Avoid the food from here! I ordered noodles, orange chicken, beef with broccoli. Everything is extremely salty. I had to drink a lot of water while eating the food. And I had diarrhea after eating this disgusting food🫠 I’d rather have Wendy’s from next door next time😐

Please avoid. The food was disgusting. The flavor profile was salty and nothing else. I ordered two different chicken entrees and I could barely tell the difference. All I could taste was salt. The noodlees were gross too only slightly less salty. I got to my destination swollen even though I only ate half because I was starving. Chains like this are making us sick.

I complained to the girl in charge, I asked for a regular plate and the service quickly pass the plate to lead you to ask for meats, so they can charge you more money. Shady, I made a complain and the girl quickly disregard, rude and faulty, before make a payment I questioned the charge…I should have left without saying and without the meal…never ever will get cheated in this place!!! Recommend to no one!

Staff were peer pressuring and fail to disclose upcharges and extra costs. Staff picked the size of our plates for us and rushed us without letting us get a word in despite there being no other customers in line. Saw a staff memeber pick his nose and eat it. Food did not slay. Egg rolls were bussing though.

Ordered the bourbon chicken and fried rice. It is absolutely horrible. The rice is white rice not fried rice, no veggies, egg , nor fried at all. The chicken is sliced thin no seasoning covered in an extremely sweet sauce. The pictures are not accurate whatsoever.

I order the food at 11:30pm, and it’s pretty good. I mean where else you get food this late at night lol. I was satisfied 👍 the orange chicken 5 stars was real good the beef and broccoli 4 stars pretty good I just had to add soy sauce to become 5 stars . Good amount too 👍

As pictured, I ordered eggplant in garlic sauce with steamed rice, and bbq ribs. The rice didn’t make it to my bag.. I called and met them know that I didn’t get the rice. He told me there was nothing he could do. This is not the first time they have been utterly rude when you enter the restaurant I will not order here again.

This mold and hair in my food was not why I walked out. The ignorant cashier asked me if I was homeless. . First it was not busy at all . Even the homeless have a right to eat wherever they want

Imagine charging $14 for a bowl of slop and calling it healthy Asian bowls. It takes a lot of talent to make food this bland. Also, they can’t read, since 1/3 of our order wasn’t ready. However, the cherry on the top was them using another restaurant’s to-go bag. 3rd ward deserves better than this.

Food quality is not good, no flavor and not properly cooked. Very disappointed, even the brown rice is not cooked Thoroughly it is still slightly raw. I was looking forward to a lovey dinner , yet I feel like I wasted my money.

We order a pizza last night, the top of it was burned and the dough undercook; drove to the place to ask for a refund, it was closed and nobody answered their three phone numbers that are displayed in social media and at the pizzeria´s marquee...by the way the sign reads "Fliping Pizza"...on Google Maps the photo of the place shows another name for the so called business (Big John´s Pizza). Obviously, I will get my $30 back; from what I can see, they could been preparing, I cannot say cook, the pizzas anywhere else and the address is just a facade; the address is the same as for "House of Pasta", "Flippin Pizza", "Rami´s Pizza #2", "The Calzone Faktory", "House of Wings", "The Pizza Peddler", "John´s Pizza Den, "House of Subs", and "Di Primordine Pizzeria. It is aside of a laundromat...I wonder if the real laundromat is this place.

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT ORDER delivery , or go in! Ordered uber eats: Didn’t receive many of my items and it said I paid for garlic bread , ranch, and chicken (which was “required” on the salad ?? ) DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY DESSERTS I ORDERED. when I called a girl answered and all she could do was say sorry . WASTE OF MONEY !

I understand that this is an airport food court, but I was not anticipating the quality of the food to be this poor. The spicy beef has a texture that is so tough and it appears to be cut in a manner similar to stew. The honey chicken seems to have only been seasoned with the batter, and I cannot detect any chicken. The only dish that appears to be of satisfactory quality is the spicy stir fry noodles.

Wow, this place just needs to be shut down, I should have checked where I was ordering from first... an absolutely disappointing WASTE of my money. My order wasn't right, my "kung pao chicken" has almost no chicken, and everything tastes like its been under a heat lamp since yesterday's lunch. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for such abysmal care for their business. Oh, and did i mention they are $10 EACH?!?! I've had some bad takeout experiences, but wow, this takes the cake, congratulations on being the worst restaurant in the city.

Wow Bao is terrible. I ordered potstickers and bao buns. The potstickers were bland and the Bao buns were awful. The BBQ pork buns tasted nothing like what a BBQ bun should taste like. The beef buns were spicy but had a bitter metallic taste. If you want to try there food, don't order from a delivery service. Just go buy their frozen food from Walmart. Most likely it is the same thing served from these ghost kitchens.

There is no Ginger Chopsticks Restaurant sign board on the address. It is a pure vegan candy store with kitchen attached. Totally absolutely Indian restaurant not Chinese. Nothing related. Do 🚫 fool by the pictures and everything on the ginger Chopsticks Restaurant websites. Do not come for 🎄 Chinese food. It is not it is. Hot and sour soup is not hot and sour soup. Momo is dumpling but only the outlook. Nothing is Chinese cooking you expected. Poor poor poor. Very poor.
