Air fryer version: Spiced peanuts

Add 2 tablespoons of salt to peanuts, 20 peppercorns, 3 bay leaves, and 3 dried chilies

Add boiling water and soak for 30 minutes

Drain and add 3 slices of ginger, 3-4 garlic slices, 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder, half a tablespoon of salt, and mix well

Put it in the air fryer and 170 degrees for 15 minutes,
(turn it over 2-3 times halfway) -
It doesn't taste good when it comes out of the pot, so it can be eaten after cooling
