They actually fill the containers (compare to Lake City or Edmonds location branches.) The food is always fresh and perfectly made. We been here 7-10 times. And other panda locations 3 times out of desperation, not worth it. This location is the best.

Got lunch here today. Stood in line to be ignored. Then some lady comes up behind me and she's served right away.... So I said something about it. I'm helped but look at these servings. I got "chicken" dishes with three-five bits of chicken. No wonder this place is slow. Dumb incompetent workers as well!

I’ve heard such good things about the Renton location; so we were so excited to hear it was opening up a little closer to where we live. We finally got to try it out! It was just okay….they’re probably still working out the kinks. Service was very friendly! We saw that everyone was working very hard and as quickly as they could. But the food just came out really slowly. We had to cancel a couple items just because we didn’t want to wait any longer and were basically full from what we got. Food was fine. Some dishes came out lukewarm. We like our dim sum; and any food for that matter, very hot. None of it seemed very hot. As much hype as we heard about this place, it didn’t really meet our expectations. We got sui mai, shrimp balls, tripe, sticky rice, this truffle Xiao Long Bao, meat ball, eggplant/shrimp dish. All were just okay and nothing spectacular. For the wait and hype; probably not worth it. But we’ll probably come back later after, hopefully, they work out their service issues.

So, let's break down this review into separate categories. Food and prices: As far as food, what we ordered and tried were all good. No complaints on food. Portuguese egg tart is good, so is their matcha custard bun. Portion sizes was reasonable. We enjoyed the rice roll with chicken feet and ribs the most and kids liked them as well. Service: People are nice. They brought out things we need and the tea pretty quick. I like their ordering system if it actually works flawlessly as intended. Wait time: When we were there, the wait time was crazy long to get a seat and we know why. We waited over an hour on Sunday noon. When people order from the tablet, there's some miscommunication and some food items doesn't get registered and is not brought out. It seems to happen to a lot of table, it happened to the 3 table around me and my table too. So when people sit around waiting for food that doesn't come, the waiting time gets long and the wait-list for people coming in also gets backed up. I will still come back since the food is good, but we'll be more aware of the wait time and come on a weekday to see if it's any better. Remember that dim sum is offered only for breakfast/lunch time, and not on dinner.

I would give it no stars if I could I ordered the vegetarian fried rice and the vegetarian chow mein upon eating the fried rice. My husband bit down on a metal screw that was inside of the fried rice. I called the restaurant and explained the situation about the metal screw being in the fried rice that my husband bit Down on but she seemed not concerned about the situation she just offered To make the food again, I said no thank you to the food because I don’t want the same. Same situation again my first time ordering there and this will be my last time ordering there.

Very friendly service. Excellent hot & sour soup, it was the best thing I ate. So good I didn't even catch a picture. I did not like the honey char siu pork [barbecue pork]. Really liked the Mongolian chicken [lots of onions] & chicken with string beans. There are only two tables, with a total of eight stool seats. Mostly a take out spot. Everything is served in to-go containers.

Our go to dim-sum spot when we are in the Bellevue area. Service is quick and food comes within 5-10 minutes after placing the order easily online through QR code. Waiters were friendly and attentive. Facility and bathrooms are always clean. Atmosphere is lovely! Would recommend bringing your friends and family.

Seattle did not disappoint me at all! Dim sum style are authentic Hong Kong style. This is not a huge restaurant, there is about 30 tables and tables are spread out. I like the updated atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Once you walk in, you feel is welcoming. The only thing I have to complain is the restaurant is tucked in at the very end of the corner in the parking lot. Without any guidance, I won't be able to find this place. I felt like I found a hidden gem in the area! The dim sum and service was awesome! There is a QR code on the table where you place order. One of my worry was after placing order of the dimsum, they usually ask you to pay the bill. BUT IT DID NOT happen here! Once you submit the order on your phone, the food comes out quickly within couple minutes. Def will come here again when I'm in the city visiting.

Good good! I love their vegetarian options. The dumplings and stinky tofu are great. I wish that there was no pork in the eggplant dish.

We ordered orange chicken and general tsao chicken. Both were overly salty with MSG and mostly breading only a few pieces of real chicken. Hot and source soup tasted awful it’s like egg flour soup with vinegar so disgusting

The food is delicious. We really enjoyed the passion fruit prawns and our roast duck. They will cut the duck in front of you during weekends. What an experience! My friends love their Zen Garden cocktail. We ordered 2!

Very enjoyable Monday evening dinner! We visited so that we could try the renowned Peking Duck. We were originally going Sunday evening but had to reschedule and benefitted from the Monday special ($58 rather than $88) Signature Peking Duck. We started with the smoked mackerel (rich with umami flavor), passion fruit prawns (large battered shrimp) and soup dumplings (xiao long bao) with a couple of glasses of rose champagne. Then we were both given servings of hoisin, sugar, sliced green onions, sliced cucumber and (unconventionally?) sliced honeydew melon (it is good with the duck!!). We shared a double steamer of individually separated super thin pancakes. A heaping plate of the duck arrived with plenty of duck meat and lots of fatty skin. We were very happy and polished most of it off! Our server, Franny, is wonderful. Very attentive and she arrived, as if by magic, just when we needed her. It's a good sign when the folks working in a place are clearly happy to be there and excited for you to try their food. A manager came to check on us and ensure we had enjoyed everything. We really did and we'll be back.

I’ve been to Panda Express a good amount of times, but this was my first time at this location. I decided to opt for a healthy option this time and got mixed greens with teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef. This actually surprised me at how solid it was. I thought the base could’ve been better, as the broccoli tasted a bit undercooked, and was kind of hard to bite through. If it was cooked for longer, and seasoned with literally anything, I think this dish could’ve been significantly improved. This was especially the case since this meal ends up just being mostly broccoli. I do love the portion size of the greens though, as it basically fills up the whole bowl. The best part of this meal were the meats, however My favorite of the two was the beef, as it was super tender and really flavorful. I thought it was surprisingly soft and juicy coming from a fast food place, especially since I’ve had way worse beef in much fancier restaurants. I also thought the chicken was impressively juicy with a great exterior. The one thing I do wish on the chicken was that it was cut into smaller pieces, as it’s just not easy to cut it with the plastic forks they provide. At least provide plastic knives! In terms of the sauce, I liked its presence, as it was able to coat the broccoli, but I did think the teriyaki was missing that sweet flavor which should be present. It tasted more like a sauce that was there to add wetness and slight soy-sauce-ness rather than to impart a distinctive flavor For the price of around $10, this portion size was pretty excellent - especially when you consider that I could’ve gotten a massive bowl of noodles + orange chicken + honey shrimp and it would’ve been the same price as well Overall, I liked this meal and found the meat surprisingly good for the price. 8/10

Came on a Sunday around lunch, queue out the door, very inefficient service, shoutout to Alexa who was doing 90% of the service, scooping food taking orders and working hard while one guy was just doing basically payments and another person was on his lunch. You guys definitely need to sort that out Food was OK

Owner I guess thinks it is acceptable to put their bare feet on the table they serve customers 😡 would NEVER eat here with the things I've seen... Updated 9-16-24. Have seen him doing this almost every single night 🤮

Entire room looks cold and not well maintained. I think I saw rat feces on one table. No one checked with you when entering. Ordered pickled chili chicken gizzard rice noodle. looked nothing like the photo and tasted nothing like it should be. Almost no pickled chili. Very few gizzards and tasted raw. I’ve never seen a sichuan cuisine worse than this one.

I wish I could give it a zero for the food, because when I went the guy gave me a nice conversation and service, but food was so bad that I lowered my standards and was like trying to compare it to gas station food/convenience store food, but that is even much better. It tasted like the grill was dirty and everything was sopping wet in some brown liquid. It was horrible. I tossed it and ate canned food that night since I wasted my money. I cant give it more even with the guys good service because I can't recommend it at all. I think in flavor it's one of my top worst restaurants.

Food was absolutely horrible ordered the 2 entree meal with broccoli beef and General tso's chicken, the beef was literally almost all fat and tasted horrible, I usually go to the location on Rainier and that place is good, but this place is atrocious. I had to throw it away, it was inedible. the beef was basically mush, and the chicken wasn't good either.

Our second visit. Still as good as the first visit. We arrived at noon for dim sum. Hot pot of green tea arrived, just after we sat down. The steam cart arrived next. A selection of steaming dishes. Followed a few minutes later by another cart with more selections. I can't pronounce what they are, but they taste great, flavoral and steaming hot. Yummy 😋

Good Cantonese food, but some dishes have issues. Clams tasted fresh but the black bean sauce did not taste right. The intestine cooked well but a bit salty. Fujian Fried rice - fried rice was good but the seafood sauce is so so. Seafood flat noodles and Pork chop with Beijing sauce were good but not great. Given it is the only Cantonese seafood restaurant in the area, I will definitely come back. However, it is not at the same level as Richmond Cantonese food. Compare to Seattle Chinatown, it is also average.

Service is nice but they're stingy with their portions. Go to the Holman road Panda in QFC for better cooked food and bigger portions. The one good thing is it's near a WinCo so it's convenient. Been here about 3-5 times. Always light on the portions.

I've been here about 5 times. The fried rice is pretty dry and bland. But overall the entrees are so sweet that maybe the rice needs to be bland. I went in and they were out of noodles. I must have missed the lunch rush because it was dead and they told me it would take 5 minutes to make the noodles. Overall, friendly staff hit or miss clean tables and food is decent. I wouldn't tell people not to come here.

Food was excellent. Very flavorful and had the wow factor. Recommend the chow mein. Jenny the server was very shy didn't want to introduce herself and seemed almost irritated I asked for her name. No checks on table and rushed me to order. Had the feeling I wasn't welcome. On that note the food was good but if I'm not welcome I won't be back. And I won't be Recommending this place to my colleagues for lunch.

Good Chinese, though a bit heavy on celery. Excellent service, almost instant tea and soup within a minute of ordering. The hot sour soup is excellent, with chunks of chicken and great flavor. Kung Pao Chicken is great, as are all the dishes I've tried here.
