We were greeted as we walked in. It seemed everyone was in a good mood š I ordered the 2 entree plate with orange chicken and beijing beef with a side of grilled teriyaki chicken. Everything was hot, fresh and good.š
This is the best Panda Express Iāve ever been to! Service and food is top quality, I was in and out in less than five minutes! Both morning/night crew goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place š¤©

My go-to place whenever I'm sick and need a good soup highly recommended we have ordered other items on the menu everything is always fresh
I ordered the lunch special āChinatownā; it came with a combination of meat, veggies, fried rice, and egg roll. Great portion for the price (approximately $7.50) and the shrimp and rice were superb. Steak and chicken were a bit over cooked for my preference. But I also ordered a side of chili-oil and egg drop soup that was excellent! I will return for lunch.

First their ai taking orders had said it got my order but then only showed half when I got to the window. Then young lady didnāt heard me but didnāt just took my card and cash. I wanted card payment of 20 and use the cash to cover due to I wanted the cash for something else. She paid with all my cash and covered remaining with card. Comes back didnāt even let me say anything so waited till food came out. Told her about the mistake. She said ok. I canāt do card first so I paid cash first. Which still you can do the math and pay the cash for that amount then card. Didnāt care. Management said couldnāt refund cash and pay total with card. None of them acknowledged their mistake other than the young girl saying oh didnāt hear you right then. Sounding like a Karen but makes you not even want to eat the food after Ai and people not paying attention.
The automated ordering system in the drive thru is horrible. Couldnāt get my order correct after waiting 10 minutes in line. No way to add anything or adjust the order. So I got the wrong food couldnāt even communicate with the drive thru employee because they donāt speak English.

Absolutely the WORST PANDA EXPRESS I have ever had. I had to wait 10 minutes on the beef and broccoli, another 5 minutes on the walnut shrimp, which ended up being 12 minutes longer than the 5 minutes they told me. The lo mein was a 3 minute wait, and all that time I spent waiting on them to cook the food, the food was disgusting š¤¢! Nothing was cooked long enough, everything was rushed. The employees never offered me a drink for the long wait or anything. Panda use to give big servings, now itās the bare minimum. Although this establishment is very clean and big in the inside, the food which is why customers come, is horrible šš½ššš½! I paid $28 for two plates, that my family and I couldnāt even eat. No taste at all, not cooked well (needed to cook longer), and small portions. The Panda Express in River Oaks would never!
first time to Panda in over five years, and the food tasted exactly how I remembered it... service was friendly and quick, and the dining area was clean.

I always have a great experience at and with the Alliance Pei Wei. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. For my latest order, I ordered online, but I accidentally forgot to order one entree. I called directo to the restaurant, and spoke with Louis who said heād be able to add the entree to my order. There were no questions or issues. Louis just fixed my mistake, and I appreciate that so much! My food tasted great as usual.
Best dinner experience ever!!! Maura took good care of our group of 14 that showed up with no notice... Our food was hot, fresh and served very fast; they put tables together to accommodate our group, brought everything we asked for and were incredibly polite and helpful.... Thanks so much to Maura for taking pictures for us and making sure everyones food was served accurately and quickly Highly recommend!!!

Like many other comments, more than half of food selections missing, cook times would make someone miss their lunch break, the items available were left overs from old batch, (cherry on top) food portions super small, I guess they were trying to make whatever little they had available last all lunch. Disappointed š
Good wasnāt enjoyable, so I asked for a refund. āWe canāt do that our manager is not hereā I replied with do you have an assistant manager. They replied āNo sorryā Big question is who in the world is running this establishment when thereās no manager on the floor present. You have Kids singing loud as if weāre in 5th grade. Do not come here, high do NOT recommend.

The food was very good, the orange chicken was delicious (as always). The design of the new location is so nice, you can see where the food is prepared and you can see how they do it. Wendy and the other workers were so kind. All the little kids received cute little panda out of the kindness of the workers heart. I recommend going to this location. ā¤ļø š¼
It has finally opened this Panda express! The inauguration was today and it was pretty cool. Food was great and the staff was super friendly. If you dine in, you will definitely like the style it has. It has a different vibe than any other Panda Express I have been to, in the good way!

Despite what the other older reviews say, I had a good smooth experience while eating here. The food was well prepared and tasted as good as any Panda Express Ive been to.
K was the best thing there we went 6/13/24 at 2 pm and there was other people there but only k was working and being kind. The other young girl there did nothing and was rude didnāt even wear a name tag. But thank you to k for making up for her teams bad behavior. She went on break and the other workers couldnāt even keep up.

janine was great but unfortunately i found what she described as āpieces that fell off the silver scrubā in my food. i didnāt notice it until it cut my mouth as i was chewing. when i called she said she would leave a note for the manager to request a refund but no one ever followed up and i never got my money back despite not being able to finish the food. i come here often on my break but donāt think i can trust the cleanliness of the restaurant after this.
I don't know why this location has bad reviews cause this is literally the best one out there! I've been coming to this location for years and it's never been bad. Amy, the manager, is the best one out there! Food is always fresh, restaurant is always clean and organized, they greet their customers when they walk in, etc. I can go on and on. I've been to many other Panda restaurants and this one is top notch. Keep up the excellent work!

The general TSO chicken was really delicious, fresh, crispy, and plentyful. I also got white rice which came in a separate box which is really good, this way the rice weren't soaked or soggy. Will definitely be trying other items on the menu next time.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTEDā¼ļøā¼ļøā¼ļø Food wasnāt fresh AT ALL. I spend approximately $60 on food from this specific Panda Express location, and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. I asked for a refund, and I was told by a Luis that I couldnāt get a refund without a receipt. Well I told him I didnāt receive a receipt, but here is the food. I politely asked Luis if it was possible to look at my bank transaction, and time to print me a receipt for my order. He still refused with an attitude that he couldnāt print me a receipt for my order, but he could remake the food. At this point I didnāt want the food, I wanted a FULL REFUND! I do not recommend eating at this Panda Express.
So we got an email about the firecracker steak and shrimp that released today inside weed. Come on in and try it out. We've come to find that the location we're at usually isn't our favorite location to go to due to crispiness sometimes with the orange chicken and we tend to go to the 685 location, but we were just curious about this new dish and figured go here. If you get a bigger plate it's enough to feed a couple. I mean there's plenty of food. With the firecracker steak and shrimp being a premium item, there is $1.50 up charge. I believe we were supposed to be charged $3 but we only saw $1.50 of charge for having double portions of that new item. For the third part of our item we got the orange chicken. We also added for the $1.50 for three cream cheese. Ragoos. We usually drink water so we can consume the calories through the food. Total came out to about $16. The shrimp is actually really good and the heat on the sauce was enjoyable. The steak is not the top quality steak you would like but for the type they used it was good but a little tough. For our size we got half chow mein and half super greens. Overall, the new dish experience was good and I high suggest you try it.

As a reminderā people generally donāt review āfast foodā establishments unless itās bad. So these reviews are probably greatly skewed. I had a perfectly pleasant experience there, and after looking at the existing reviews I was compelled to leave my experienceā Great easy Asian food. Everything tasted great and was ready really quickly. Reasonably priced family meal. I ordered online and got a text when the food was ready. Jumped in the drive through line and got the food right away.
Thieves! I ordered the family meal ( comes with 2 sides & 3 entrees). On the menu it's says the walnut shrimp is a regular item but apparently the employee said it was a special item and they have to charge me full price. I said okay and asked if I can have another entree since I'm paying for the 1 of 3. He said no and that it counted as the 3rd... What logic is this... Took pictures and saved my receipt because this is unacceptable.
