This is a solid spot for Chinese food! We went there on a Saturday night without a reservation. Pleasantly, the wait was about 5-10 minutes. The ambiance was cozy and the service was friendly. Plus, our food came out really fast — almost all at once, even though we ordered a lot. Definitely a good place if you’re craving Chinese! I’d come back to try more dishes.

Spicy flavors reign at this Sichuan restaurant with classic dishes done well. Loved the spicy chicken and chili fish broth - both had a good kick and were well portioned. Would come back!

I have never tried Panda Express before but when I did my experience has really good the staff was very friendly and helpful the food is delicious got different options and I got the blazing bullion chicken with the orange chicken and vegetable fried rice but the vegetable fried rice has egg in it and vegetables in it which is amazing.. The blazing bouillon chicken is nice and spicy and the food is absolutely delicious I just wish they would give u double the portions LOL.. Now as far as the egg rolls there's two different options vegetable and chicken which are both good but I have never tried a chicken egg roll and I could say that it was really good. My only critique about this place is that they don't give you any sauce when they put the food in the bag.

When this location gets busy. They tend to rush and undercook the food which is not cool. Either poor management or short staff I'm not sure what the problem is. They also start closing the restaurant way too early. 2 hours before closing and half the seats were put away.

my friend recommended me this place and it ended up being very good. i had never tried a dim sum place before and i really liked that there was a menu you could check off but also a main menu. the food was absolutely delicious, my sister and i both got the orange chicken and it was nice and crispy with enough sauce, as well as a side of white rice which was fresh. we also got chicken dumplings and the taro dumplings from the dim sum menu. i will definitely be back

I’ve dined here once and have done takeouts plenty of time. This time, I picked up some chicken congee and shrimp dumplings which both were tasty. Also the price for the congee is great cause I thought it would be a pint but ended up being a quart. There’s two entrances and one is for takeout and the other is to dine in. Plenty of dim sum options and their beef chow fun is delicious. Love getting their Portuguese egg tarts as well. It’s great not having to trek all the way to Chinatown to get dim sum.

The best rice rolls I’ve ever had! We initially wanted to go to another popular rice roll spot, but they were closed. This place is a little far away from the hub of Chinatown, but so worth the walk. We’re glad we found it! The dough was light and chewy, and the meat was flavorful. The two people working were also super sweet. There’s a little bar area for you to sit and eat, which we enjoyed. Another great rice roll place for you to stop by when you’re in the area!

If you love fresh, perfectly made rice rolls /cheung fun WEST RICE ROLL KING is a must-visit for a snack attack! 😋 The texture was silky and delicate, and the fillings were flavorful and well-balanced. The service was quick and friendly, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. There’s a small counter like 4 seat long to slurp your rolls down or you can order for take out. Whether you’re a fan of classic rice rolls or want to try something new, this spot delivers. Definitely a gem in NYC!

Food here Is very delicious and very affordable. I’ve been going to this particular Chinese Food restaurant for 20 years. I know the people who work there very well and they’ve always treated me but the most respect. Not to mention their food is head and shoulders above other similar restaurants in terms of quality and taste. When I have a cold, I order the chicken soup with rice from this restaurant when I need a late night snack I order the boneless spareribs from this restaurant. When I want to have something healthy I order the Budda delight. This place has something for everyone and every different kind of event.

This location is close to my place and I order takeout from time to time. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited less than 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I ordered the Spicy & Tingly Beef Muscle Hand-Ripped Noodles (extra spicy) and Spicy Asian Cucumber Salad. Both dishes were delicious, and surprisingly, the extra spicy for the noodles weren’t bad at all esp given I have a low tolerance for spice. Pets aren’t allowed but I was able to carry my pup in to order and grab my food.

What a find! Noodles and dumplings were great! If we weren't staying near Central Park we would definitely come here again tomorrow. Great dive place like others have mentioned.

A simple counter-service spot offering rice noodles and rice dishes, though the quality felt a bit off during my visit. The beef noodles were very mild in flavor, while the string beans side dish was overly salty, leading to imbalanced flavors overall. It might have been an off day, but I left feeling underwhelmed.

Fast casual serving authentic chinese food. There is a kiosk or order through the person behind the counter. Then, they give you a number and they call out the food. The wait time was around 10 minutes since it is made to order. I was not expecting to get a lot of meat but for the price it was surprisingly adequate. However, the beef soup was not hot at all. Overall, it is pretty decent food for the amount of you get, but there is still room for improvement. Also, the bathroom could be cleaner.

This is my go to place in Washington Heights. Family owned for decades and their recipes haven't t changed much, and STILL it's amazing food for its price point. This Cuban/ Chinese restaurant makes amazing Spanish dishes and the best boneless chicken crackling. Below is the grilled fish that is fresh and flavorful. Their red beans and frijoles with white rice is money and you need to try their ropa veija that's succulent and tender.

Old school style and service. No frills vibe. Simple menu old school chinese style. I ordered special fried rice, crackling chicken bone in, plantain and a frozen lemonade. Everything was fresh since I was literally waiting at the door when they opened. The chicken was definitely a highlight as others may have mentioned. Delicious, crispy and moist. But the special fried rice, ugh so damned good! Really authentic with a light char flavor that I wasn't expecting but definitely appreciated. The frozen lemonade was perfectly balanced not too sweet nor bland. The plantain was okay. I was enjoying my food so much I lost track of time and damn near pushed a tall, handsome, gentleman out the way to hurry and pay because I had to run to work lol he was a good sport about it though and I apologized. The service was one little asian man running pretty much everything except the kitchen. I tipped him great and left in a hurry but I'll definitely be back for more!

Stopped by for dim sum and food was legit. Definitely true Cantonese flavors. Service was attentive and friendly. Definitely get the duck stir fried with turnip cakes in XO sauce!!

Restaurant was fairly quiet on a Monday night. I was seated promptly. I had tried their other location near Central Park and lived it- this experience was as good and did not disappoint.I was by myself, and decided to order their lobster w/black bean sauce. A whole lobster portioned up was served. It was full of flavors and well worth the $43. Service was extremely professional and courteous. Very recommended!

Chef Yu is a fantastic spot for Chinese food in NYC! The hot and sour soup was absolutely delicious, with just the right balance of flavors. I also appreciated that the cocktails were reasonably priced, which is a nice bonus in the city. But the real star here is the food—it was very good, exceeding my expectations in every way. I’m already looking forward to returning the next time I’m in the city. If you’re craving quality Chinese food, Chef Yu is a must-visit!

Stopped in and had an amazing lunch here with some friends. It wasn’t too busy, very nice environment, everyone is very friendly, staff is quick and can be a bit pushy but to as bad as some places I have been to. The Brunch drinks are worth it and the food wow, it was amazing. Overall I would say please stop by and enjoy. This place has been here through a lot and before the pandemic it was very hard to even get in the door. When you come you will understand why.

So my beloved, Lora Papetsas, who is a Michelin Star trained chef who has mentored with Michel Guerard, Alain Senderens, Pierre Troisgros, Roger Verge, Anne Willan and Barbara Tropp decided to surprise me for for Valentine’s Day. I mention this not to impress anybody, but rather to impress upon you that one can can tell a lot as my father would say, “that one can tell how good the cook is by the food they make.” With that in mind, I want to bring up the woman that my beloved trained with as a mentor, Barbara Tropp —- please look her up in Wikipedia that says that she is the one that introduced Asian cuisine to the Americas. Thus we ordered from this restaurant something that is really hard to make, which is a Chilean Seabass which is crispy and has its own sauce along with a Peking duck which also is difficult to make. And of course we ordered egg drop soup and I have to tell you when I saw how the egg drop soup was not full of yolk and yellow, I realized this place was truly authentic. The best way to describe this place is that my beloved echoed what her mentor would say of how Asian cuisine is so amazing and magnificent. So I leave you with this if you’re looking for a place to get a fortune cookie at the end, this is NOT the place because the fortune is actually the meal itself.

I have to say I really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and very attentive service. From making sure my glass was always filled with water, to making crispy duck sandwiches for us right at the table. We ordered a whole duck along with Lo mein and fried rice and everything was delicious and authentic including the Japanese fried chicken appetizer. Its been a long time since I've had fried rice with egg cooked in it. Our server spoke highly of their spare ribs, so we'll definitely be back to try those. About the atmosphere, the restaurant is very nice, spacious, and has a classy, yet relaxed vibe. Bottom line, the food was beyond delicious, the service was the best and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We will be back for sure

I had an amazing dining experience at Nomad Tea Parlour in Manhattan! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was absolutely beautiful — cozy, modern, and perfect for a relaxing afternoon meal. I sat in a booth with a perfect view of the restaurant, which really set the vibe. My son and I started with sparkling water and ordered three delicious starters: the crab meat egg rolls, sticky ribs, and General Tso’s chicken. For our entrée, we had the Singapore Duck Fried Rice paired with more General Tso’s chicken — every bite was flavorful and fresh! The service was exceptional — our waiter checked in on us regularly, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I also enjoyed a soothing mint tea which was the perfect touch to end my meal. Although they have a beautiful bar area, I didn’t indulge in a cocktail this time since it was a Sunday afternoon — but I’ll definitely be back for a Saturday night experience! I also loved that they have a spacious room in the back for larger parties, which makes this a perfect spot for future celebrations. Highly recommend Nomad Tea Parlour for the food, service, and overall experience. I’ll absolutely be back again!

I never had such good Chinese food! For sure in NY, this restaurant is one of the best place where to eat with a good price. Dumplings were delicious and the soup.. the soup was AMAZING! Spice, tasty, the meat was soft and good! Really good food quality! Price is honest and well balanced with the dishes! For sure again :)
