This Chinese restaurant is super clean, and kid-friendly. My kids loved the little fishies, and didn’t want to leave the restaurant. I had this for breakfast since my kids and me wanted to try something new today. I have to say, this is the best restaurant I ever went to. My kids are absolutely obsessed with the chicken wings, which I can’t blame them, there is also healthy and vegetarian options. In conclusion, this is the best restaurant I ever went to.

delivery order twice now i ordered fried rice with $2 extra meat - I was charged but the rice showed up without the extra. this is consistent, until I complain and it seems that one time they got it right. it is as if i have to be in the restaurant supervising to be sure I get what i pay for.

I ordered take out and they got my order completely wrong, it’s fine mistakes happen, I called back to tell them it was wrong and ask if I could get the correct item and the lady on the phone said “NO!” and then tried to gaslight me into saying I ordered what I got. The food is pretty good ! But it’s not what I ordered and the lady on the phone attempted to gaslight me. If you get food here it will be good!! But you may not get what you order 😸

Picked up a DoorDash order from here one day, smelled amazing. Ordered the next day and was not disappointed. The pizza is great, good sauce to cheese ratio. Hidden Gem. We’ve been coming here over a year now!

OMG I was waiting to cut my hair and decided to grab something to eat while I waited. Wifey got a slice which she loved but wished there was a little more sauce. I ordered a mini bandeja paisa and wasn’t expecting to be good. It was actually better than most Colombian restaurants I visited. I will definitely come back again! Thank you!!

Pretty good option to visit with family members and friends. Large menu option of dishes from the land or the sea. Traditional taste of peruvian cooking. Courteous service staff team. Prices are affordable.

I'm a regular customer, have ordered everything from the Menu at lunch (soup+entree) to the regular dinner entrees. The quality of the food has improved from when it started years ago. They have been consistently serving plates full of flavor with generous portions. It's a no-frills type of place but you really get a bang for your buck here. Glad to keep coming back.

This morning I went to Bruegger’s and got three bagels with cream cheese and two breakfast sandwiches. As the employee was cutting my jalapeño bagel, he suddenly dropped it on the floor as he had cut himself with a knife. He ran into the back room, only to leave me with no one to complete my order. After a few minutes, another worker was assigned to me. He looked at me with a blank look in his eyes, as though he had no idea what was going on. My entire order came to $35. when I brought the sandwiches home, my boyfriend and I were disappointed to see that his farm house had no cream cheese on it which is part of the ingredients. I then opened my jalapeño bagel only to see that it barely had a smudge of cream cheese on it. It also was not toasted. Despite the fact that I love the bagels, I will not be returning anytime soon.

(Sorry for the first messy photo of the tofu and rice, I was so hungry I dug in😂) I ordered General tso tofu as well as a large chicken and rice soup. For years, Foliage had been my go to spot for delicious Chinese takeout. Their food is always fresh and well prepared as well as easy and understanding communication provided by staff. It’s shocking why Foliage has bad reviews because everytime I order, the food is clearly fresh and never over or undercooked compared to other Chinese restaurants in New Haven or east haven. If you want great Chinese food at great cost and timely delivery for either yourself or the whole family, Foliage is your best choice!

The Worst food I've ever purchased in my life. Lobster fried rice was missing the Lobster. Fried chicken wings raw, just looked cooked until you bite into it & what!!! bloody! I ordered on line over $120.00 for five person meal. Mixed vegetables only two broccoli & carrots. I wouldn't send anyone there to eat, not even a cat or dog on the street. REPEAT! You are taking your life down the tubes. Yes! I am angry! You would be as well. On The menus food looks good but it's bait & switch. Trust me don't dine, take out or eat there. Bottom line 😞😔.

I’ve only ever gotten straight fire from this place. They give you fresh, not greasy, juicy food 9 out of 10 times. I’ve been coming here 2 straight years and waited this long to make a review. No complains.

China One restaurant has been the #1 consistent thing in my life for years. It always makes me feel so safe when they call back, even if they missed the call, especially since I have been going through a bad breakup recently. This my dog nephew and he woofs the spare ribs down like his mom. Him and I order often before crying on the couch. This place is the egg to my roll, the moo to my shoo. Only complaint is changing the building from blue to yellow.

Super nice staff and great food! Pricing is very affordable. I got two regular sized, one spicy chicken and one steak with 6 potstickers and an egg roll for about $40. I got a regular sized and it’s a big portion! Enough for now and lunch the next day. Definitely worth the money! Great customer service, the staff was super kind and patient. The food was hot and still very warm by the time we got home. We were out in about 10-15 minutes as everything seems to be made to order. Will deff go back soon!

1st time in and General Manager Douglas was on hand and took his time to explain the menu to me as well as choices and options. Great 1st impression and the food was excellent. Fresh and seasoned well. Overall great experience and really good food at a reasonable price. Get the app, earn points and save. Definitely a business I want to support and would recommend you to try them for yourself.

I live probably one minute away….. I ordered our meals and came home…… probably less than 2 minutes away…. The food was already very cold!!!….. I wouldn’t eat there again unless I stood there ordered my meal and watched them cook it lol I feel guilty now because I think I just ate someone’s cat….. today I ate what was left over from yesterday….. big mistake How can chicken possibly be soooo tough!!!!

We’ve only ordered by phone and never had an issue. Everything is always great. Especially the boneless spare ribs!

Food was edible and that’s all I can say about it. Was not enjoyable in any way though. Flavor wise the fish wasn’t what I wanted it to be but I really tried to mind over matter it. But it wasn’t good. The sweet potato roll had a lot of filling which, while generous, was actually too much for what it was. Wish it were crispier as well but I know some of that is lost in delivery. Sushi did look like whoever rolled it had never rolled sushi before. Lastly, the delivery driver did not call, text, or update on grubhub that it was delivered, but after reading other reviews, I went outside and it was there, on my porch. Delivery driver should be letting people know when it’s delivered.

I don't usually write comments, but I've tried different sushi places in New Haven, and this is the best one. The order is prepared fast, and it doesn’t impact the quality. The portion sizes and packaging for delivery are always prepared with care, and the miso soup is so hot that it’s still warm when it arrives! This place truly takes care of its customers and I don’t understand why some ratings are poor. Thank you to the manager, the team who prepared in Philadelphia, California sushi, and the miso soup. Newer to area so gave this place a try. Food was excellent, probably some of the best Chinese I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the beef broccoli, Kung pao chicken and pork lo mein. All fresh and delicious. Friendly staff, clean restaurant.

Great food, love their egg foo young and chicken fried rice. Workers who deliver food should definitely label each container so that its easy to find what you order. Unfortunately, it wasnt implemented this time, hopefully next time? Otherwise great food.

They use to be really good until someone else took it over. Now the rice hardly has veggies in it and barley and pork if you order pork fried rice. The portions are smaller. The original owners or workers from 2023 and below were great. All new faces.
