Xins Garden Chinese Restaurant
Tried this place just because I needed something fast & I was in the area. I ordered chicken fried rice. The order came out really fast, because there weren't any people waiting. It was done in less than 5 min. It was hot & tasted ok. This small box cost $8. It could use some more seasoning but I'd be willing to come back & try something else to draw a better conclusion.
Do not order from this place.. I ordered chicken & broccoli ( chicken was way too soft, so soft you can swallow it without chewing)& also ordered fried rice & chicken wings ( wings taste like it was cooked with seafood).. it tastes just like crabs.. overall the food was horrible, I would never order from this place again. I brought that food just to throw it in the trash..never again!!
Panda Express
Server Odalys P (as mentioned on the receipt) seemed to be in a rush. I placed an order for broccoli beef and orange chicken. However, immediately following, I asked if I could change from broccoli beef to Kung pow chicken. She advised me I could not because she already made the plate although I had just literally ordered it. I was still at the speaker! Then, to top it off, it appears to be just broccoli. There were 2 pieces of beef, MAYBE! They were out of sweet and sour and fried rice. Such a disappointment!
I had never been to a panda express before. They had a lot of different food options. The employees were awesome and explained the food to me when I asked about certain food choices. The food was hot and fresh. Also, they asked me if I wanted to sample anything. I thought that was nice since I had never been there before. I would hate to buy food and then not like it. It would've been a waste of money. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat. God bless
Rice House Express Glenn Heights
Guy in the register was nice, chubby girl didn't say anything when she gave my food even after I said Thank you!... looked mad or racist. Took them at least 15 minutes for an orange chicken and rice plate. Food was the worst... $15 and had to throw it to the trash. Wanted to support local, but Panda is 100% better than this. Also got the "most spicy type" and tasted like nothing, no flavor, not even spicy at all. I didn't even try the rice after trying the chicken!
I ordered this place a little while ago on UberEats and it was delicious. I finally was able to visit the establishment. The 3 people at the front desk were very friendly. My food was made to order. It was hot, delicious and did not take too long to prepare . While I was there, a lot other families were coming in and ordering to go because they were regulars. This is Definitely my go to place for Chinese food while in Red Oak/Glenn Heights. I had the Chris's fried rice.. I should have gotten more spice but my 4 year old would have been mad but it was good regardless. The eggrolls and sweet and sour chicken is pretty delicious too.
Panda Express
Whenever we want something filling, feels healthy and is savory, we always opt for Panda express. This is the location we always prefer going to as the servers are friendly and let us take our time to decide what we want. Funnily enough We always reach there when their Kungpao chicken is almost empty, but they always make sure we get it within some minutes fresh out of the kitchen. We mostly visit there during night time and the night time team is amazing.
We ordered over $40 worth of sides for small gathering. We ordered ahead by over 5 hours. And got NO sauce. It comes with sweet and sour sauce. We even asked for it. So embarrassing!!!
Uncle Chens Chinese Restaurant
The food was prepared perfectly and fresh. The store was empty and a little warm. The store decoration is a little dated. The service was friendly.
I have ordered a few times when I am here for training. All delivery. Food is/was hot and very tasty. I have ordered General Tso chicken and Happy Family and others. All great. I recommend. A+++++
China Express
Overall the food here is typically okay but when you order something to-go and the forget to add something critical to your meal such as sweet and sour sauce for sweet and sour chicken, you should at a minimum recook the cold food for the person who is driving back to you to pick up the sauce. They refused, offered an egg role and didn’t even apologize. This will be the last time we eat here! Terrible customer service
This place is so good first time I went it was for the chicken wings and they were so good. Made a delivery order the next time because I want to know what egg foo young was and it was so delicious! We also ordered the orange chicken, fried rice, lo mein, egg rolls and it was all delicious! Going back for sure.
Great Wall Express
My roommate got the Orange Chicken. They gave him a huge amount of chicken. He said the first and second pieces tasted good then the next 2 tasted like completely different chicken, that it was awful. He said that will be the first and last time eating there. He was very disappointed because he had been wanting to try them.
They do have a healthy option that is lower in sodium. I ordered the steamed vegetables with chicken and no sauce, and no salt. Expect to pay 11 to 20 dollars, and the portions are huge. One way to order, if you are in a hurry is to choose your rice, then 3 things from the line of options. Sometimes I order the Combination Fried Rice. This will give you a variey of meats. They are closed on Monday.
Panda Express
This is my favorite Panda Express near my home. They never disappoint and staff is always friendly! The restaurant is well maintained. The food is always cooked right! It’s not too oily or greasy but it also isn’t dry if that makes sense it’s perfect. I always come to this location for Panda Express and will continue coming ☺️
My first visit to this location. I was greeted by Ali and I asked her for recommendations on what to get and she was very helpful. I had the stir fried rice, broccoli beef and Chicken Teriyaki. The Chicken and beef were both tender and flavorful. The stir fry rice was delicious. I also had one vegetarian egg roll and it was good too. The portions were good and filling. I thought the place was clean and organized. They had a lot of pickup and to go orders and the staff was very efficient. I thought it was responsible in price for the quality of food. It was a little over $10.
Panda Express
We ordered delivery through the Panda Express website. About 40 minutes later, we got a call from the delivery driver that he was trying to get our order but Panda Express would not give it to him because it was already picked up??? He said he suspected it was stolen and to call the restaurant. We called the restaurant and they said they already sent the food to be delivered. After an hour and a half without our food, we finally drove to the Panda Express location ourselves to get our food or to get refunded. Maria refused to give the food we ordered and Anna (the manager or assistant manager, she didn't seem to know her own position) would also not give us our food or refund us because "The company doesn't want to lose money" even though that's literally what happened to us. Do not visit this location, they will take your money and then refuse to serve you the food they ordered. Don't let yourself get robbed by a bunch of money-hungry dimwits.
Pretty sure we were the first customers in today. Everything was fresh and tasted great! Hilda assisted us today and was very helpful even after more people started to show up. Great multitasker and polite despite it. We’ve never had any issues come up at this location! Photo is from on our way out so there had already been a few more customers while we had our portions.
Panda Express
Surprised my son with his absolute favorite food for lunch at school before I left town for a week. The surprise was devastating to him. Someone did not even put any orange chicken in the box and left the spot empty. Rather than enjoying our time spent together, I spent a portion of that time consoling him and assuring him I would make it up to him. Here's the best part! When I went back to the store after leaving the school, the manager, Amber, refused to offer me a full $11 refund. Instead, she insisted that she could only give me a partial refund. I told her that I would be calling corporate to resolve the issue and leaving me reviews online. Latrice P. from customer care, took my call, and performed her job with the utmost professionalism. Latrice listened, empathized and offered a full refund and something extra for my trouble. Amber, You're the manager, you had all the authority to offer a full refund for your store's mistake, but you doubled down and let me walk out after I told you I was going to call corporate and leave this review. Your store deserves better management and training.
1/10 chance you will get hot food. Also if you order online they will NOT put any sauces even if you've requested them on the app. This location is an absolute joke. I picked up my order tonight and asked a worker for the hot mustard and the woman proceeded to hand me chili sauce. After attempting this place multiple times in hopes that my food would be good, I have officially given up. It's not surprising that they are always hiring. If you enjoy Panda Express, I really recommend going to a different location. I would gladly give them 0 stars if it was an option. I wasn't helped until their lobby of 5 people was cleared out. I've worked in food my whole life and the customer service here is terrible. Seems like no one takes pride in anything they do nowadays and can't even give a simple "I will be right with you" to show any acknowledgement in a customer waiting for 10 minutes.
China Wok
Update: It's been two years since I went to this establishment. Honestly I completely forgot about my rating and I was just looking for something to eat. Non coincidentally I ordered pretty much the same thing minus the soup. I did get the fried shrimp though. It was alright. A little too oily for my taste, and the flavor just wasn't there. The oil was probably old as I could taste a bitterness in the back of my throat. It's really unfortunate that the food is still pretty bad 2 years later. I had to give three stars instead of two however, because the kind woman behind the counter was really sweet and it seemed like she was doing most of the work. She did seem to have a hard time walking so I kind of felt bad. I do wish establishments could just read reviews and try to make it a little better for the sake of getting better reviews. Unfortunately that's just not the case. The rice had a really strange taste to it almost like it was old and had been sitting for a while. And the sesame chicken was again oily with too much breading, and I could also taste the old grease in that as well. The price for this meal was $13.41. I will say the food was super hot so there's that. Overall the experience was pretty much the same as 2 years ago. I'm going to remember that I didn't exactly like it, and hope that they do a little better next time. _____________________________________ One entree, a side of rice, and a large soup cost over 18 dollars. The soup was bland, yet oily. Needed more salt. The sesame chicken had way too much breading and not enough chicken. Seemed like they triple breaded it. The broccoli was almost uncooked. Won't be going back.
We got pick up tonight around 6pm. The hot and sour soup tasted rancid. The egg roll tasted old and foul. I took one bite and spit it out. The sesame chicken had SO much breading and the sauce was flavorless. It was my first time eating here and will be my last. I have a sour after taste in my mouth. Hoping I don’t get sick tomorrow.
Panda Express
Ordered double string bean chicken, there were like 4 tiny pieces of chicken… almost all string beans. Tasted fine but where’s the meat? Last time I’m going to Panda Express.
October 25, 2024 - ⭐⭐ 2 Stars My wife and I visited Panda Express 🐼. She got double Orange Chicken 🍊🐔 with lo mein 🍜, and I went with half lo mein 🍜, half fried rice 🍚, plus the new Blazing Bourbon Chicken 🔥🐔 and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak 🥩. My wife and I thought the bourbon chicken would be 4x hotter 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ than Orange Chicken, so we wanted to try a sample. But the staff refused us 😒, which was frustrating. Considering we couldn’t get a sample, my wife decided not to risk it, and honestly, I should’ve skipped it too 🥴. The bourbon chicken was way too spicy 🔥 and bitter 🥵—definitely not worth it. The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed spaced out 💤, not very friendly, and no one was smiling 😐. Only one person was helping guests inside while 5-6 others were focused on cooking and drive-thru orders 🚗, which slowed everything down 🐢. The lot this location sits on is tiny 🏠. The drive-thru line easily wraps around the building 🚗➡️🏢 and can trap you in the parking spots 🚫🅿️, making it really frustrating to leave. On top of that, it shares a single exit with Dutch Bros Coffee ☕️, making it chaotic and hard to navigate 😤. Princeton seems to have a trend with these cramped fast food spots 🗺️, which doesn’t help the experience. Overall, this visit was disappointing 😕. Between the lack of samples, the slow service, and the cramped lot, it just wasn’t what we were hoping for.
