First time here, super clean and smells good not like most Chinese food restaurants. The manager on duty said he just cleaned the tables and floors, looks great! Service was fast and food looked so good. We got the noodles which were doughy and may have sat too long. Sweet and Sour Chicken is made on the fly...hot and delicious. I do a lot of reviews and the manager was wondering why I wsas taking so many pictures, kind of weird. Would come back. Restrooms super clean top. Prices were reasonable, lots of food for the $.

Went to pick up food around 7pm. Ordered the plate with 2 entrees. Rice was good, but the sesame chicken was so tough and dry from sitting under the heat lamps that it was like beef jerky. The bourbon chicken was also old and dry. You could tell they just splashed it with new glaze to make it look fresh. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Great Pho 🍲 soup and the fried spring rolls are awesome! They serve Chinese food as well but try the Vietnamese food. Don't let the area spook you as these small mom and pop places are better than most fancier places. They only accept cash or check only. My go-to entree is the Mi Wonton pho soup!

This place is a must!!!! Very welcoming and affordable prices. I believe it's a family owned restaurant. The young waitress is always vibing with us. She also very attentive, and super friendly. The food is magic!!!! Especially the pho 🍲 if you ever feeling under the weather you can doordash it as long as you're not too far. But the PHO IS MAGIC IN A BOWL!!!!!!! ITS A CURE TO ANYTHING!!!!!!👏🏽🙌🏽 11/10 I also tried something else off of the menu. It was the garlic chicken with fried rice and an egg roll with an egg drop soup. Now when I say other places it's dry NOT HERE!!! 10/10 The food is top tier. This place is a hidden gem. The Vietnamese spring rolls are amazing also!!! Oh and it's CASH ONLY no card!! THIS IS MY GO-TO. I have been spoiling myself and going at least once a week to once every other week 🫣🤌🏽 and I only dine in I haven't tried to take out.

This may be San Antonio Puerto Rican food but it's definitely NOT Puerto Rico-Puerto Rican or Nuyorican Chinese food in the least. The service, when we walked up was not as friendly as others have experienced. The glass in front of the warming table was dirty and the chicharrones under the heat lamp looked dry. Fried rice and lo mein are $1.25 extra. At a Chinese takeout. It was insane to pay more for mediocre, HARD fried rice that was absolutely not Puerto Rican-style fried rice. It tasted like it was a day old, it was so hard. If you're selling yourself as Boricua Chinese food then give us the ham, ribs, onion, and lettuce like it should be. That or serve stir-fried rice that's fresh and not old. We ordered the two meat plate; one with pepper steak and ribs, the other with Mongolian beef and chicharron de pollo and the birria eggrolls. The ribs shouldn't be sold. The breading is gummy, not crispy, the meat was dry, and the sauce is over-seasoned with Chinese five spice or some other ungodly spice that overwhelmed the palate. Whatever that anise-five spice situation is needs to be scaled back or eliminated. The amount of spice on the ribs is the complete opposite of PR or NY costillas, spicy instead of sweet and sour. The pepper steak was okay, but you can tell it never touched a wok. The meat lacked that caramelization. I think they should start truly stir frying their meats. The chicharron de pollo was the only menu item that tasted like it was "Puerto Rican," it was well seasoned and the chicken was decent, a little on the dry side. The Mongolian beef was beef with broccoli so that was a wash. They need to ensure they're serving the customers what they ordered or prepare the food the traditional way so there are no surprises. The birria egg rolls were rolled too small, which means the inside of the egg roll was gummy. If they rolled them a little bigger there wouldn't be excess wrapper inside. The consommé it came with has globs of fat floating in it but was decent. I'm bummed because we went hoping to have a new place that would bring a taste of home. Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to go back because it just wasn't worth the money.

I enjoyed the lunch special of orange chicken w/fried rice & eggroll. It was tasty & a large portion. Good value for your dollar! Looks spotlessly clean & the staff (owner?) super friendly. It's inside the gas station store so it's to go & delivery orders only, though there is a little outside patio with 2 picnic tables. I'll be going back to try other menu items. This is a great addition to our Leon Springs/Fair Oaks Ranch community.

Another nice neighborhood lunch spot. Food and service were good. Able to get a good lunch and get back to work within an hour, comfortably.

Been going to this spot for years now - they have the most amazing Vegan Duck dish. I order it extra crispy - it has so much flavor. Always have the Fresh Rolls as an appetizer. They also have a vegan eggplant dish that is amazing. And the PANANG w/Tofu - phenomenal. The staff are even more awesome. Definitely worth a try - won't be disappointed.

Awesome spot for pho in San Antonio. I was craving pho and this was a great spot to fill that. I got the combination special and the broth was just right. Fried egg rolls were on point. My friends of Thai was great too. Everything came out super fast and I was very surprised. Staff was super friendly and patient. I will definitely come back to try more.

This place was a secret gem hidden in the heart San Antonio discovered literally 15 minutes before it closes and they happily served us. Aside from pho, the food is surprisingly exquisite!! The clam dish was a starter and it was delicious!! Followed with family dinner, Canh chua cá kho tộ So So good and we came from SoSoCal and we have to say, the food is here not only Authentic it is delicious…I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed, we will return!!!

Went on Saturday afternoon around 230p. Few empty tables. Food came out quickly and everything I had tasted delicious. Some may say the bowls may be too saucy but i didnt seem to find it overly sauced with the mayo or anything. Would definitely come back to try other things.

The food tasted really good. I got the Spicy Alamo bowl. It came with plenty of avocado and meat. However, the beef was a little overcooked and kind of chewy. There was also a lot of fat and tough bits I ended up spitting out. The chicken was well cooked. The portion size was pretty good. I ended up not finishing the rice, but I have been putting in a conscious effort to eat less lately. While it seemed overall clean, most of the tables had clearly not been cleaned when we sat down. I would recommend try it, but overall I was a little underwhelmed.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I have to say the food and service was incredible. I ordered the kan pung gi which was deliciously crispy and full of flavor with the perfect amount of spicy. My boyfriend ordered the daeji bulgogi and usually he's not the type to eat kimchi but this place made it so perfectly that he ate everything. The prices match the portion you're getting and the quality as well. The server was so kind and attentive I didn't catch his name but he was really nice. I wish this restaurant got more attention instead of the chain k bbq places

I first visited this place a long time ago with family and I remember it started my love for Korean food. I know business is slower for them since a lot of other Korean and Asian restaurants of opened nearby, but this is still an amazing place. The restaurant was clean and the staff was kind, attentive, and very helpful. The menu is missing some items but the food is still delicious. The side dishes (banchan) were very flavorful and savory, and some were served warm which was a nice change from all the cold dishes we are used to always getting. Not a single one tasted bad and my family ate every single bit. The lunches were delicious and were large, filling portions. We had the beef and pork bulgogi. The meat was well marinated and tender, sliced thinner than some other places, which made it tastier and easy to many with just a fork or chopsticks. My family ordered one dinner dish, Kkanpunggi, and the portion was huge! And the staff had no trouble making it spicier when requested. My family liked it so much more than our regular Korean restaurant that now it'll have to be our go to. Highly recommend this place! (Excuse the messiness of the plates in the photos, my family couldn't wait to eat)

Came here to pick up lunch for my coworkers and I as we wanted to try something new. Saw the high rating and figured it’d be worth a try. The ratings are spot on. The food was awesome and my coworkers enjoyed their meals as well. They only do take out/curbside but not much of an inconvenience for me. Did all of the ordering through their website, they gave me an estimated completion time and by the time I got there, I was greeted and had my food right on time. The person handling my order was super friendly. Will definitely be back.

Always excellent!!! This restaurant is takeout only and even still the presentation is beautiful. Plus the owner is kind and makes sure you get what you’ve ordered. Everything I’ve tried is delicious but the spicy lemongrass soup is my favorite. The brisket is tender and easy to eat and the herbs are always fresh. Plus you get a generous portion. Make sure to make a trip if you haven’t.

Simple counter-service restaurant where everything is served in foam containers and condiments serving size packets, fountain soft drinks or bottles are available, staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. On this first visit, we didn't even have wings, opting for chicken tenders and fried catfish, but we can't wait to come back for those two dishes alone. The meats were really good, but we couldn't get enough of the crinkle fries (with seasoning) which were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. I also really enjoyed the hush puppies and coleslaw which remind me of Long John Silver's.

I called in my order of 50 piece bone in wings. I was on Austin Hwy when I called in my order, so I knew there would be a wait when I arrived. There was an undecided couple in front of me, but I was finally able to pay for my order. They always show you the food before bagging it, and I think the chicken I got was malnourished because my 50 piece was the tiniest wings I have ever seen in my life! The flavors were delicious, but why were the wings so small this time? I wish the Austin Hwy location was opened on Sundays, but I'm glad Walzem Rd wasn't closed.

After watching a food review video on this place, thought we'd give it a shot. It was actually very good. And for the price, it was a great deal. Normally , hibachi is pricey. We ordered and dined it. I got the chicken hibachi with fried rice. My husband got the beef hibachi with the noodles. Both plates were very good. Hot and fresh for sure. We ordered the spring rolls. They were good, but a little too greasy for me. They were ,however, fresh. I wouldn't order them again. Would definitely return. Service with a smile. Very nice guy. Place was very clean.

Got the hibachi combination with noodles+1.50 and the California roll. It was not too bad noodles were missing some flavor but for the price ehh not going to complain too much. California roll was mediocre, they could've shredded the fake crab they left it in chunks again you get what you pay for.

Never go wrong with ordering # 18. You get lemon chicken plus sweet & sour pork all in one meal with rice .... Love thier food. I've been coming to this restaurant for so many years, and it still has not disappointed me....

The portioning was more than enough, and the pricing was reasonable. The beef with broccoli 🥦 was good, but slightly over salted. The rice was perfectly cooked and flavored. They take phone orders, but have a drive thru to pick up your order.
