There Was A Maggot In My Food I Will Never Order From Them Ever Again.

The food is good but calling in an oder is really not a call in. You still have 20-30mins just to receive your food. This has happened to me at least three times. They don't offer you a discount but will offer you a 2 liter soda!

Had to change my review the food is good but the delivery wait is absolutely insane over an hour is crazy and the food comes cold and they charge for delivery......if you are so busy why don't you hire an extra driver I'm sick of places in Staten working with a skeleton crew cause they don't want to pay workers

I miss there a lot. I never had problems with the food. I remember playing Marvel vs Capcom back in the early 2000s. Why people are criticizing the food? People should enjoy it and respect the food. I left Staten Island summer 2015. Someday I will come back to visit there.

This place gives me bad vibes. 1st off the person that answer the phone is very rude in her tone. Then the delivery driver snatches the money out of my hand and throws food at me. You guys give the vibe that you would do something to my food. You guys need to learn real customer service. Also the food taste like it was pre made and just warmed up. And the chicken taste like different meat

Had 2 appetizers, 2 hot teas, 1 cold ice tea and 2 lunch specials that came with soup. Total bill including tax $28. Cant beat that. More than your average take out place. Food was delicious and service was great.

Ordered take out (pick up) food was ready very fast.. the build your own rice roll was so good.. highly recommend! A nice change since I never had this before.. I got with pork and scallions inside and peanut sauce and chili oil on top. Also the egg rolls were so good, not overly greasy. Also ordered vermicelli noodles had a lot of flavor and love the texture of the noodle. I like that they have some unique items on their menu (lots of traditional sechuan items), and also the usual items you would expect but done well- very fresh. I wish them the best of luck!

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant. The order was delivered on time and there were no issues. Everything came out perfect. Our favorite was the chicken wings w/ salt & pepper (delicious!) and the shrimp friend rice. Everything else that we ordered came out delicious as well and we will definitely order here again. This isn't the first time I've received horrible food from this place, but I kept giving it chances. These people are money hungry and do not care about their customers. I cannot imagine what they do behind closed doors if they are comfortable to serve this to clients. They never say they don't have an item. They'd rather provide Cold, ugly, Left over food. I'm not a rude person but Never Again.

The fact that I always tip my delivery person anywhere i go but for them to ask and clearly make it a must you tip in order to get your food delivered is out Rageous. I never had someone ask me in what way was I going to tip (cash or card) and then to tell me how much the tip is

The best Chinese food by far. Prices are fair, the portions are generous and most of all absolutely delicious..place is definitely underrated! Highly recommended

Very good service. Usually quick and efficient, even when there is a line. Employees are nice as well. The food is your typical fast Chinese. Lo mein and rice are okay. Other entrees are good. Its a plus they add veggies to the chicken. Egg rolls are good if you get them fresh.

Both Subway and Panda had hot and fresh food. Panda's portion sizes were generous. The place is small but was empty and clean enough. The restrooms are old as the hills and smell like sewer water despite being clean. Hours posted are current as of today.

My first time in Staten Island and my kids were in the mood for some Chinese food. I have one picky eater and one who’s pallet is wild like mine so this place was perfect! My picky eater approved. Food was fresh and light. This place is family friendly and felt like home. The food tasted fresh and not heavy on the stomach. It’s kosher and doesn’t contain MSG! Super tasty items on their menu we had the red dragon sushi roll and avocado roll the chicken fried dumplings egg rolls and house special fried rice. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I recommend this place to Anyone.

Great place! The food is absolutely amazing. We ordered the both types of noodle combo, along with the soup dumplings, Cantonese Har cow, and rose milk tea and hibiscus lychee tea. Both of the teas were also delicious.

Currently writing as I finished up my meal and struggling with the itis haha. The food is AMAZING. Not salty and very flavorful! I had the pork soup dumplings and the owner was kind enough to show us how to eat them properly and gave us their last shrimp tempura 😋 My mom devoured the lo mein combo with beef dumplings and we both got bubble tea. Ginger and papaya and you can taste the richness of it! Sweet people and clean atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

The customer service seems to be getting better. My husband loves their sesame Chicken! Everytime we are in Augusta it's an automatic stop!! It It was those lemon pepper wings but now he's got to have the sesame chicken. But notice your receipt when you are there within 7 days you get a discount or something. If you have that receipt. That will determine if they doing better with customer service because a while back they questioned me about the receipt but it is displayed after you pay a certain amount for that meal. You get a free item or a discount off your next meal, so please read your receipt and take advantage of that. No one has money growing on trees in these days, even if you make a good salary. Everything is more expensive. So count your pennies!

My wife and I went here to get a bite to eat before we headed back to Greenwood. She ordered the Hot & spicy beef while I very much enjoyed the shrimp and lobster sauce combination dinners. This was a very delicious meal for us both & we both recommend this Chinese restaurant if you're in this area, if not, drive to this area!

The staff were friendly and nice service. We enjoyed the Sesame Chicken with shrimp fried rice & egg role combo, the Garlic Parmesan Wings & chicken fried rice & the Sesame wings and beef fried rice of which were all delightful.

I ordered some food last night and I ordered 1L sweet tea and in the "special instructions" I put for them to remove the ice and I was charged an additional $0.54 cents which was weird, DoorDash couldn't explain why which is weird.
