The picture on the left was the W. Broad St. location. Which is where I went for my very first visit. The picture on the right was the location on Hilliard Rome Rd. Many people told me to give Golden Chopsticks a second chance. You can see the differences. I walked into the W. Broad location and there was no greeting when I walked in the door or placed my order. It wasn't very busy so the standard customer service expectation was a little higher. A greeting is very minimal. I ordered chicken chop suey. I have never had any that looked like this. It also had hardly any seasoning. It was TERRIBLE. I told a friend about my experience and how I didn't like it. She told me about the location in Hilliard. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I was handed the take out menu to look at. As you can see, the quality of food is very different. It had flavor. I'm surprised they are part of the same brand. I will NEVER go to the W. Broad location EVER again. Both the customer service and food was horrible. If you want to try Golden Chopsticks, avoid the W. Broad location. Go to Hilliard Rome. Guaranteed good service and good food.

We ordered beef and broccoli with egg rolls crab rangoon teriyaki chicken and fried rice.. the teriyaki chicken was okay. I don't know if I'll order it again. The beef and broccoli were good. I just wish it was more meat in the order. I had so much rice and broccoli and not enough meat, but it did taste good. And the crab rangoon was perfect.

Delicious Chinese food. Love the sweet n sour chicken, crab Rangoon, general tso's chicken. Crispy egg rolls.

I have never had something I didn't like from here... If you looking for a sit down restaurant this isn't the place. Great takeout food though....

For atmosphere: While I was there a couple got detained for fighting in the parking lot. Nothing like 6 police cars pulling up while you're trying to head home with your take out. Service is never exceptional there but they were ok. For food: I got the cashew chicken. Good flavor but they overloaded the box with broccoli stems. Stems only, none of the crowns. There must have been at least a1/2 pound of broccoli stems, a little chicken, and a fair amount of cashews. See pictures of meals with chicken and how many broccoli stems were left by time I ate everything else. Hubby got sweet and sour pork and it had chunks of tomato in it. Neither of us had ever seen that. The chicken also tasted burnt. I feel like they just throw whatever they have left at the end of the night in the dishes.

This food is simply inedible! Chicken was hard as rubber, and burned crusty…disgusting! I live very close and my husband is very fond of this place…it’s a shame

Great experience. Where else can you get this much variety. Buffet had everything you could think of to choose from. And a full sushi table also included. For $20. Fresh made dishes and good sushi unbelievable. 😃

Food is old and cold do not recommend eating here they don’t check the food all the servers do is talk to each other instead of removing the bad food the Mac n cheese was old and watery some food was ok but the wontons looked like they have sat for hours also they had a tv some people like It but I expected music to Match the theme of the restaurant but that’s just my opinion $16.99 per adult the price is to high for the quality of the food and service

First time here and Summer recommend us some amazing items. She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The sushi was very flavorful. We will definitely come back again.

This place is absolutely incredible! We've been twice and the service is absolutely top notch. Our server has been incredible both times and he even remembered us! The food is amazing. Everything we have had has been amazing. The Singapore noodles are the best we've ever had! The ginger dressing is to die for. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Try it out!!

We had a great Christmas Day meal at Lei’s. Friendly and lively ambiance with attentive service. Clean bathroom. Appreciated the variety of the menu. We all enjoyed our food and had clean plates.

They have a large seating area and plenty of seating, it wasn't very busy at the time. I liked the food overall, their Chinese/Vietnamese style dishes taste better than Thai dishes. Since we were close to closing they gave us some fried rice on the house.

October-Tuesday evening. I ordered sesame chicken, my husband ordered sweet and sour chicken. We also ordered a spring roll and an egg roll. This is the worst “Chinese” food I have ever had. Both meals contained chicken pieces that were HEAVILY breaded. I’m not sure if the tough, dry chicken was over cooked, of very low quality Or both. The sauces that covered the chicken tasted as if they were of a bottled variety. The fried rice we were given was not the golden, fluffy rice with lots of peas and carrots featured in their online photograph. It was a sticky rice covered in some type of brown sauce. Awful Because our order was takeout, we did not realize that the food was of such low quality or we would have returned it. Besides, I would have had to ask for a refund because I will never order food from this restaurant again. Hard Pass.

We ordered General Tao’s Chicken, salt and pepper tofu and spicy crispy fish fillet with black bean. Food was awesome very authentic. Daniel and his crew did an awesome job. Comfort food for.

This place just opened so I feel that some of the down sides will improve with time. Atmosphere was good and our server Amy was so funny and great to chat with! I would come back just for her honestly! Unfortunately there was a pretty big delay between ordering food and everything coming out. Food was good, but everything came out seperately so we weren’t able to do a real hot pot with all the ingredients without waiting quite awhile.

Great experience. The food is very good. The service is wonderful!

Food was bland! Teriyaki chicken was pale and was told they use a white teriyaki sauce, must be water cuz it's flavorless. Ask for more on top and they got upset but gave me a couple scoops but still flavorless and pale Crab rangoon had maybe 1/8 tsp of cream cheese inside if that Do not go there if you want good food with seasoning. If you want bland tasteless food that waste your money go here.

Can't say enough about the House Stir fry with Garlic Sauce and Fried Rice. I've had it twice and it's enough food for 2+ meals. It comes with shrimp, beef, pork and chicken along with a ridiculous amount of vegetables. Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. I apologize for not including photos, I was hungry.

Every time I come here they forget my side of rice and they never put soy sauce in the bag anymore. The chicken meat is questionable 🐈 in the chicken fried rice for there are grey pieces of meat and there is no egg either. The old owners food was way better this place sucks!!

Found two extremely long pieces of hair. In one of our plates disturbing and disgusting. My family orders often from china wok. We got the same meat different rice. I lost my appetite immediately. I went to get a refund, the employee said they could only give me half of my money back. Then switch it too I can’t have a refund because I ate some of my food.

Been wanting to try this place as I love pf changs and was craving Chinese American cuisine . The decorations and atmosphere is very pleasing and nice . Must have been an off day for the bar area but it was very disorganized and hectic . We sat at the bar table and not greeted for some time . We eventually sat down at the bar and got our drinks and orders . Bartender was pleasant but this restaurant looks like it needed a bar back or second bartender . I expected better service as my previous Cameron Mitchell restaurant experiences were very good from beginning to end . We got spring rolls , hot sour soup , happy family, and pad Thai . While the entrees were good and decently priced, I find the hot sour soup at $8 extremely overpriced and just mediocre . The spring rolls comes in two so basically $6 for each roll. Super overpriced but they were good . Chicken pad Thai was plentiful and delicious . The happy family was also great and good portion to share . I want to give this place another try but pf Chang def better for an American style Chinese restaurant. I will come back but for a Cameron Mitchell restaurant, I do expect exceptional service and food .

My mom and I stopped in with my girls for lunch during back to school shopping. We had a great experience. The service was a little slow at the start but it picked up once we placed our main course order. Our food was hot and delicious. We shared edamame, spring and egg rolls. We each ordered a main dish and they were very accommodating something I wanted to a vegetarian version. We had chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, and hunan crispy tofu. Our lunch break was much needed and worth it. The atmosphere was neat and paid homage to the Asian culture.

HORRIBLE Pea's tasted like they were freezer burnt and mushy and carrots was mushy frozen carrot and peas. Two onions soy sauce, heavy rice food was disgusting. Never go back !

I went in trying not to judge as I'd passed this restaurant for years and decided to try it?? Ordered wor su gai to go, well I got home opened it up realizing everyone's gravy is not always the same! The strong peanut odor was different but long story short (it was terrible) the lettuce underneath was brown and thankfully didn't eat! So I ended up in the restroom for the rest of the evening, got up the next morning tossed it in the trash!! Would I recommend them, NEVER!! What I felt with bubbly and grumbling stomach the rest of the afternoon and ending up in the restroom for the rest of the evening No!! Sorry but I had to be truthful as I sit here the next morning stomach still grumbling and ---!
