A home version of durian cheese popping cake
I accidentally brushed up on the Internet with a heat bomb - durian cheese popping cake, which looks delicious, and this gluttonous cat said that he wanted to eat it immediately! However, we didn't sell it in this small place, and after looking at the ingredient list and process, it felt very simple, so I decided to reproduce it at home!

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Flour, salt, sugar, milk, yeast powder mix well; I knead the dough by machine, and when it is almost kneading, I add 10g of butter.
If there is no milk, it can be replaced with water, and the amount of milk and water can be judged according to the water absorption of flour -
Mix the dough and throw it in the machine to rise for 1 hour. Leavened dough, divided into four equal portions (one equal portion above)
-
Roll out each equal portion into a small pancake
-
Preparation: Make a good
oven to preheat to 200 degrees for 10 minutes -
Top each patty with a layer of cheese
-
If you put in a layer of fresh durian meat
and make it yourself, you should put more durian, but my cake is a little small, so I can only put so much, but it's a pity~) -
Top with another layer of cheese
-
Each cake is wrapped like a bun
(it is recommended to pull off the small chirp, otherwise the crust will be thick) -
Buckle upside down with the smooth side facing up.
-
Press the finished cake a little flat, don't break it!
(Don't ask why, if you ask why, you must not have seen how broken it is when it is baked) -
In case the durian cake explodes when baking, prick each cake with a knife and coat the surface of the crust with a little liquid butter.
(I didn't bother to soften the butter, so I cut a small slice of butter and put it directly on the crust and threw it in the oven to bake) -
Feed in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes + 200 degrees for 5 minutes
-
Ding~ out of the pot
-
Cut it open, and the whole incense was confused~
-
I made a small video that you can take a look at.
