This is a new Chinese restaurant (that replaced a former longtime neighborhood Chinese spot) and I have to say it did not disappoint. First off, they accept credit cards which the former did not. Delivery time was quick and food was hot. (The chicken wings are large and fried perfectly. I will say I tried the plantains as well and they just didn't do it, sort of dry and seemed like they needed salt or something. We also tried the general tso chicken and fried rice combo - this was better than expected. Rice was tasty and generous amount of chicken. Will be trying again soon.

I tried this place last night. I noticed they are different from the restaurant before. I like that they accept cards which is almost rare for Chinese food take out. They opened recently. I hope they keep the service and quality. Portion is decent. I was able to get something for under $10. I liked the food so far. Will be my go to take out in this area.

Really affordable for the area with authentic flavor and good portions. Fast service and I liked the hand sanitizer throughout. Although they do seem to recycle, everything is served in plastic. Changing to proper bowls would make a huge difference. Do note that they also incentive reviews by giving free (good) popcorn chicken.

The best vegetarian value in the city! Gluten free noodles too. Love this place for a casual meal south of Times Square in the Fashion District. I ordered N3 (mild) with extra tofu skin. This establishment uses a plastic bowl and utensils, so if you prefer silverware, either bring your own set or place a delivery order.

This place tasted so gross and disgusting. They need to do better. I think they just boil everything in dirty water and put it on a plate. The spring roll wasn't even good it was so oily I think they used dirty oil. We had to go to Jollibee across to street cause we could not eat our food. Just look at the pictures.

The pork was undercooked & smelled rawish, the white rice is as basic as it can be compared to other Chinese food places. The table looked like it was not cleaned in a long time & the dish came with a pastry in cupcake form with yellow egg yolk ewww! The food portions were small & the cost is not worth it. They don't care about this restaurant eat somewhere else.

The food here is entirely worth the wait and trip if you’re not super close. The udon and Lucky six Soup Dumplings options were my favorite. The Lucky Six is an especially good deal to try out different flavors without having to get a whole set of each one. Staff was kind even when they let us know we had to give up the table (the place was getting busier since we arrived and my friend and I somewhat overstayed our welcome. I understood and brought the leftovers with me). Would love to pass by again for another meal

Compared to the same restaurant in the east village, this one is inferior in terms of the food quality. The noodle is far from what it should be. I never saw a fried pork chop being served separately from the noodle. Moreover, the noodle has no flavor at all and salt is barely added. The buns are on the same level of those prepackaged and sold in the grocery store. The only one of okayish quality is the beef pancake. It's a place to grab something quickly in midtown but definitely not a place to enjoy food.

Great place to satisfy your noodle cravings. The noodles are made fresh and cooked perfectly, chewy and tender. The broth are similarly delicious with just a little bit of heat. The restaurant is small and quaint which makes the atmosphere more pleasant and welcoming. The owner is equally polite and personable. He treated us as if we’ve been friends for years. I highly recommend this place, you will definitely love it!

Came here for lunch on a weekend and we waited around 20 minutes for a table of 2. The place is smaller than I expected considering the long line to get inside, but it was pretty cozy. We ordered the Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodles, Pickled Cabbage Beef Noodles, Lamb Chinese Hamburger, and Pork Chinese Hamburger. I thought the signature noodles came with too much chili oil and it overpowered the dish a bit. However, noodles and soup were still good. We both enjoyed the pickled cabbage beef noodles more, because the sourness of the pickled cabbage went well with the soup. Also, the beef was so tender!! We also enjoyed the pork hamburger more than lamb, it had a bit of heat but not too much. We thought lamb was a little dry, but tasted better if you dip it in your soup and add some black vinegar. Overall, cozy comfort food and I would come back again!

First time here, the food is phenomenal! The roast duck was marinated very well, tender, the roast pork is really good, probably the best I’ve ever had in Canada and the States, and the chicken feet is soft! Plus, a two combo meat over rice for only 14.95 is absolutely a steal! Can’t go wrong if you want real Chinese food here! The staff members are also super nice and helpful, especially Sherry! It was a busy time but she was still very dedicated and helpful, explaining what should I do and order, she is really amazing! The cleaning lady I saw in the kitchen was super hardworking and polite as well! I wish you all the very best! 🫶🏻

Superior dim sum, crispy pork belly, and congee at a great price! Everything here is outstanding. Dim Sum Sam is a true gem. Shout out to Sherry for great service!

Had an incredible meal at this Chinese spot—an absolute gem! The dumplings were perfectly juicy and bursting with flavor, easily some of the best I’ve had. The starters were delicious across the board, each one packed with bold, authentic tastes. The hand-cut noodles and ramen were amazing —rich, comforting, and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of chew. Every dish felt crafted with care and tradition. Highly recommend if you’re craving real, delicious Chinese food that hits all the right notes!

This was close to our hotel so we thought we would give it a go. It’s a no for us. Service was slow and not overly friendly. Restaurant shows its age and could use a good refresh. Front window is broken with a sign saying don’t touch. The appetizers were good, pan friend dumplings and scallion pancakes. The main dishes were very bland. Noodles were super chewy. There are better choices not far away.

Really good soup on a cold winter day. Good portions. Service is good. Prices are to be expected.

I was craving a fresh and satisfying meal before my departure, and this restaurant delivered phenomenally. The food is exceptional, and the location is incredibly convenient. Five stars.

The staff exhibited a lack of courtesy, and the food was excessively expensive and subject to high taxes. Notably, the condiments were withheld from my meal. Consequently, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ordered a seafood noodle here, unfortunately there was almost no seafood except a few shrimp pieces, the food was tasteless! There were only two tables in the store, and one of them was picked by their staff with green beans on the table!

While this is not really traditional dim sum - there are no carts and many of the items are what I would consider Fusion, it is really fantastic. We went on a Friday night - it was busy but not ridiculously so. Which is a good thing because the restaurant is quite small. When we were there, there was a children's birthday party in the hibachi restaurant upstairs which was extremely loud. I don't know if that is normal or was just a special occasion. We started with a couple soups - the Tom Yum is really great and does not skimp on the seafood ingredients. The wanton noodle soup was good but there are better places in the area. Then we had a wide variety of dim sum items. The only thing I found disappointing was the lotus leaf rice, which was quite small and did not have the variety of ingredients that I would expect. Everything else was phenomenal. Our daughter loved the Hello Kitty dessert buns! For a more traditional, but also cart-less experience I would recommend Tim Ho Wan, but as a modern version of dim sum, with more slicker presentation, flavoring and style, Dynasty Dim Sum is a fantastic choice.

I had a large hot sake to warm myself up... And then another one to stay warm... So in my tipsy opinion, the food was really good! But I'm sure I would've enjoyed it sober too :) Wait staff was really nice, offered to reheat the hot sake. The dim sum isn't traditional Cantonese dim sum, but good in its own way. Definitely try the truffle oil soup dumplings.

The XO fried rice was amazing - the scallop and the mushrooms paired well with the fried rice. The tofu with eel was quite spicy in comparison, but still quite flavorful. The eel was a bit soft after being in the sauce, so be sure to fish them out early

Efficient service with great tasting food - loved the short rib and mushroom rice, and believe them when they say their egg tarts are the best around.

This was place amazing! Got the half portion of Peking duck and noodles with shrimp. Definitely a must try! And this was my first time trying pecking duck. Bill was 74usd.

We did not yelp this restaurant before entering. We simply chose it because it was close to our hotel. We were not disappointed. The food is really good and the price is very fair. The walnut shrimp is large and fresh and soooo goood. The seafood dry pot is sizzling good. The fish maw soup was not to my liking. And the peppered short rib is so goood with rice. We even returned the next day for some noodle soup for brunch. Did not expect to find such a hidden gem like this.
