Super meal! The spicy stir-fried pickles ️ are super delicious~
There are too many pickles left in the refrigerator at home, and I can't finish them, and it's not good to eat too salty. I think the secret edge pickles are delicious, but too salty, so I studied the practice of stir-frying pickles by myself, the first time I did not expect to be surprisingly delicious, not very salty, like friends can learn it, super delicious!

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Prepare the ingredients first
-
Cut the pickles into shreds, (I don't have good knife skills, just cut them, eat them all ) and then soak them in water for about 10 minutes to soak out the salty flavor in the pickles, but don't oversoak them, otherwise the taste of the pickles will be gone
-
Chop all the ingredients and set aside in a bowl
-
Prepare all ingredients for stir-frying, and drain the pickles
-
Bake the water in the pot dry and add oil (if there is water, the oil will pop out)
-
Put the peppercorns, dried chilies, green onions, ginger and garlic in turn, and stir-fry until fragrant~(˶â¹ê´â¹Ë¶)~
-
Add the drained pickles and stir-fry for a while
-
When you smell the pickles, add the chili peppers and stir-fry a few times
-
Then start seasoning and find these seasonings (forgot to shoot the soy sauce). If you are afraid that it is too late, you can put these seasonings in a bowl and mix well: 3-4 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of Vertamyr, 1-2 spoons of oyster sauce, and 2-3 spoons of sugar. You can bring a little water appropriately, no need to put salt!!
-
Add the above seasonings in turn, then stir-fry evenly
-
Put sugar, monosodium glutamate. Then fry it a few times, and then you can have a little coriander (if you don't like it, you can not add it )
-
Finish on a plate, sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds, and you're done! Enjoy
