Simple and fast Northeast home cooking lying eggs/steamed eggs
1. Put less light soy sauce, a little too much in the picture. 2. If the taste is very light, you can put the same light soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce. 3. Sugar optional, my mother does this without sugar, light soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce I think is slightly salty, add some sugar to taste, add according to personal taste.
