Decent place for a quick meal. Food was decent but the orange chicken was a bit too sweet for me. Th pepper steak was good and the walnut shrimp was pretty good and not that sweet. Fast service, was in and out in 12 minutes. Took out the meal but there were plenty of seats to eat in.

You could definitely feel that the food had a lot of seasoning, but despite that, it was still very tasty. the price was very reasonable for the portion and quality you get. The store itself was spacious, which made it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. It’s a great spot to spend time with friends or even just to unwind while eating. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would be happy to return again in the future.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time now when I was a kid. I mainly come for dinner, where they serve foods family style just how I like it. All the usual family style dishes ordered at a table is just amazing. The food is just immaculate. The dessert they give you and fruit at the end just makes it perfect to end the night. Hope this place stays here forever

Service was good and food was ok. Roast pork ( siu yuk) and roast duck were cold. Roasted duck tasted good but roask pork lacked spices. Seafood yee been (noodles) were decent, noodles slightly overcooked and taste could use more salt.

Dim Sum Palace is a traditional Chinese restaurant that offers excellent teas and soups. As expected, the dim sum is truly delicious, accompanied by incredible sauces that enhance the flavors. The menu provides a great variety of options, ensuring a satisfying experience for dim sum lovers. The service was good and efficient—nothing more, nothing less. The staff was attentive, and the food arrived quickly, which is always a plus. However, don’t expect anything beyond basic hospitality. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable. While the space might feel a bit tight during busy hours, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. The ambiance is simple, with a focus on the food rather than elaborate decor. Overall, Dim Sum Palace is a solid choice for those looking to enjoy authentic dim sum and traditional Chinese flavors. The quality of the food, especially the teas, soups, and sauces, makes it worth a visit. If you’re in the mood for a quick yet flavorful meal, this spot is definitely recommended.

Go. Enjoyable Yue food. Good dumplings. Above average. I like their style of fried rice, not greasy. Service was quirky and rice did come out later. It is a pretty restaurant. Overall everything tasted fresh, (no issue there) and flavorful. Rolls were overdone. I don't think Cantonese use a lot of hot spice in their cooking which is fine. Chili Oil!! I return and will write more ✍️.

First time returning after the pandemic, we ordered the usual dishes. All dishes ordered were still very good; the roast duck with thin crispy skin, very little fat is the best in Chinatown. The veggie and steamed fish were fresh and cooked just right. The waiter was friendly. We'll definitely return.

Probably the best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had. The place is nothing special but it’s authentic and all foods we over there had, especially pot stickers was top. Will come back for sure.

Another restaurant riding the "modern Cantonese" trend where the food doesn't taste or look quite like Chinese food. The food is solid, decor is awesome. The chili crab noodles taste more like butter than chili crab but they're still delicious, although at $35 per order the price is questionable.

Went as part of a wine tasting, and got to try classics. I want to go back and pick from the menu. The crab noodles are as advertised, with an excellent shellfish taste balanced with the tomato flavor. My biggest surprise was actually the chilled tofu with a sesame sauce that had sesame, the right amount of vinegar, good spices to cut against the sesame, and I swear something else that had deep flavor so that it was sesame without being too sesame. The youtiao was chewy but not tough, with dipping sauces I'd buy if they jarred. The salt and pepper cuttlefish took care to have a firm cuttlefish as necessary to ensure the dish is not too salty. The duck breast variant on Peking duck was well-flavored and meaty, with a great sauce underneath. Overall I recommend the chilled tofu and the salt and pepper cuttlefish the most, but I loved the other dishes too. I want to see what it's like when I'm ordering from the menu.

The food here is so authentic! I absolutely loved the spicy crab, sweet potato, sliced potato, and BBQ. The tanghulu is a must-try! Ice cream is wonderful! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Cozy spot in what looks like a former pizzeria space. It draws a predominantly Asian crowd and was packed when I visited - always a good sign. Seems family run as there are a couple of youths helping out when it gets busy or an English translator is needed. Mainly came here for the skewers. The a la carte skewers are larger chunks than the ones that came in the combo as I ordered from both. The skewers had great seasoning. The lamb soup was recommended by the kid as it was his favorite. He did not steer me wrong as it was very flavorful and hearty. The scallop was very nice as well.

One of the best "hole in the walls" I've found in NYC. Mainly have noodle soups but they're delicious. The chili oil wontons were also amazing, we had to order a second one since everybody loved them so much.

Great prices, fast service, delicious food! The texture of the noodles was amazing and the broth was very flavorful. I got the pork intestines and that was great as well.

Cute, cozy and DELICIOUS!! Very TENDER Mongolian Beef with Onions. Nice amount of spice and the flavor was SAVORY! Preparation was under 10 mins and my plate was great from first to last bite!! A gem in this city! Enjoy friend!

Jimmy House is my go-to spot for delicious and diverse meals! They offer a great variety of tasty dishes, from the flavorful vegetable noodle soup to the classic beef and broccoli and the perfectly cooked sesame chicken. The food is always fresh, and the portions are generous. Plus, their hospitality stands out—they’re kind enough to offer house soup on certain days of the week, which adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a satisfying and welcoming place to eat!

I’m new to neighborhood and went there in person ordered and was very satisfied every time. BUT THE FIRST TIME I ordered for delivery the guy got my order wrong. He didn’t even charge me. I had to call back and tell him he didn’t take my payment. Then after I got my food. I called because the total charge was higher than what was told me. I needed to know if it included the tip so I could add it. The lady said I ordered something I didn’t. They proceed to tell me I didn’t ask for what I know I did. Then fixed my order by sending me burned chicken. They had someone who was gonna pay a lot of their bills. But he basically called me a liar. Then sent me crap that I can’t even eat out of spite. That’s horrible service. I could never eat there now. fear they will taint my food with their spiteful hearts.

Great go to take out Cheese food in the neighborhood. Fresh and delicious as always. Highly recommend Lo mein and chow fun. Delivery is fast and service is friendly.

Dragon 88 is my go-to spot in the Upper East Side, and I can't recommend it enough! Their fried chicken and fried rice combo is hands down my favorite. The flavors are amazing, especially when paired with their garlic sauce – a must-try! On top of that, the prices are super affordable, which is a huge plus, especially for the quality of food you get. I work nearby, so I find myself stopping by regularly. If you live or work in the area and are looking for a great, budget-friendly Chinese food spot, this place should be at the top of your list!

I really enjoyed last night's food. The wontons in the soup were thick, which I liked and the broth seemed substantial -- not just got water! I also really like the sweet and sour chicken. Suggestion- add more crunchy soup noodles to the bag!

Very quick service, yummy food, nice space. I stopped in for a take out order and enjoyed watching the tea trays being made while I waited. The scallion pancakes are a must try! Also really enjoyed the shrimp wonton soup, very delicate and flavorful.

Beautiful interior, very fragrant tea, tasty food!! Staff is so nice and attentive, highly recommend. Haven't had such a good experience having tea like here. Different from high tea places because it feels super calming and delightful.

I really wanted to enjoy the food, but unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 dishes we ordered were quite bland. The stir-fried vegetables with tofu, which cost nearly $18 without any meat, lacked seasoning, and the ingredients tasted old and had a mushy smell. We expected better at that price point. The trio vegetables with garlic sauce was the only dish we liked. The service was okay—nothing wrong with our server. Also, only the front section of the restaurant was lit, which is understandable since it was not a crowded afternoon. Based on this experience, we do not plan to return, especially with so many other Sichuan restaurants in NYC offering better-tasting food.

Land of Plenty offers authentic Sichuan cuisine with bold, flavorful dishes. The waiter was friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. Don’t miss their desserts—they’re unique and a perfect way to end your meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving genuine Sichuan flavors!
