Sun Kwong is my favorite Chinese restaurant. I come eat here anytime I work from home and they make me feel so welcome. Fast, tasty, excellent portions and reasonable prices. The beef chow fun is particularly good!

Stumbled on this place while we were walking through Russian Hill. So glad we decided to go in! Food was delicious, fast, and generous sized portions. We ordered hot & sour soup and chow fun. The people running the place were also so welcoming. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!

TBH it was a little chaotic (Sunday brunch, I realize), but the food was great! Our favorites were the coffee ribs, green beans, and salt & pepper tofu. Be ready to be assertive if you’re hungry and it’s busy :).

Met with family who were in town. They waited in line for a while. Others behind them because we didn’t understand our numbers getting called. It was crowded even though it was after 1pm. Saw napkins on the floor that didn’t get picked up and will probably stay there for a while. Food was good. They didn’t rush us.

This place looks a little dingy, seems like it used to be restaurant, but now they just do takeaway. The dimsum is not premium restaurant stuff, but good hearty home style, presentation not so great, but tastes good. You could get a meal for under $10 here, but "splurge" a little and you'll be really full.

Don’t sleep on this OG dim sum spot in the heart of North Beach, very authentic, open early, rarely any line or any people at all really. Highly reccomend for casual fare / snack.

I visited this quiet little spot for lunch and I really enjoyed the crab Rangoons and the Bbq pork buns. The Rangoons were sweet, creamy, and crunchy. The pork buns were fluffy like a cloud and meaty in the center. Good Chinese Food and I would eat here again. However, I did think the bathroom was a little eh for a restaurant.

What Tai Chi lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in delicious, flavor packed Chinese food. My new favorite casual Chinese restaurant serving some American favorites like their Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Their soups are so comforting. You can’t go wrong. The only thing I’ve had here (so far) that was not memorable were the potstickers. If you are looking for easy and dependable Chinese food Tai Chi is the place.

Ordered take out hot n sour soup, chicken wings, curry chicken n shrimp rice, and chicken corn chowder soup... we live on east coast and west coast blows em out the water!!! Freshness doesn't compare and chicken taste like actual chicken not some mystery meat. Sweet an sour isnt an over leaded sweet sauce but a beautiful balance of sour and sweet.. To try and describe the difference between chinese were use to compared to what we got isn't even describable. This place needs a 10 star... go to east coast and u will appreciate what is severed here as "chinese" food

I placed an order at 6p. I called at 7:35 to check on the order. I was asked to hold, the phone was put down and I heard background noise for 7 minutes before I was hung up on. I called back and was told the food was ready and would be picked up to deliver soon. Since it wasn't even en route yet, I asked them to cancel the order, The woman convinced me it was leaving at that moment and would arrive soon. I said I would like a refund if it did not arrive by 8pm. TBD when it will get here. We've ordered from them before, and the food is good but the last time we ordered, they put a duplicate charge on our credit card. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I can't even find the restaurant on yelp to leave a review there.

Lovely and quiet wee place. Lacking in atmosphere when I went but food was great and staff were lovely. I ordered vegetable chow mein and egg rolls. The bill came with a fortune cookie.

I love this place and have been coming here for a couple decades. The food is delicious, the owners are personable and attentive. It’s my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Marina area.

We must’ve caught this place on a bad night. Between Nextdoor reviews and google reviews, most people say really good things. However, we won’t be back. The food was quite honestly not good. The rangoons had zero crunch- they were completely soggy. The sesame chicken was so over fried there was no chicken when you bit into it- tasted like dust. My husband said the kung pao chicken was “alright”. Sad our food experience wasn’t great :(

My kids Bought Chinese food here because of reviews but I'm sorry to say that your food is disgusting 😡😡. Starting with the combination fry rice so tasteless . The orange chicken 🐔🐔 was hard as a rubber 🥾🥾. Chicken chow mein 🐥🐥 so salty 🧂🧂🧂. And food prices are too high 🚀🚀🚀. I don't recommend this restaurant to buy or eat their food 👎👎. Please go somewhere else to spend your money 💰💰💰.

I’m just not sure why they don’t know the difference between ramen noodles and and udon noodles. Then they want to be rude and combative and clearly don’t have knowledge on what they are even serving.

We went to eat there and truly weren't expecting much, since we've eaten dumplings at restaurants in multiple Chinatowns. However, the dumplings were excellent, comparable to the Chinatown restaurants. If you like dumplings, we highly recommend this restaurant. We especially liked the soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings. Their non-dumpling side dishes were good too.

I have been ordering from here for years. Always great service and tasty food. Best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had.

Small yet, Cosey. Appears family owned service. Its in a strip mall. Kind of old. But the food is great. Hot fresh ans fast.

This is by far one of our favorite spots for Chinese food. The food and service is always great.

Service was slow and inefficient, food was bland. Cook needs to use bullion to add flavor.

Good and fast Chinese food. Better than Panda Express. Their drink prices and portions are awesome, probably the best part. Make sure you call in if you plan to get the shrimp dumpling bogo.

Best local Chinese food. THEY ALSO DELIVER THEMSELVES. I recently learned they deliver after an order went wrong on DoorDash and I had to just go in myself because it was taking over an hour through DoorDash, screw DoorDash because RiceBowl delivery IS SO DAMN FAST. Waaaaaaayy faster and I like that I’m directly supporting the restaurant. And there isn’t a bunch of delivery fees and upcharged prices like on DoorDash. I get way more food for the same price Please if you order here order directly from them for delivery not on DoorDash because you’ll save more money! It’s awesome Love their BOGO for the shrimp dumplings the dim sum is so good here. Such amazing food my favourite is the Steamed Spareribs my god is it so so good Like you have no idea how good those steamed spareribs are. Simple little side dish but SO GOOD it is absolutely my favourite When I craved dim sum I went all the way to china town now that I learned of RiceBowl I just go here since it’s so close to my house. I just hope one day they add Mapo Tofu to their menu it’s the one thing they don’t have and I go to another Chinese place for that when I crave it. If rice bowl adds mapo tofu to the menu I would eat here everyday I already order pretty regularly for the steamed spareribs. But now that I learned they deliver and I can be lazy it’s game over for my wallet

worst chineese food ever. i got chicken chow mein and chicken stir fry and teryaki chicken. it was very salty. way to much vegetables. almost a plate full of vegetables. and way to expensive....never will i go back

I came here on my lunch break with a coworker last week. I didn't even know the place existed and I feel really bad because I'm always looking for a good Chinese food spot. I ordered the Mongolian beef and fried rice. It was so good! The best I've ever had! I only ate half of the portion I was given and ate the rest for dinner that night. It was so good that I brought my wife back two days later and she absolutely loved it also! It's so sad that they're going to be closing the doors in less than 2 months. The prices are extremely decent and the portions are abundantly large. I wish they could continue to carry on the tradition of providing great service to the community. This is a gem that is definitely going to be missed.
