I rarely come to Panda Express because I always have a bad experience and I’m always disappointed when I decide to give it another shot. Please make sure you’re giving the right orders out. If I wanted orange chicken I would’ve ordered it. Don’t wait until drive 20 minutes home to open your food. Not worth driving back. Chow mein dry as always.

I ordered a large honey walnut shrimp and this is how much space was left in it. This amount could easily fit in a medium carton but with a price different of more than 2 dollars I expected more. I would have paid for a medium if I knew this is how much they’d give me.

I love Chinese food, so even that the reviews were not too high. We desided to try it out. Big mistake! Food was very old. Vegetables were already over cooked because the time they were on the steam pans. Everything was seating there for long time.

The place has some variety of foods but everything is old. There's so much sauce that it totally cook the food. The fried rice had so much crunch to it that I just left it. Everything water down and don't taste good. New silverware had so much dust and stuff on it that it scared me trying to get a clean one.

Great tasting buffet with nice selection. Not a huge one, but what was on it was excellent. I really liked the fried fish and egg rolls! Don’t forget the yummy soft serve ice cream! Waitress was very nice too.

Honestly the most depressing chinese buffet I've ever been to. I hope you like soy sauce if you visit because that's the only way you're getting ANY flavor on your food. And took over 10 minutes and halfway through our plates before even having someone come take our drink order. The ice cream was the best part of the whole meal.

I moved to Webb City a year ago. This was my first time trying bamboo. I’ve been missing out!! It’s the best place in the area! So good. My whole family loved it. Even my picky kids loved the lo mein. The wonton soup was sooo good it really surprised me. I can’t wait to try more! Our new favorite place.

Phenomenal! The last couple of times I've ordered my General Chicken has been almost sweet; that was a bit upsettinf because I like spicy and that's how it used to be. Today, my husband asked for a little extra spice and it's perfect along with the rest of the food! Great, fast service every time!

I have never left a review before. Although me and my wife visited this location on 04/10 Thursday night at 10:25pm. Not only was the service extremely poor, but there were unsafe and poor safety practices in place. The first thing we noticed was there were less than half the food options available to us, the fried rice, no eggrolls, etc. My wife wanted fried rice but that was not an option, even over 30 minutes before closing. The next thing is there was a very unprofessional Samoan lady spraying the floors and sides of walls right next to the food sitting out. This is a complete safety violation and extremely unprofessional. There was water misting and spraying over all the food. The girl the was putting our food together made a comment when we were selecting our food that, “we caught them right before closing.” When there was over 30 minutes before closing begins. In the middle of the girl making our food, the Samoan lady was standing in the way of the food line not even considering getting out of the way. To top it off, when we asked for 2 medium drinks, she said, “ohhh we closed the fountain. I guess I could get some from the drive through if you want.” What else are we supposed to drink?? Again, I have never left a review but the atmosphere and the overall professionalism was not there. Whoever the shift lead was lacks professionalism and coaching to make sure all associates have good customer service.

I love coming there! My food is always fresh to-go. They are normally cleaning when I come in, and it is always super clean inside.

I'm not sure if we came late in their service, or if I was just unfortunate tonight. The food looked to have been there for a while, IF it was there at all. Now, the flavor and the woman that served us was fairly good. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this buffet, unless you don't know good Chinese food. If you want a better buffet, go to Panda Express.

The food is great, although I do wish they would offer more variety on the buffet. The service has always been above and beyond! The owners are very friendly and welcoming and seem to really love kids. The restaurant is always clean when we come. The food is fresh and hot! They are a very family friendly place. We love this restaurant!

Very pleasant! They have a drive through. Food was pretty greasy, but FRESH veggies!! good serving sizes, and good prices. It looked like it was greasy, but didn't feel or taste like it. Was probably just liquid. Will definitely try them again. $20 for 2 take out lunches and a soup.

I had high hopes of this place I had driven past it a few times and had hoped it would be good given its cool name. Unfortunately the food was just OK not great when I arrived I was the only person there I had the buffet most of the food was old and dried up due to the steam table being turned up too much. Perhaps it would have been better if I ordered from the menu. But on a positive note the lemon chicken was good.

First time ever eating at a Lucy’s, but I live in Rogersville now and I didn’t want to drive to Springfield to get my usual, so I decided to give something close a try. First off, I wish I would have got the womans name for a more personal recognition for this review, but her customer service was wonderful and much appreciated! Very friendly and she even threw in extra fortune cookies for my kids! The price of the food I would say is average! A good timely manner of the drive-thru! And the food was DELICIOUS! Great serving sizes for both the children’s meal and mine. I am extremely picky when it comes to Chinese food, but this was hot and fresh, the rice and chicken weren’t dry at all and it all was full of flavor! I will absolutely be returning, and I absolutely recommend!! 😋

If you like the general tso, sweet and sour or cashew chicken anywhere else, you probably won't like it here. It's completely different, and we were not a fan of ours. Service was great, but we won't be back for the food for sure.

We ate there once a couple years ago.I ordered the orange. Chicken and several chunks were chunks of gristle. So 4 or 5 chucks of my orange chicken was gristle. You'd think the cook could tell the difference. Haven't been back. 😵

Not a huge buffet but a very good one. The Springfield style cashew chicken is very very good as well as the general. Egg drop soup is very good and not too salty like some places. Consistently decent food. I always come back.

I had Door Dash deliver so I can’t speak for what I don’t know about Bamboo. However I had two kinds of chicken. The generals and sesame with fried rice, noodles, 2 crab Rangoon, and an egg roll. It was all delish. So make your way there as soon as you want a tasty meal.

Food tasted good. We started out frustrated because they left the rice or of our order and we didn't realize it until we had driven all the way home. But with a phone call Bamboo made out right and the manager delivered our missing rice to our home. We love good customer service. The place is clean also!

Got the general chicken lunch special that comes with rice. Good size portion for a large special. Outside of chicken was crispy and inside was tender and juicy. Sauce was light and you could taste the ginger however it was it spicy or savory as I'm used to for a general chicken. I may have to go back and check the sesame chicken.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was in this bright red sauce. I didn't like it. But I did order the cashew chicken on one other occasion and that was really good

As soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome. The food was bland with few options, the staff was extremely dismissive. I also got charged dinner pricing for the limited selection. I wish I could give no stars.

Food is good, as far as any Chinese buffet goes. It's my go-to place in Marshfield. Take out orders come off the buffet as well. Cashew Chicken sauce tastes good, and what it should be for local flavor. Costs about $15 per person with drinks & tax.
