Milton Wok has been around for many years. It's not gourmet food, but that's not expected here. The food is good. Very friendly staff and excellent service. We enjoy stopping in every now and then when we're in the area. Simple, yet comfortable and homey atmosphere. I recommend Milton Wok.

First time trying this place. It was just OK. I got the salt and pepper pork chops , that tasted ok and the egg foo young which was bland and possibly over cooked I did not care for. The inside looked old and could probably be updated. There was also bar with karaoke. The lady at the front was nice

This is inside Paldo Market in Lakewood on South Tacoma Way in the food court section. The food has always been very good here. However, prices may seem a little high due increases in food cost, labor, rent, business taxes. I enjoy (not pictured) spicy fried chicken wings ($24 + tax). Their spicy seafood noodle soup is a good choice also. This is a place to enjoy a good lunch.

This is our favorite place to come for Mongolian beef, jjajang, jjampong, and sweet and sour beef. The food and service are always amazing! Highly recommend!

$80 wasted. The lo mein is SPAGHETTI noodles. Happy Family sauce was GRAY in color. Scallops were all RAW. Rice is extremely STICKY. Photos attached. Save ur money and go to Panda Express. Terrible quality. Do NOT recommend

We tried this place for the first time two weeks ago. The food was amazing! The soups are LOADED with various ingredients. The best Hot & Sour soup I've ever had. It had shrimp! My wife ordered the Combo Noodle soup. It had chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. A lot of people overlook the quality of the rice. They have many versions of rice and the two we tried were perfect. The fried rice was very flavorful, not sticky, and each grain was it's own ambassador😁 My wife, Linda, says her Chicken Chow Mein was the best she's had. My Sichuan Beef was excellent: Tender beef and Broccoli with just the amount of heat I asked for(a lot)! Our waitress was Dee, and she was wonderful! Always attentive but not hovering. Friendly, with a great smile. We had enough food left over for a meal the next day. They are just outside JBLM, in Tillicum. Easy on, easy off the freeway. Wipe the drool from your mouth and get out there! You will not regret it.

If I could put 0 for service, I would!!! Sam and Noah were too busy talking to each other about an online order to even say "Hi, we'll be right with you" or smile at least to acknowledge the customers waiting in line. If I remember the name correctly, Bailey (other staff, not really 100% sure about her name) was busy helping the customer in front of me with multiple orders, and these two didn’t care to help out until about few minutes later. When Sam was finally making my food order, she seemed to be in a hurry & sounded so rude and Bailey was still helping the customer in front of me, Sam decided to just leave my food on the counter to let Bailey finish MY order. This took another 5 minutes of waiting. Then, when Bailey was about to put the beef and broccoli on my plate, I had to wait even longer because apparently, the beef and broccoli "wasn't enough," so she asked the kitchen staff to make more. Then, Noah came over and told Bailey, "Put the beef and broccoli, it's enough for one serving." I ended up with most of the meat but very little broccoli, because, as Bailey had mentioned, "there's not much left," but Noah had a different opinion. My food ended up being cold due to the waiting time, and for the price I paid, I received 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli with almost no broccoli. NOAH AND SAM, PLS DO BETTER!

The worst panda I ever had Chow mein wasnt cooked the rice wasnt cooked the honey walnut shrimp tasted funny The girl didnt know what to do when I told her the chow mein wasnt cooked so she offered to give me rice I said ok I brought it home only to find out the rice wasnt cooked either Im quiting panda for a while

pretty good food. I got the general tsos it had decent flavor but my one concern it was a bit doughy. The fried rice was very good you could taste the sesame oil gave it alot of good flavor. I also got the egg rolls by the way one order comes with 4 at the price of 4.49 not just one. The egg rolls were okay but they were a little doughy too but I'd definitely go again and try other dishes. I need to try their boba

Orange chicken was good, rice a little hard, not completelycooked through. Ramen noodles are amazing.

March 28, 2025 6:30pm The worker AYERIN R is very horrible at customer service. I come here alot. Never had any issues with the staff. This worker claim she offered me a bag for .8. I never heard her and I always purchase a bag. I let her know I never heard you say that and she continued with smart remarks. I told her you only asked me to round up for charity, which I did. She finally bagged up my food then proceed to clean around her register while I am waiting for my food. VERY RUDE & POOR COMMUNICATION. And then yelled at me in front of customers in line and eating at tables and I'm telling her that's not professional, don't do it. I also talked to her manager who did NOTHING but continue to eat! Horrible establishment! I would like a regional manager to contact me about this because I was not rude and I refuse to let a young child talk to me or any customers like that, especially while smiling.

Today I had the bourbon steak. On the spicy side and very good. Food was hot. Service was very fast. One of the better Panda expresses around.

My boyfriend loves it but I usually pass. The only thing I enjoy is the Honey Walnet Shrimp and the Fortune cookie. They had mystery beverages that weren't claiming to be juice, flavored lemonade or tea, super confusing and just tasted like pure sugar with some fruit flavoring. This place and Chipotle were at the same tiny, torture chair convention. If your customer loves food, maybe consider that some of us might be fat? Thanks for the pain...

It was pretty busy when we went here at 9pm on a Friday night and the manager was absolutely amazing. She was communicating with her staff and customers clearly and efficiently, like a Conductor with her Orchestra. I would recommend this location to anyone because of her.

Food was delicious, especially the combination fried rice. The service was slow due to it was just one server at the moment, so I advise patience to everyone. Also parking is limited, so show up early or get it to go.

house made noodle? NO Service is reasonable for tipping? NO, no smile at all. Reasonable menu prices? Not at all.

Best Chinese food in the area! Great service, and lots of food - usually good for two or three meals on each plate! The person who said Safeway has better is absolutely wrong!!! We love Imperial Palace and recommend it to all our friends!

Was very disappointed with my order. Paid $53.30 for 4 small containers and 1 to-go box.. general tso chicken, sweet& sour chicken could have used more chicken. Maybe it wouldn’t have been so tuff and crunchy.. Safeway Chinese has better quality and quantity for your buck. So if u don’t like wasting your $$$$ look elsewhere..

Very good social distancing practices. Temperature check, face masks and tables spaced apart. Waitress was friendly but a little pushy on wanting us to order fast, 1st time in the restaurant, we were looking at the whole menu, 8 pages. They offer many individual dishes(good for family style). Just two of us. They only offer three different combination meal. Mongolian beef was good, sweet and sour chicken was good, soups were good, egg roll was good, fried rice was a little dry. Portion seasons OK, not large like other Chinese restaurants.(no left overs to take home). Overall, a good experience.

They were so accommodating and friendly! We ordered the family meal. The food came out quickly and so fresh. The food was amazing and was plenty to go around! Can't wait to go back😊

Came in today on Sunday they were super busy but the staff was super polite, had to wait a while since they ran out of the food we wanted and Ingrid offered us 2 drinks for the wait. Made out experience way better. Everyone working was working super hard with like 5 people picking up, They all probably deserve a raise, thank you!

My spouse and I were craving panda, we hardly come to this location but it was convenient since we were in the area for errands. We got home and immediately the chow mein was plain no flavor, my spouse took a bite of the orange chicken and it had some bones, almost cracked his tooth. I was very unsatisfied with this and also the wait time. They’re were 3 people behind me and they got their food first. Not ok!
