I had been interested in this place for a while and wanted to try their food. So, I invited my friend, and we went there for dinner. The place was quite cozy. We ordered pizza, pasta, dessert, and drinks. The waiter recommended the Chicken BBQ pizza, which was the first to arrive. We tried it, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfect. We loved it so much that we decided to order pasta, which also turned out to be very tasty. The dessert, with ice cream and cream, was amazing—we enjoyed every dish. However, one thing spoiled the evening. A lady sitting at a nearby table kept sneezing and coughing, and then she went to the area where the clean dishes for guests were stored and sneezed right next to them. It was extremely unhygienic, and after that, I felt uncomfortable using the dishes.

1st time visit northbrook CPK here To go order fresh summer fruits salad that is seasonal limited time. Also got strawberry mango cooler drink. Both salad and drink taste very fresh yum made. Highly recommend fresh summer appetite food and drink. Friendly staff here too. Thanks preparing my order fresh.

Quality food, decent selection, all at a reasonable price. Also perfectly located next to a discount movie theater, and an ice cream / boba tea smoothie shop!

This place has some of the best wings I've had! Lemon pepper and hot are the best. Their slushies are the best I've had(and I've had from other places but don't stack up). Fries are so good!

I tried it for the first time.....as i am not a fan of kimchi so i didn't like it that much...but overall ok.. service was very good...atmosphere was also good...they have vegiterian options.

I was excited and loved this place when it opened. Went frequently, but recently noticed quality slipping. Today was a total disappointment. Half of what I usually get was not available, bowl is smaller, rice was dry, brussel sprouts were hard, no beans, no cheese, protein bowls empty …and still $12. Taste wasn’t fresh. ☹️. This just put me off and in need of a very long break.

I have stayed at this Hilton in Northbrook on a number of occasions. This time for Mother’s Day weekend. While there we tried the Allgauers restaurants and had their buffet. Such a disappointment by the quality of food for the price. I compare it to a free Continental breakfast at an average cost hotel. Our breakfast at Hilton was $50 with tip. The service was great and not the waitress fault for quality of food. I would recommend staying at this Hilton but go to another better restaurant nearby. Elly’s is a great breakfast restaurant down the road.

We came here for the Mother's Day brunch buffet. It's our first time eating in this restaurant. Upon arrival, our party was seated promptly at the time of the reservation. Once seated, I immediately liked the classic ambiance overlooking a beautiful river and pond. Food was well prepared, fresh, and tasted good. I noticed that the staff were very good at refilling the buffet table even when it's close to the end of the service time. However, for the price, I was expecting more at the food offering. The service, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was very nice and attentive to refill our coffee, soda, and mimosas. All of us had a great time.

So I learned something new about this place tonight and I thought I'd share. On Sundays all the prices change, they go way up! I paid 25$ for one order of sesame chicken and one order of crab Rangoon, when usually I get 2 meals for like 15 bucks!! Oh yea and no more free fortune cookies, ya gotta buy those too!

When I initially came in to order the server was ok then when I changed my mind the young lady was visibly annoyed. Now that I’ve gotten home and started eating my food I noticed it had egg shells, and a weird cigarette like after taste. Would not recommend…

this was the best food of my entire life. i’m literally craving it the rest of the day but i already finished my food. please open more location so i can doordash this i will literally give this place my entire money. this is my new favorite restaurant i love you guys. the orange chicken was THE BEST i’ve ever had please please please make it not a mall only location. thank you and love you guys ❤️

I like the mangolian beef also the spicy chicken The noodles is so yummyy Thats what I always order, i dont know why there’s alot of bad reviews maybe the other things that I didn’t try are bad.. try the same of what I ordered you wont regret

First time trying and the last time The house chicken special was terribly overcooked to the point of the chicken looking dry like jerky. It’s very disappointing because the sauce was amazing but the chicken non edible. I threw it away. I read other reviews and see they don’t care if you call and complain so I put it here.

There's a nasty old oil smell in the bag when I picked it up. Food was definitely oily and not fresh. These Chinese restaurants need a proper inspection by cook county.

Ordered a dinner eggfooyung combination shrimp fried rice. It was delicious, and very generous with the serving. Im glad i didn’t go to a fast food. The price is very reasonable / good for value. Ill definitely come back again and explore the menu more. Happy with the food and service.

I ordered 16 bone in wings. 8 garlic Parmesan 8 honey chipotle. They left out the 8 honey chipotle. I called many times and no answer. Food was cold and the wings were dry with no sauce. The bone in wings were fatty. not very satisfied

Waited an hour for cold dried chicken that was hard couldn't hardly eat it. I wouldn't have had it then if I hadn't called them cuz they didn't come out to give it to me till I called twice to get it. it was Saturday night and they were busy but eight people went in and got theirs while I still sat there waiting you're supposed to sit in your car you're not supposed to go in and get it it's curbside last time I ordered it was pretty good so I thought I'd give him another try that's my last try

Again a bag full of cold food old food I swear this was somebody’s lunch they made and didn’t eat instead they sold it out the drive thru I can tell that this happens a lot here cause the manager already knew why I was calling this store on 167th in oak forest need to fire their entire management team cause to continue on blatantly messing up orders and pushing bad product it say the employees don’t care and management is unfit

Went to the drive thru and was told they have no mayonnaise at all. Ordered 2 BiggieBags)Chicken BLT anyway. The Cashier had on a bright pink bonet and no uniform shirt. I drove 15 min home and found no Bacon or tomato and literally a piece of lettuce on both my sandwiches. I called for over an hour to complain and no one ever picked up. Update: it’s been weeks later since I talked to the AM Manager who assured me after I gave her all my information that I would be receiving a call back or email from someone higher up. Still no call or email. How are you still in business and why are these people stilled employed?

This place is popular because of their food and service. So, there are times when the lines are long. It's not the employees or manager. I order the orange chicken every time, and although it does not taste the same each time I order, the food is still good to eat. I have no complaints and visit the store about once a month.

My wife and I love eating at this restaurant chain. Especially at this branch, I think the food is much fresher than anything I've ever tasted before. Shrimp is my favorite choice and it tastes delicious no matter what it is for shrimp, as well as with other dishes such as beef. Regarding soda, I think there might be a slight difference between one branch and another, but I don't know, maybe I'm not paying attention, after all it's not that important. Regarding other things such as parking, I think it's normal as long as it's not difficult to get parking because it's not parking on the side of the road. The toilets and dining room are clean, thank you for your service. One more thing, regarding the price, I think it is reasonable considering that the portions given are quite large.

They Always do my order exactly how I ask. They have never messed up my order at this location. Very friendly

This location is just the worst. Not only is the store dirty the employee uniforms need to be replaced . I understand this not fine dining but I as the customer I expect some customer service a smile a thank you for coming greasy hot food and not jargon yea what can I get you is so unprofessional to me and this is just my opinion I visit this location a few time to say they will not clean clean or get better so this was my last time there
