Interstate stop while traveling, was just in the mood for Chinese buffet. Human House is simple, but the food and service was great. All the food was hot and fresh, lo-mein noddles were not the greatest, but everything great. Fast service and good food if you are looking for something in the area near 81!

All you can eat, delicious food. The waitress simply gave us our drinks and then we ate as much as we wanted from the buffet. The food was not hot, but warm (I liked the temperature) and it was all quite tasty. They had a good amount of chicken and seafood. They also had a good mousse and other deserts.

I ordered a bigger meal with half rice half chow mein. The rice was almost white and had no seasonings at all, very bland. I have to cook it and season it at homr. The chow mein was good and seasoned as well as the broccoli beef and orange chicken. Fix the fried rice! It's been a problem for awhile at this location!

We tried this Panda today, our 1st time there. The place is a nice location. The dinning area was very clean and nice. The service was friendly, no complaints there. I ordered the Kung-Pao chicken with rice and veggies. My wife ordered the Orange chicken and chicken with green beans and rice. The lady who served my wifes plate put more veggies than chicken. She was not too happy about that. I enjoyed my food but my wife didn't like the chicken and green beans at all. Up until then I liked this place. Very disappointed on the quality and quantity today. Also I went to wash my hands, there was a sign on the door that said they serviced and sanitized the facilities every hour. The restroom was a mess and in desperate need of cleaning. This proved there was definitely no cleaning our sanitizing being done. Very upsetting to see, I only hope they sanitize and clean the other areas in this place.

I'm always satisfied with their cooking,the staff are good vibes and the food is lit..come through I promise you'll get full or might want to take a plate home,if you want to know what they have look at their menu,even vegan friendly.

Great customer service! I ordered Bourbon Chicken w/ white rice and Wonton Soup. Both were delicious. I paid $21.19 for these items. Overall, I had a good experience and I'd dine here again.

WARNING!!! 2/3 people who went with us got food poisoning, including myself. The girl that didn’t stuck to the green beans and dry steak. We’ve been in agony for days. Dining experience was off putting— staff didn’t talk to us and restaurant was empty. I avoided odd looking meats but still got sick. Very expensive too. We paid $70 in a party of three to get horrible diarrhea for days.

Food and service were very good, especially for buffet style food. Atmosphere was terrible. Seated between a family with children running sprints down the isles for fun and a family with a screaming child, I'm talking top of there lungs screams every few minutes just for fun. No one said a thing. Might as well eat dinner at a playground. Teach your employees how to handle unruly customers. It's not worth loosing multiple good customers over appeasing one bad one.

First time customer. Was under the weather so I thought a nice wanton soup would help. No idea who they got the recipe from but this is not wanton soup. It was thick like dumplings, minuscule piece of something resembling meat. Horrible…

Rude, food tastes like they bought it from the frozen section next door at the whole foods. General tso’s chicken tasted more like chicken in bbq sauce. Im guessing location is the only thing keeping them afloat since they have a lot of construction workers come in at linch time.

Me and my husband used to love this place and get it all the time, it idk what up lately the quality of service has gone down and this is the second time we find hair in our food! Pic attached!

We enjoyed our meal here! Delicious! We did not try to change the menu on our meals. Exactly how the dish is made, by the menu, is how we ordered the dish. Small restaurant and you can eat in the restaurant. They do have take out. The restaurant is hidden in a strip center. I listed the menu for pricing. We will visit again 🙂

I visited this restaurant and ordered the same item I regularly get, but I was overcharged by $3. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she insisted that the large soup was $5.95, even though the menu clearly stated $4.95. She then claimed the extra charge was for chips, but I was never charged for chips before, nor did I need them for my egg drop soup. Despite politely expressing my concern, she dismissed it entirely. I paid my bill, but the lack of transparency and disregard for customer concerns makes it clear I won’t be dining here again. If you are going to make up prices don’t bother to have a menu.

I was super excited to order from here and when I got my order, it is so not even what I ordered. It was so disgusting. It's just a horrible place. Do not eat there. The customer service doesn't even offer refunds for their mistake. It's unbelievable. Save your money. Don't eat here

The food is always delicious. However this time I placed my order on line only to wait 30 minutes for my food from the expected time I was given on line. Why order on line when I can go inside & get faster service and I didn’t use the drive thru because of how long the line so I decided to go inside to pick up my food,

Really Panda Express New Caney??? I paid $8.88 for what should been beef and broccoli??? I got 2 flimsy pieces of beef and a bowl of broccoli. Absolutely ridiculous!! This is the THIRD time I have driven through and ordered this where the meat is almost non-existent. If I wanted a bowl of broccoli, I would have ordered just that!!! I ask for no rice or chowmein, so balance it out. Time to train your employees again!! 😡😡

Lucky to have came in when they weren’t busy. Although it was the weekend it wasn’t busy surprisingly. The food was good, I had the crispy shrimp with walnuts and it was delicious. The general tsao was good too. Their menu is extensive and will have to come back to try the other dishes. The staff were so attentive and the service was great!

The only good thing I have to say is delivery was fast and the driver was courteous. The food is awful, except for the crab puffs. The fried rice tasted like dried out soy sauce, a lot of soy sauce. The Mongolian beef is burnt and has burnt pieces in it. The Kung Po chicken is a weird mushy bland mix all the same color. And, the General Tso chicken isn't crispy at all and tastes like orange chicken.

When I do pick up I always choose pick up at counter because if I don’t, they ALWAYS seem to give me the crumbs. Chow mein is mainly cabbage no noodles. Or beef & broccoli is JUST BROCCOLI. this is the THIRD time this location has done this. Inside was close so I had to use the drive thru. But of course we get home and our food is trash! Literally 2 small pieces of beef. Pics and video to prove it.

Crystal & Sam (as well as everyone on the team! were extremely warm when they greeted me the second I walked in the door! I was very impressed observing how kind and attentive Crystal & Sam were with every guest. I come from a background of fine dining for 6 years where attention to detail is necessary, so when I see that in other establishments I like to ensure recognition is given. Please extend a raise to Crystal & Sam because it’s their kind of service that will attract countless customers to come back! The food is great but it’s the customer service that brings me back then over the food. Crystal and Sam, you both have BRIGHT FUTURE AHEAD! Warm Regards, Joel

Update… I wanted to give this place another chance after two-ish years and sad to say it may have actually gotten worse to the point that the egg drop soup was pretty much inedible (waaay too salty) and as “good” as the honey walnut shrimp was, it was not enough to warrant a return another return visit…note pics attached are from prior visit/old review that accidentally got written over 🙈

The WORST meal I had in a while. As soon as I opened the box it smelled awful, I took one bite and knew it’s not safe to eat and had to trash it immediately!

Weekend ... Something for everyone, 8 Buffet Displays with Chicken, Beef, Pork, fish, Crab, Sushi, Salad, Desserts, Fruit and lastly .... 8 Flavors of delicious HARD Ice Cream including Butter Pecan 😋 🥳 Show up at 11am for the Freshest food. I enjoyed all the Chicken dishes. Clean and roomy.

We ate here today and it was surprisingly bad. We waited for a long time before they even acknowledged us to be seated and they weren’t even that busy considering it was 12:30 on Sunday. When we were finally seated we were dismayed to find the food was completely stale and everything seemed pretty old or tasted weird. The quality was poor and I would say definitely overpriced. They even want you to pay extra to get ice cream that is located alongside the buffet. The main issue however is their food quality standards have sank so low we will not be coming back.
