Braised minced meat and green peppers in oil
One of my favorite dishes, super rice, can be eaten every day

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Marinate the minced meat with a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper and cooking oil for later use.
-
Wash the green pepper and remove the seeds, and pat it with a knife to scatter, which is easier to fry.
-
Don't put oil in the pot first, and dry the green pepper first.
-
Then add oil, add a star anise (I forgot to put it, it tastes more fragrant) and fry until tiger skin color on both sides.
-
Then set aside the green peppers, or you can serve them first, and put the minced meat in the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Saute until minced meat changes color.
-
Add the green pepper to the minced meat, add a small half bowl of water and simmer for one minute, and simmer the minced meat.
-
Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and a little chicken bouillon.
(Adjust the saltiness according to your taste) -
Stir-fry evenly and it's ready to go.
-
Super delicious!
