Cooking Instructions

1. Wash the rice and soybeans and soak them in the refrigerator overnight.

   

2. Pour the rice and soybeans into the cup of the wall breaker, add the water about 1.5 cm high of the rice and soybeans, cut the ginger into small cubes and add it, and beat it twice (about 7 minutes) with clinker for breakfast. It can also be ground with a stone grinder.

   

3. Grind into a fine pulp, add salt and chopped green onion and stir well.
