Superior Palace
Weylen Was the best server. He was so kind and attentive and cared about the food allergy at the table. The Cantonese dinner special is amazing for the price!! 2 people and 5 plates for $41! You can’t beat that!!
Yummy home style Chinese food. Our waiter was very nice and efficient. The food came out extremely fast! We don't live on this side of the City but would definitely return!
Taste of Fusion
The food here is great. Very fresh vegetables and lean meats. Sauces are delicious. We came here on a Monday walk with a bunch of friends to visit the middle lakes. One guy who used to live in the area said we should eat lunch here. We picked 6 different items to share they were all tasty. It wasn't super busy for a Monday lunch hour, but the bar area looks great. I imagine it gets hoping on evenings and weekends.
Taste of Fusion serves fantastic dim sum—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Every single dish we tried was amazing, from the classics to the more unique offerings. The BBQ pork puff buns were the absolute standout, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite. We also ordered har gow, sui mai, steamed meatball, soup dumplings, beef chow fun, pork spare ribs, and Portuguese egg tarts—and everything was delicious. The flavors were spot on, the textures were just right, and the quality of ingredients really shined. If you’re looking for top-tier dim sum, I highly recommend Taste of Fusion. I can’t wait to go back!
Dimdoduc
Tasty dim sums for a great price. Freshly made dim sums on premise and frozen ones available for purchase as well. Service was great too. It’s a hole in the wall that is worth visiting. While we ate in the restaurant, we bought more to take home when we left. Definitely will go back for more.
Quick, cheap, and good snacks in the neighborhood within walking distance of multiple parks and playgrounds. Service is quick and friendly. The Red Bean Roll (not pictured) was yummy. The white bread part was fluffy and a light sweet flavor and the red bean paste inside was smooth. The Fresh Taro Dumpling is dim sum not offered in Hawaii so I wanted to try it out. I love the concept and the chopped up taro pieces were soft, but the sauce didn’t have much flavor to make it outstanding. The Pineapple Custard Bun was delicious! The bread was soft. I enjoyed the thick, crispy and flakey topping and creamy custard on the inside. The pineapple buns I normally eat have a thinner topping so this was a nice change. Worth a try if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for something quick to eat!
Wok Shop Cafe
Ate here with extended family and tried a variety of dishes. As an Americanized Korean, I was quite impressed with how the food tastes. Here is my honest review of each menu item I’ve tried. Pot Stickers: 9/10 With all the good reviews on this, I had high expectations. It is still really really good. Very Crispy and good flavor, I just thought it would be better. (picture included) Orange chicken: 10/10 My favorite out of them all, very very good. Amazing texture, so so yummy. 100000% recommend. Mongolian beef: 9/10 Very good. Rich flavor. Definitely recommend. Sweet and Sour pork: 7/10 Good texture but something in the sauce was a bit unexpected, although it was still overall pretty good. (picture included) Kung Pao chicken: 7/10. Very spicy, beware. Beef Chow Mein: 9/10 Not a huge fan of chow mein but this was really good. Singapore style rice noodles: 9/10 Pretty good, authentic flavor. Normally something I would not like, but I enjoyed this dish at this restraunt. (picture included) Prawn and Scallop with black bean sauce: 4/10. Server recommended this to us when we asked for a mildly spicy seafood dish, however it did not meet my expectations at all. Salt and Pepper Fish: 8/10. Delicious but a tad bit too salty for my taste. Beef chow fun: 7/10 exactly how you’d think it would taste like Service (7/10) was less than ideal as the one server was sitting at her desk watching shows at a loud volume. Wish she paid a tad bit more attention to a party of 9.
Very good Chinese cuisine. The pt stickers were so good and filling. The Beef Chow Fun was so delicious and felt home cooked. The duck was so succulent, juicy, flavorful and delicious. The white rice balanced it. Very happy to have found such good food.
Panda Express
"Embarked on a culinary journey with my brother today! Opted for Panda Express takeout as Super Duper Burgers lacked dining. Enjoyed their savory fried rice with chicken right outside Super Duper Area. Mixing it up for a delightful meal experience! 🍔🍚 Price-wise, Panda Express always hits the spot! #FoodieAdventures"
Finally we have a Panda Express in our Area !! Yay , I took the chow mein and Honey walnut shrimp . I also ate some of the Crispy Crab Rangoon . They wide variety of drinks/soda available. The restaurant is clean and the staff was friendly.
Bamboo Restaurant
Absolutely delicious, really wonderful service and nice atmosphere. We got complementary tea before our meal and everything was so fresh and beautiful. They worked with us for taking home the leftovers as well. 100% recommend and will go again!

Wow! Really serious traditional and yet cutting edge high end Chinese food in San Francisco. Reservations only, Tuesday and Wednesday only for the time being.
Gourmet Carousel
Have not been here for many years so was curious to see/experience the latest... The menu looked promising. The crispy fried chicken, flavorful with surprisingly light & crispy skin, was very good. (As per menu, 30-minute prep time required.) Bitter melon with beef was not bad, but there was a large puddle of oil on the bottom. The special clay pot (contained some meats & seafood) was mediocre. Shrimp with lobster sauce was very salty, and unfortunately resembled scrambled eggs + shrimp instead of the expected creamy sauce. Lasting impressions: good fried chicken, very difficult parking, and unfriendly hostess/waitress.
no frills chinese restaurant serving a variety of classic dishes. well priced and quickly served! would come back when craving causal chinese food. sweet and sour chicken wings: perfectly crispy and cooked. loved the sauce and flavoring. must try. beef eggplant over rice: a little disappointed and lacked flavor. beef was a little chewy. eggplant cooked well though.
Eliza's
We've been eating here for 20 years, and never been disappointed. The food is wonderful, delicious, and skillfully prepared. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the decor and environment is warm and inviting. The lunch specials are a bargain, and perfect for individual meals. A personal favorite is the Twice Cooked Pork, which is the best I've had anywhere, including in China. Can't recommend highly enough. A+
Decades-long establishment serving Chinese standards in Lower Pac Heights. Specializing in Hunan and Mandarin cooking, many dishes come slightly sweet and a touch spicy. Long list of lunch specials with complimentary Egg Drop Soup. Hunan Fish, crispy fried and sautéed in savory-sweet sauce. While a bit more chili is welcome, the garlic and ginger add a nice fragrance.
Dumpling Story
🥟🥟🥟😻🥟♥️♥️♥️Great dumplings, cozy atmosphere, affordable and unique lamb curry dumplings We visited Dumpling Story in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond neighborhood for the Moon Festival 2024, and it was fantastic. They have two locations, so it’s easy to find one nearby. The curry lamb dumplings were so unique and flavorful, and the 油菜 (Chinese greens) were fresh and perfectly seasoned. Definitely must-tries! The price point is reasonable, with most dishes ranging around $10-$15, offering great value for the quality. The decor is modern and simple with cozy seating, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Easy to reach by bus or a short drive or walk from downtown. The service was fast and friendly, we went for moon festival If you love dumplings, this place is a gem! The neighborhood has a lot of shop to walk as well
First time ordering to go. Ordered vegetarian dumplings. Was very happy eating until I saw a hair inside the dumpling. 😳 i really enjoyed the taste though.
Kam PO Kitchen
Everything was huge! The salt and pepper pork chops were amazing! The chow mein(?) wasn't my favorite. Would definitely come again.
The food was fantastic... but they scam you so beware. They demand higher prices than in the menu, we were forced to pay nearly 40$ for three dishes when it was around 26-7 according to the menu

The staff was absolutely excellent and made this experience truly special! The dishes were all really unique and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of time and thought into making them. Definitely pricey, but we felt the service and unique dishes were well worth it.
We had a great time eating here. Everything was executed very well. The "nine essential flavors" dish was amazing and stood out in it's creativity and presentation. Would have loved a few more bites of some flavors. Overall a great way to pamper ourselves with some elevated Chinese cuisine.
