Really like the food they offer, and service is always polite and prompt. Wish it had less salt than it does, but otherwise I enjoy it - have been picking up dinner here once or twice a week for months now.

First visit here in quite some time. It’s 8:00 Friday night. I had a dine in experience. Many of the food items looked tired and not abundant. Same story as most places. Not enough staff. Only me counter person. Two people preparing food. One person cleaning. If you have a pickup order you are low priority. They stand and wait while walk ins are handled first. My food was below average. I only came here as my first choice restaurant’s dining room is closed.

$1.50 extra for shrimp and cashews. Tried not to get rice as my entrée but it would cost extra. Crab Rangoon was very small with very little taste. Two people it was $28.00 Should of went to the all you can eat Chinese buffet. This isn't real Chinese food.

That's a 2 entree orange chicken and noodles? Sad part is that they used to be awesome now your get little hard clumps of crust tossed in sauce no meat for sure and there's nothing like a good handful of chopped cabbage core in your noodles...Do Better PLEASE

I've lived near here for over a year, and like some of the other reviewers, I steered away until now due to the bad reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been terrible... and it pains me to leave this review because the older gentleman was pleasant to speak with and call on the phone to order. The food itself wasn't terrible, really, the General Tso's Chicken was tasty, and the rice portion was generous. The egg roll was subpar but not terrible. The rice itself was pretty standard, a TAD overcooked but not too much so. It's what happened from eating it that threw my experience.... and sadly, the food, in the toilet. I spent the next 15 hours after eating here with stomach pain and feeling bloated, which really was just bizarre to me. Afterward, I ended up still having bad stomach pain and found myself puking it all up... The biggest shame is the combo was like... SEVENTEEN bucks! Which was kinda upsetting since I had no way of knowing that before getting to the register. All of the prices I could see online were outdated and very inaccurate. I also left a tip, which I regret doing now... I wish I had taken a fraction of that money down the street to a competitor of theirs I frequent as to avoid this place (which I now will be doing permanently). I would've had more food, and I know I wouldn't have struggled keeping it down one bit....

Only one employee working the whole restaurant. 20min wait turned into over and hour. No staff to talk to regarding anything. Food was not very good or hot for how long we waited for food. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially when there are other Chinese restaurants around. Hopefully they can get more staff to help the gentleman out and the customers can get better service. It is no way the single man’s fault he was working so hard. I felt bad.

I’m telling you, if you need to eat on a crunch, the food is out in under 5 minutes of ordering. It’s insane. I’m used to waiting 15-25 minutes for food to be cooked. I understand food takes time to prepare and cook. The food is faster than fast food. It’s crazy. I think the food here is good, but I do not have a superb palate. It doesn’t take much for me to enjoy the flavor of something. This is a casual restaurant with Chinese and Thai food options. By 2024 standards, this place is inexpensive. One can eat for under 15 USD.

Probably the worst chinese I ever had. Crab ragoon is just cream cheese. Rice is yellow and very bland and general tso chicken taste like it is dipped in soy sauce, very disappointed with this food

The food was really good! My favorite is the Mongolian pork. The staff was fast at cleaning your table. The food was clean and fresh. For the price (10.99) all you can eat, I think it was reasonable. If you're looking for more seafood options, then this is not the place. They only seafood I see was the imitation crab meat. Everything tasted good and will come back in the future.

Very good bang for your buck. I’ve been a little skeptical of buffets since the pandemic, but here it was very cozy and clean. Music was a nice touch while I ate a couple plates of chicken. They have a lot of options and I would recommend to anyone trying to bash down some food and leave a happy camper

This had been my favorite Chinese place in South County for years. But the last few times, prices are skyrocketing - which I’m perfectly willing to pay higher prices - so long as the service is good. My last few delivery orders are super slow, arriving more than 15 minutes late. I called for an ETA & was told it was almost done, meaning it hadn’t even left yet, & was promptly hung up on. Service needs work, but food is always outstanding.

Never had hot braised chicken like this in my life just chicken nuggets in a brown sauce .lol supposed to get fried rice with crab Rangoon also . Nope.

First time coming to China Garden on McKenzie Rd. I ordered Beef fried rice to dine in and a bottle of water. The tables were very sticky . I asked if she could wipe off my table So she proceeds to hand me one square of dry paper towel. Told her I need something wet because the table was dirty & sticky, she told me to use my bottle of water to wet it. Um, okay... I did. She brings my food to the table & I asked if they have red pepper and something to eat my rice with? She yells across the room to me "yeah, come & get it" I said excuse me? She said again "Come & get it" The dining area was full of boxes & hard to maneuver to a table to dine in. The beef? IF that's what it truly was.... didn't seem like real meat, boiled maybe? The cooking area & kitchen lighting was Very Dim! Last time I will patronize this place & the rudeness of the cashier was so uncalled for. I would actually rate this place 0

Ordered and was told 30 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and we finally got it an hour later. He got it home and we discovered a meal missing from a combo. We had the crab Rangoon but not the food. I called and she asked if we could come pick it up. Our son went to get it and was told it would be 20 minutes. I called up there to tell them no, they need to get the part of the order they missed ready for him. She was a too young of girl placed in an overwhelming position that she should not have been placed it. The food was decent but with the service and treatment of employees and guest, there are other options out there that are better Do NOT recommend the Chicken with Curry It was 90% vegetables

I used to go to this place about 20 years ago and it was pretty good! Not so much anymore. Everything was sticky and dirty. We ordered edamame which came out and rather than it's typical vibrant green color, was yellow and brown. We didn't wait for our entree and left $20 on the table and walked out. Absolutely disgusting experience.

I’m no Chinese food connoisseur, but I think this place is straight gas. I tried all kinds of dishes, traditional and Americanized, and they were all executed to perfection. The food came out quick and was piping hot. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy an amazing Chinese dinner.

Perfect!! I ordered delivery from here and I have absolutely no complaints. The food arrived extremely hot which is great because I can't stand it when I receive cold food. I ordered the general two's lunch combo, crab Rangoon, and steamed dumplings. It was all cooked perfectly and was super delicious. I'll be ordering from this location from now on.

This location is a treasure! The General TSO Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Crab Rangoon are all excellent. Fantastic flavor and generous serving sizes!

I am beyond disappointed with how tonight went with my food. In my receipt you can see that I got honey chicken and teriyaki chicken. However; you can see in my box that there is no teriyaki chicken. Well that’s because 10 minutes after my order in the app said it was completed it was not. They said that they had to wait for more teriyaki chicken. Okay fine no problem. The problem was that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that when I got my food it was raw and pink. I went back in the line and told the manager it was still raw. He said he was sorry and that he checked it before it went out. Do he did not he was taking trash out with the new girl. Don’t like to me. Then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted the container that had the raw chicken. No thank I do not want the container of raw chicken. Looking back I wish I would have taken it so that I could post that picture.

Fire the manager and start new. They are lying to corporate about their food times. Sat 26 minutes in the lobby waiting on food i was texted was already done and ready for pickup. Made me late getting back to work. The Manager made it clear she doesn’t care. Corporate will be notified all of that interaction was recorded.

Sigh. This place was fantastic once upon a time, but not anymore. Third time they’ve had children take the order and it is wrong when we pick it up. First time, they included seafood in the entree. This time, looks as if they didn’t bother to chop the vegetables and included a half an onion. They’ve also switched egg rolls to bite size pieces (no doubt frozen). When you bring the incorrect orders to their attention, they’re annoyed and claim they’ll make a complimentary dish next time. I want to assume it’s a scale issue, because they’re much busier now with online orders - but I can’t get over the now unfriendly service and getting all the way home to find they’ve given me something completely different than I ordered.

Tried this location for lunch via Door Dash because of how well liked other China King locations are. Three positives: 1) super fast! 2) The order came in a super cute reusable bag, and 3) the crab ragoon was delicious. Everyone got different things, and no one was happy. The chicken didn't feel or taste like chicken. Almost everything had a fishy taste. Egg rolls were burnt. Oh, and we did get fortune cookies that were good, not that those are made in-house. Overall, pretty disappointed especially compared to other China King locations. Wouldn't recommend and won't order again.

I don’t have any complaints about this place. The staff were friendly and seemed alright to me. They helped me and got me my food quickly. It is Panda Express so if you don’t like that it might not be great but it is in a food court so you got plenty of options. The portion was great, I got the one main dish and one side bowl. It was under ten bucks (I didn’t get a drink though). It was hot and tasted great. No complaints about this place!!

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced at any Panda Express! We are okay with waiting on our food to be cooked but when we receive the food the orange chicken was half cooked😡🤢🤮. I had 5 kids with me so I placed there trays so that they can start eating it took a minute to do so. As I sat and began eating after a few bites I noticed the meat was raw🤮🤮. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they had none on duty 😡😡. I wish I could give -5 stars!! I will be uploading the pictures soon
