We had an outstanding meal here! The facility was spotless, although the men's restroom could have used some work. There were a few pieces of paper towel on the floor, and the dispenser was loose from the wall, but the toilet and sink were clean. Our food was delicious, hot, and fresh. Staff was super friendly. We would definitely make a second trip to this location!

It's fast Chinese food it's not bad, not great. The flavor is tasty and palatable. I most recently tried the beyond chicken. The beyond chicken is a plant based product not on the drive thru menu. I saw it on the online menu and it was available upon request. It's a was small "large" a la cart portion for $16. No sides or drink.. it felt underwhelming. I think you get more for your money with the "plates". The staff is nice. walnut shrimp Is my favorite, I'll probably stick to that going forward.

Absolutely disgusting. Sushi was big balls of gummy rice with undercooked meat inside, every chicken item was hard, couldn’t even pull in apart with my teeth, when we arrived the shrimp wasn’t even able to be pilled, but the manager accommodated us on that and brought out two more servings of it, most of the crabs smelt like sour death, fried potatoes were black, every single person in there were complaining, im surprised they are still in business, I think they’re running a dr*g scheme lol the only thing that was ok was the fried rice. Oh and the cream puffs were literally the size of my finger lol

I've lived in Galveston for 6 years and this is my husband and I's favorite Chinese restaurant on the island. The buffet is incredible, with a delicious variety of all your favorite foods. Their bottomless crawfish is amazing! They also offer American food items on the buffet, as well as a delicious array of desserts. Also, their service is impeccable!!!

I ordered food for delivery For my husband and myself,which consisted of beef and broccoli with steamed rice and chicken fried rice with 2 egg drop soups and chips for the soup. What we got was tough beef in our broccoli with three scoops of white rice and hardly any of the entrée, We also got Sticky stale tasting fried rice with little pieces of chicken. We were both disappointed in the way the food tasted, and the way it looked. We thought we would give oriental express another try after years of not going and we were very disappointed. I would not recommend and I will not try again! It was a total waste of our money the food as well as delivery and tip! Never again!

I don't give a damn what anyone says. I've been ordering with them for years. they are damn good. I like how fast and correctly, always find your front door they are accurate not even Uber eats or door dash service is not as good.

I came in with my wife my daughter which is 11 and my youngest daughter which is 7 and my baby and we were charged $78 up front as soon as I walk in the door didn't even get a chance to get a table yet or anything other than telling them what I wanted to drink. Then once we go sit down to eat our food the main reason I wanted to come here is because I wanted to try the hibachi grill which is called a little something a little different here but same idea and I tell you what the food took forever to come out and when it finally did it was completely burned I mean way overcooked the worst experience I've ever had so I decided to not eat the rest of my food went to go get a regular plate of the buffet and literally everything was at almost room temperature not even exaggerating so disappointed it's not even funny I will never visit this place over again and I didn't understand it because there was a lot of other customers there that were just eating away at their food and joining it like as if it wasn't a thing and I don't know if that's the normal quality of food around here or something and people are used to it but so disappointed! Way overcharged for damn near room temperature food and then on top of that the waitress was standing next to us the whole time making us feel uncomfortable and wouldn't give us a refill for a drink unless we ask for it and then seem to disappointed whenever we weren't offering up a tip at the end of our meal?!? After being overcharged and served overcooked and under temp food and having to be asking for refills repetitively?? Do not recommend for anybody that is new coming like us! Went there on a Sunday afternoon.. busy? But should have known when you prepay to watch out. Food was plentiful but sat out.. not really good. For $22 with a drink would have thought a bigger selection of sushi.. which was actually good. Didn’t finish what I had so tried the Mongolian grill which was actually pretty good. I sat for over 5min. With an empty drink and nobody checking on me.. so went to the server station and asked for a refill. That itself was why I don’t like prepaid.. service wasn’t good maybe due to the crowd but still…

Had a craving for good ol Chinese food. We went for dinner. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. We ordered Beef with broccoli and my friend ordered mixed noodles. The food was served really quickly and it was amazing. We recommend this restaurant.

The counter guy has NO IDEA, what smiling means, WHAT A UNFRIENDLY GUY! I ordered a Mongolian beef and got Mongolian Onion with literally with 5 or 6 pieces of beef. If you dine in, they don’t give you water, they just sold it. They haven't cleaned the bathroom since they moved to that place. This place should be closed… it’s a complete scam. Also! If you pay with card, the will charge you 3.5% more… What a Fun, this China Fun

Food is delicious OMGGGGG, same recipe as I’ve tried in Honduras. LOVE THIS PLACE. FRESH AND FAST WAS MADE Me and my friend we are going to come back soon. And prices so good for a lot of food. I read OLD reviews (2years) about that the food is bad, but please try this place again and leave an honest review. This was my first time and definitely coming back. I will maybe suggest for the sweet and sour to make it more “flavorly” for my opinion was a bit simple. But my friends was okay. But overall. Thanks!!! Love it!

The food tasted great! I was very surprised at how delicious it was because I haven’t found many good Chinese restaurants in Austin. Also, the delivery was fast - it got to me in less than 30 mins! So the reason for only 2 stars is because when I got down to almost the end of my fried rice, I found hair in my food. (And no, it wasn’t my hair as the color was not the same) so I about gagged up everything else I had just eaten. Up until that point though, the food tasted great. So I’m a little sad that I found hair in it or else I would order again!

If I can give them zero star I would. Do NOT go there for lunch. Had been waiting for over 30 minutes with no one want to help. The server even threw me attitude because I asked her how long I need to wait after waiting over 30 minutes. If you have friends work there, you can cut the line. I saw several people walk to the counter and get their food immediately. The server even chatted with them. I end up need to change my order because the server served someone else first and the item I ordered was sold out. The 10+ person behind me got their order ahead of me. Worst place I had been ever.

First of all I was ignored . I had a mobile order. No one bothered to help me . I was just supposed to go in and out . I even went to wait in line and was still ignored. I ordered for my family. My sons kid meal looked like this,I noticed when I was home. Extremely disappointed , had to cook something else for my son. He was not going to get full with these tiny pieces. Ridiculous.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered twice and the first time chalked it up for a bad night. I ordered last night and my order was incorrect, and cold. When I tried to call the store the first number on the receipt just gives you a message to wait for someone but then they hang up on you. I tried to call the store directly and it just rings and rings. I called again today and some young person picked up the phone and was talking and then hung up. They were weren’t Talking to me but some other employee. I called right back and asked to speak to the manager who was not helpful and when asking him how to look up my order on the app he just hangs up. I called back and the phone rang and rang and rang.. I had to call corporate to file a complaint because I was so angry. I would not waste my time going to this location because the food quality is subpar and the customer service is even worse. The drive-through people were really nice The manager is horrible. So any place with this location.

This remarkable little gem of a restaurant in Central Texas has really surprised the hell out of me. I've eaten at this place 3 times (dine in once and takeout twice). All 3 visits were outstanding, and I ordered differently each time, never the same dish. The flavors were amazing. The ladies taking your order were very friendly and always thanked you for coming. Run, don't walk to this place. You won't be disappointed!

We have been here several times and never had a bad experience. Whether dine in or take out or ordering at the door for take out, staff has always been respectful with short wait times. The food always good and hot. Big portions made leftovers the next day. The inside is nice and quiet where family can enjoy conversations and not be overwhelmed by loud music.

This place was great. They only had three staff people but yet did excellent service. The place was so clean, great hospitality, and food was actually have taste. The family pack actually came with a box which was great. The three entres I recommend are honey walnut shrimp, broccoli beef, and orange chicken which have flavor and nice texture. The sides were a little bit better. The fried rice made the eggs bigger and noticeable. The chow mein actually had some taste. Unlike the other Panda Express place I did a few reviews ago. Highly recommend.

First time here well…. Tables dirty staff like always bad attitude the manager same same food is ok owner or something make sure the team you have at your business they doing good with customers what a faves if you guys angry don’t go to work also all the portions poor size 👎👎👎restrooms no paper towels no soap 🧼 what a restaurant

I recently used Panda Express for a catering event, and it was a huge hit! The food was hot, and fresh, and everyone loved the variety. The sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice were particularly popular! The portions were generous, and the presentation was neat. Plus, the staff was friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend going to this Panda Express in Highland Village Texas if you need anything catered or if you’re just looking for somewhere to eat– they made our gathering so much easier and more delicious. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Went in tonight after a 3 hour workout at the gym and was starving. They hooked me up big time with a generous serving of teriyaki chicken, super greens, and brown rice. I wanted specifically to shout out Christabel working the register for being helpful and patient as well as making sure my food was fresh. Much appreciated for the good experience.

The drive thru worker, I think his name was Chance, was very kind and did a great job assisting me. I placed my order online and I picked it up on the drive thru. It was around 12:14pm so there was the lunch time rush but it’s worth it because of the quality of food in this location.

Everyone loves to knock Panda Express but I think the food is pretty good. My favorite is their noodles with orange chicken. This location is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly and there have lots of staff. They also come up to ask if we needed anything. Don’t knock it until you been here. This place has been good experience for me.
