Emerald green edamame
The edamame grown in my mother's yard is ripe, but I didn't expect that the edamame growth period only takes three months, and there is no need for medicine and fertilizer. The marinated fragrance is sweet, and the best edamame is nothing more than this.

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Edamame is rinsed several times with water, then dried with salt and kneaded to remove epidermal hair.
Cut off one end of the edamame for better flavor. -
Pour water into the pot, add peppercorns, dried chilies, star anise, bay leaf cinnamon and other ingredients to boil, add salt (more salt than stir-frying), put edamame beans and cook for 6-10 minutes without lid. (If you like to eat powder, cook it for a few more minutes)
-
Add ice cubes to cool boiled water and remove the edamame beans and soak them in the water. After the water in which the edamame is boiled cool, pour the edamame back and soak for 30-60 minutes to better absorb the flavor. Emerald green and refreshing, high appearance and delicious.
