had a different taste compared to others I've had in the past. The food was edible, but no silverware or sauces when receiving the order.

Please listen to the reviews and beware before trying this place. Very bad and bland food. The man who took our order was talking on the phone while taking our order. We had to repeat the order 3 times. It didn’t seem like he spoke English or understood it. We asked for chopsticks and he said he didn’t know what that was. I ordered an extra spicy genera tso and all I got was burnt crispy pieces of chicken or just the outside layer of it. It also tasted like ketchup?? Nothing like the typical general tso. Like I said, I asked for it extra spicy and they added a ton of chiles onto it but it still didn’t taste like it had any spice. Keep in mind that I don’t like extremely spicy food. It also took a long time to get the food even though we were the only ones there. My boyfriend got the sweet and sour chicken and it was also gross. On top of that the rice was cold and crunchy. Extremely expensive for the less than mediocre food you get AND the portions are small.

I'm not sure why the Google rating for this place is so low. I've gone to this place numerous times over the last couple years and have never been disappointed. The food is great, portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and they're open late.
