They suck worst Chinese food I've had. I ordered beef lo main with no onions. And I got noodles and beef with lots of onions. No other vegetables at all ,it used to have good food ten years ago, but no they suck

I ordered wonton soup, pork dumplings, and Dragon and Phoenix. The soup and the dumplings were just ok. The dish they made that was supposed to be Dragon and Phoenix was (other than a few shrimp) unidentifiably slimy protein of some kind and super slimy vegetables. Totally un eatable. I threw it out.

Ordered shrimp lomein and orange chicken, halfway through my dinner I pulled a piece of metal scrubber out of my throat, I almost swallowed it! I would hate to know what would have happened if I had accidentally eaten it... It literally could have either caused serious bodily harm or worse. This is ridiculous. Informed the owner who blew me off and ended up offering a $5 credit for something that could have literally killed me. $29 bill...

Good food. Has all the typical take out chinese food. All cooked well and fresh. Buffet is no longer running tho.

Orange chicken was decent as well the fried rice. For the price of the meal I thought it was a really good deal. The food was ready on time and included all the sauces as well as napkins. I'll definitely go here again and try their other dishes.

The last time I went there is the very last time ever ! So bad my dog turned his nose up and wouldn’t get near it ! Women that waited on me acted like I peed in her cornflakes … Terrible

So I’ve been coming here for a few years, but they obviously have sold it because their new people in there and it is not the same they have fell off. The food does not taste fresh. It’s not seasoning the same no thank you bring back the old owners.

I was searching for the phone number last night, and saw a picture of “orange chicken“. So I thought I would try. It is incredibly delicious! I’ve already told at least one friend and they’re going to try it too. It’s sweet with a little spice and shavings of orange peel in it. 😋 The only trouble is, is that it’s not on the written menu, so you have to ask for it.

The fried rice had good pieces of chicken. The General Tso's chicken was good and spicy. I would recommend paying the extra 50 cents for the soda instead of the sweet tea because I didn't like the taste.

Not sure what kind of Fried rice this is but it’s disgusting no onion no egg. The egg rolls were also gross and from frozen for sure cause I took a bite and could barely break through. I made a mistake thinking it was going to be ok and really should’ve trusted the 3.8 star review. Don’t waste your time or money… gross 🤮🤮🤮

My first time here. And I must say this place is great! Very good food and portions for a very decent price! And the place was very clean bathroom included. And the staff was very friendly. And professional. Will definitely return!

If I could give it a zero I would!! I always come and buy food at this place & the time my food was incorrect they did not want to give me a refund or a new plate. Please keep in mind that I made the order on the phone & my mother went to pick it up. She does not speak English & they laughed at her. That made me upset so I went up there & they told me a whole different story from what they told mom. I do not recommend this place. I had 3 people talking to me. They blamed it on the landline. So overall, I did not get my food the way I was suppose to & they kept my money. I do not recommend this place. 0 STARS!!!

Pretty great General Tso, nice and crunchy, a bit spicy, and piping hot! Payed less than $12 for the general Tso and it came with a side of rice “separate from the chicken” Only waited about 12 minutes too. Great place if you’re in a hurry and you want something that’s not drive through, they both are worth about the same so this place is a winner in my book. Will definitely come again.

There are only a few Chinese places in the area that I can stomach, a friend recommended I check out New China, let’s just say I’ve been here at least 7 times this month 😅 I have zero complaints. They are QUICK. Strait to the point when calling in, he assures you it’s the one on hwy 70, and my order is accurate EVERYTIME I don’t even have to check. I give the food a 4.5 out of 5. Very delicious

Came here when my regular spot was closed. People complained in the reviews about the price being higher than on the menu, mine was exactly the price on the menu as on my printed receipt. The lobby was clean and they have 100% heath rating. The man at the counter was helpful and answered my questions about the dishes that may contain animal products. I ordered sesame tofu, vegetable soup and szechuan tofu. The sesame tofu was great, very fresh beauful broccoli. Really disappointed in the szechuan tofu, no spice at all. :( I expected a bit more. Too full, have to try the soup later. :) Nice size portions. Overall great experience. I wish they had vegetable dumplings and a bit hotter 🔥 szechaun tofu.

A lot of these recent reviews are pretty far from the truth, I came in and got two meals for $20 they gave pretty good sized portions for what I payed for, and from someone who is comes from an area well known for high quality food, especially asian food, this was actually really good. This isn’t like what everyone else says in their reviews. There was also was a woman back there working extremely hard and when she handed me my food she was really nice, I also really love how this business is also family oriented! Y’all need TO DO BETTER when supporting local businesses especially in a small town.

Placed an order over the phone. We were told about 30 minutes. We understand it’s a busy evening so we waited a bit longer. Arrived and my husband asked how long until the food would be done. The child/teenager working at the front went to the back and returned. She didn’t say a word and just stared at my husband. She kept ignoring him. I called to ask when the order would be done and I was told it was ready. I asked her to let him know since they wanted to keep ignoring him. Not the first time we’ve had a similar experience there unfortunately.

The staff was polite and the food tasted great. The buffet is not currently open so that's something to keep in mind if you are in a hurry but the food really doesn't take long at all to come out.

We’d originally went to Louisa for Chinese, they’re closed on Tuesday, so we come here, big mistake. The food wasn’t good, nowhere near how good Louisa’s Chinese food is, don’t have a hot bar, so that was fun trying to order noodles & rice for 3 kids.. still didn’t get the order right, 🙄 But I kept my mouth shut, the lady wasn’t the friendliest, we toughed it out, they had paper plates & plastic forked for you to eat on & with. No I have no issue with either one, but I thought it made the “business” look bad not even having regular plates, there was absolutely no one else in there eating but us, & only 2 people got take out while we were there. I’m shocked they’re even open still. If they’d reopen the hot bar, get better food, & maybe some regular plates they’d have more business. We won’t go back!

Never had such a terrible experience at any location. Absolutely ridiculous. First, my two year old daughter almost fell through the table on the booth because the table top wasn't even bolted to the frame! Our food took a half-hour for dine in. They had no straws, Silverware, Ketchup, or Napkins for the guests, and the proceeded to get our order wrong several times, including being out of Mac and cheese. Only two employees had a hat or a hair net, and there was no manager in sight. One employee even managed to take 2 bathroom breaks in the 30 minutes we waited for our food, which is surprising given that the urinal in the men's room was out of order, and they only had bar soap to wash your hands. I should have realized when there was a sign by the counter for the district manager with a direct number if you weren't satisfied. Promising to make it right before you leave. Promise broken, never heard a reply. Avoid this location at all costs.

I work hard for my money!!! This restaurant has poor quality of food, and poor customer services. When you place your orders, you get all the wrong food, cold food and food be missing from your orders. This restaurant is quick to charge your card for items that are sold out, but fail to communicate with customers regarding their order. When you call the restaurant to speak to management there's no one there to answer the phone and the voicemail always full !!!!! Stay away from this restaurant. # Rip Off place!!!!!!!

The one star is for being open so late. Though I regret not starving and waiting until the next day.to find literally anywhere else. Paid to be upgraded to beef fried rice. wasn't done. almond gravy is just brown clumps of... something. burned the almond chicken. all sauces flavorless. just terrible

Food is disgusting went here yesterday around 11:30pm soon as I got home called they close at 12am no answer call today to be told I can’t get a refund or replacement order. Plus my orange chicken can’t be chicken or has to be old cause it was grey and I had lots of pieces of fried bread balls also! Horrible service horrible experience. Chicken was soft no crunch and same with my egg roll!
