Asian Chef
Ordered take out for the 1st time and was so pleasantly surprised! Everything was very good, better than any Chinese food take-out and even restaurants that we’ve tasted in a very long time. And prices are not much different than hole-in-the-wall take out places! One wish, chicken wings with rice combo.
I have been eating here for ten years. The food is always exceptional and the lady at the front is always so nice! She remembers me, my mother, and my husband from all the times we've come here and we just absolutely love this place. Some of our favorites are: Sesame chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Chicken Wings, etcetc. There are too many to count! I highly recommend trying this spot if you haven't already.
King Wok Chinese Restaurant
"This is my second time here, and I’m even more impressed! The food is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. I came with my family, and we all loved it. The environment is beautiful and welcoming, with such a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff are great, making us feel like part of the family. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food and a loving, inviting experience!" Thank you 🙏
This is my family's favorite Chinese takeout and our go-to restaurant for great food and value for over 10 years. The portions are super generous and delicious! Even though I have moved, I still come back to King Wok because their food and service are the best. The owner is so sweet and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place! My favorite is the chicken & broccoli with pork fried rice and their jumbo shrimp with lobster sauce is amazing.
New King House
The food is always good, and they’re very nice. Good spot if you want to eat there also.
Love them! Very nice, sent me photos when I asked. I’m leaving this review so I can upload the menu so everyone can see it and order ahead. Good luck! Their shrimp lo mein tastes really good because they fry the shrimp with something maybe egg and it’s better than other traditional Chinese/asian take out spots. Also recommend their crispy chicken with fried rice. Mmm 😋Highly recommend!
Ho Mei
Yeah the delivery guy always add on a few extra cents.. but I would too considering he’s been delivering for a while.. it comes within 30 minutes and I love the rice. The fried rice and some chicken at the end of a long day out always hits the spot. And sometimes they give me some free soda 😊
Best Chinese takeout in Queens. Everything there is tasty and the chicken wings are amazing! Wouldn't go anywhere else. George is awesome
May Chun Garden
Tried their chicken lo mein and sweet and sour.... delicious and hot!! 👏🏼 Great prices and portions!
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant I really recommend it.
Old Luo Yang
Ordered the cumin lamb bun and cumin lamb noodles (hot). The bun was good. The noodles were tasty BUT they were skimming on the meat. There was maybe 4 small pieces of meat. When we brought it up, the cashier said that serving was predetermined. So expect mostly noodles, bean sprouts and tofu.
The best Hu La Tang I’ve had! The soup was full of flavor, and the texture was spot on. The restaurant gives you that cozy, traditional vibe. I’ll be back for more! old Luoyang in the city. Can’t wait to try more dishes here!
Kong Sihk Tong
Went for an early Sunday dinner. Not busy. Loved everything from the booth seating to the service to the food. The salted duck egg jumbo shrimp fried rice was perfection—crispy, flavorful, good portion size. The baked fried rice with chicken chop was sweet, but still so yummy. The beef chow fun could’ve done with a lot more flavor, even after adding chili oil and soy sauce, but it was still satisfying. The HK-style milk tea was just okay. Our waiter was attentive and so helpful when it came to ordering stuff without pork in it. Looking forward to going back and trying so many other wonderful looking dishes. So nice to find a comfortable place with reasonable prices that I can go to for filling, delicious solid comfort food. Update: Went back for lunch another day. Food was just as deliciously comforting as the first time. Loved every dish.
Lovely experience. Very reasonable pricing considering rent here. The beef brisket wonton noodle soup was so flavorful. Everything else we had was amazing. The service was also very amiable, but because we went during a lunch rush it was a bit hectic. However, would come back next time for sure!
New Great Wall
New Great Wall food chain has been established food company for over a year now So sorry about that. 3 minutes drive away
the food is always fresh, and the service is always the best. great flavor and portions and fresh ingredients. the deep fry foods are perfection
New Hong Kong Kitchen
New Hong Kong Kitchen has been a staple in the area for years, and they continue to serve up great food with a wide selection to choose from. Whether you're craving classic favorites or something new, their menu has plenty to offer. I ordered the chicken wing combo with pork fried rice and the Singapore Mei Fun—both were delicious and packed with flavor. The portions were generous, and everything was cooked just right. If you're looking for a reliable Chinese takeout spot that delivers on taste and quality, New Hong Kong Kitchen is a great choice. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
This used to be amazing. Now I'm always getting items I didn't order and items I order are not being delivered. I was blamed 2 times for their mistake. Literally told that I didn't order it, I ordered something else. That's because they wrote the wrong order down not what I actually asked for. After being treated this way and years of being a customer (great tipper as well) I'm no longer willing to spend my money here unfortunately.
Maxi's Noodle
I discovered this place from watching a video from YouTube featuring this place. The story behind this was heartfelt and I’m glad they are doing well. I can tell you one hundred percent that this place is not hyped up at all from my experience. Upon arrival, they place was pretty much packed, so I just decided to order for to go. Was greeted by their friendly staffs and assisted with their patience and knowledge. Everything is made to order so I did not mind the wait since I have high patience. I have to tell you what makes them stand out is the oversized wontons they serve and the flavor that packs in. Every bite was filled with shrimp and umami. Even their noodles are homemade which is a extra plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving for wontons. I definitely will be back!
Great wonton noodles, great beef stew, and develops honey lemon. Among all of them the greatest is the spicy sauce — extremely rich and flavorful. We even bought a whole bottle to take home. Curry fish ball is not the best we’ve had though. Overall, highly recommended for anyone want authentic Cantonese food.
Hunan Cafe
This restaurant is very spacious and the servers were attentive. I liked the two dishes before service a lot. I got the crab roe tofu which was very delicious! It’s light and perfect in texture so I recommend. I like the string bean dish as well and would recommend it. However, the two fish dishes I tried left much to be desired. The peppercorn fish dish was just difficult to eat because there are just so many peppercorns floating around. It would be much better if they could strain it or add the spice in a mesh bag so that it doesn’t get in the way of eating. The fish head dish was better but not crazy amazing (would still recommend). Overall this was pretty good but I can see them being better with small improvements.
Hunan Cafe has recently renovated its space, upgrading its dining experience with a modern interior and private rooms, making it perfect for family gatherings and private events. The restaurant continues to serve authentic Hunan cuisine, known for its bold and spicy flavors, with signature dishes like spicy pig trotter and fish with chili oil showcasing the rich and fiery essence of Hunanese cooking.
Chen's Garden
Place is great! Food is always cooked fresh. Still hot when you get home.
The chicken and broccoli with white rice is my good to, to me its the best in the neighborhood . I love the fried chicken wings they're delicious also . Always consistent and great hospitality when eating in. SUPER fast delivery.
