August Moon | Chinese Restaurant
Not great Chinese Food. The chicken tasted like it was barely cooked and it just didn’t feel as if they cared about what they are cooking for people. 2 star review and I doubt they will stay in business longer then 10 more years.
For the introverted people, it’s quiet and nice! There was a specific type of food I was looking for and I found it here and it tastes the same so it was good! The portions were good for 2 people and definitely recommend.
Great Tang Chinese Food
The fried rice with chicken was very delicious, and so was the Schisandra pear honey tea. The flavor was incredible. I can recommend Great Tong Chinese Food.
Friendly service and good food. Great portions for the price range and awesome veggie options! Would definitely come back and try more from the menu (pictured: vegan xian’rbing and cold noodles)
Republic Cafe and Ming Lounge
Food Safety Hazard! Ordered a chicken chop suey and chicken egg foo young. The chicken was spoiled/rotten and smelled rancid. Didn't notice until taking a bite since it was covered in sauce. Had to spit out because of how sour it was! Tried to salvage the dish by picking out the chicken but realized it was in vain since there were flakes of it already mixed all over. Same problem with the egg foo young. Felt nauseous afterwards and lost my appetite. I experienced a similar situation before when ordering a scallion beef dish, the texture was slimy and overly velveted, but thought it was a one-off. I really wish this restaurant the best because I want to love it, there's not many places like this anymore that serves these classic dishes, but unfortunately the food quality control and safety issues really need to be addressed.
I was so impressed with the service, my partner and I had just sat down and we got waters and menus. Our meals came about 15 minutes after we ordered our meals. The bartender I had, Heather, knows her booze and makes a mean bloody mary. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant/bar.

I came here for a quick dinner before a meeting. I I ordered kung pao chicken. It was terrible. The rice was old, the chicken was rubbery. I ate it cause I was hungry. Never again. I can’t imagine how they have stayed in business. The wine wasn’t even very good.
The food was fresh and cooked to order. I never mind waiting when the food arrives hot. There are lots of traditional American Chinese dishes from which to choose. For our pallets it wasn't very interesting. My 80+ year old parents loved it. The service and atmosphere were lacking but if you want to just sit and not have anyone come near your table, it works. We sat there for a long time and there were 3 tables used in total. So it is a good place to linger and talk without feeling pressure to leave. Also the portions are large.
Happy Fortune
Fun local spot to eat, drink, play pool, pin ball, ping pong, or SING KARAOKE!!! Fun crowd and friendly staff! Karaoke every Wednesday and Friday night. Bar open till 2:30am.
Fun dive bar with Pinball tables, Pool Tables and Video Poker. Great staff and Service and Good portions for Dive Bar Chinese food.
Panda Express
Great customer service and the food was delicious!
the crew working was genuinely having a good time together while still being professional and so polite. I could tell the chef was cooking with love and I swear this was the best panda i’ve had in years. The atmosphere was very positive.

I made an online order. It says my order is ready when I went to pick it up. The order was not there. I waited twenty minutes after for nothing. The cashier was named David at Washington square mall. He was very rude with me and I was not happy with the way he deals with me. The cashier person ignored me and keeps checking others behind me as I am not a customer. I felt disrespected by him. I personally will avoid Panda Express. The worst experience ever.
Horrible service. I was waiting in the line for a fountain drink and the worker ignored me. She proceeded to talk to 3 other girls who were also standing around. When I asked for a drink she gave me an attitude and threw my receipt at me. She had a horrible attitude and besides that, they were just standing around. Not a single person asking if I needed something.

The staff to task organization, wait times and consistency/quality of food and overall management at this location are absolute and utter garbage. So much so, that we live next door and literally, happily drive across town to go to a different location! ~~~~~ MOST RECENT VISIT ~~~~~ Unfortunately we regrettably, accidentally forgot to change our location when we ordered online so our order was submitted to this location instead of the one across town in Central Beaverton. After waiting 20 minutes for the order to be ready I never received a text message saying so from Panada (as their system normally does when they complete assemblying the order and scan it). I proceeded inside (2 hours before close mind you) to inquire if the order was ready. The employee at the register informed me they were all out of the Sweetfire Chicken Breast we selected for four of our five entrees (yes 4 entrees, pretty much our entire order aside from rice, most of which was hard as a rock). The employee then asked what entrees we would like instead. Seeing as they only had 3 entree items prepared (one of which we are allergic to), I instead asked to have the order refunded so I could head to a Panda different location. After waiting several minutes of watching the 2 floor employees discuss amongst themselves then approach the manager who seemed to be placing food orders on a computer in the back corner, the employee at the register finally returned and stated that they were going to make some more of the sweetfire chicken breast and that the wait would be 7 minutes. I hesitantly agreed to the wait, even though I should have known better and was already upset that we would be waiting 30 minutes AGAIN for our food they didn't have, but suddenly decided to make when we wouldn't substitute our entrees for something more convenient for them. This turned out to be a huge mistake, as we got home and opened our food we found that the ala carte carton wasn't even halfway full, most of the fried rice was hard a rock (everything you see in the rice picture is hard) and the employees had MISSED AN ENTIRE ENTREE in the to-go boxes! So after waiting more than 30 minutes for our food (took 14 minutes for the Sweetfire Chicken Breast, not 7 as they claim) we received an order missing an entree, fried rice that was literally cooked into a rock and a reminder of what a failure this Panda Express Location is... Who checked our food before scanning it as complete? And why is there never any floor management oversight?? Will not recommend ~~~~~ PREVIOUS REVIEW ~~~~~ The last time we purposely went to this location we placed an Online Order, waited 15 minutes AFTER our pick up time to get cold, hard as a rock rice, food. The extented wait was supposedly going to be 7 minutes for fresh orange chicken (still confused why it wasn't made in the 20 minutes leading up to our Pick Up Time or why it took 15 additional minutes instead of 7 I was told when I arrived). Then when I could see the food was ready and set my order on the shelf (35 minutes after Ordering Online) they didn't call my name so I asked for the order using my first and last name. I was then asked by an employee to show proof of the order via the application and when I informed them I didn't have any application they then stated with much attitude "well then how did you place a mobile order?". I responded very confused with "On your website?". I then had to find the email confirmation in my email to show the employee before they would give my cold food, even though I had given them my complete name and all they checked on the email was my name. And yes, almost 40 minutes in since I placed my order and my two sides, two entrees were all cold and the 3rd entree carton of orange chicken was barely half full. What a joke.
Me and my family dined here after a long day, we aren’t from Oregon so it was just a quick stop through. But when we first stepped in we were greeted like the usual, everything was okay. Until they got our orders wrong and dropped my wantons, which I had to pick up instead of them. It did get busy and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then I saw them huddled up in a group and pointing at our family as it got less busy. I could see them giving us dirty looks and laughing. All I wanted to say out of my review is that if you want people to come to your restaurant, don’t give service that you wouldn’t want your family to have.
Panda Express
Came here at 10:50 on 3/10/25 There were quite a few items not available so I got the fresh looking orange chicken. I feel like I got a really good portion so that's amazing. Was gonna take a star from the not available items but I think not with how much I was given. The chicken was hot and saucey. A little soft which was wierd for a seemily fresh fried food
Yesterdays order was missing my king pao. Paid for a plate for a bowl. Today's order kung pao and orange chicken instead they have me 2 orange chicken when I wanted kung pao. Not sure what's going on with panda and then skipping out on the kung pao.
Canton Phoenix
Salt and pepper squid is legit. Flavorful, crispy, (despite ordering to go) and a good portion. They actually used squid as opposed to other places that use cuttlefish which is never as good. If you need to satisfy your SPS craving this is the place 👍🏼. Sad they don't have the beef tripe w/ginger and scallions on the dim sum menu anymore, but the SPS makes up for it and is worth the visit.
This Chinese restaurant transported me back in the day when I first went into a Chinese restaurant. We ate in the lounge. We came there when it was an open mic event. Not intentionally. So we were listening to different groups performing songs. That was not my jam. Service was ok. Food arrived slowly. However, our server apologized for the food coming out slow. Prices are reasonable, and the food was mediocre. Overall, it's not the vibe.
Panda Express
Usually it’s decent here but the last few times the steamed rice was old. I went here just now about an hour before close, my food is hardly warm and I got much less than usual. And I found plastic in there too, like the tear part of something a clear packet. Clackamas mall location is better but you have to walk inside. I won’t be back soon
As I was arriving the general manager was doing her end of day walk through, the restaurant was very clean and tho it was busy they were keeping people moving. I was there at dinner, they did very well. I asked to try the new drinks but the woman behind the counter said they don't do tastes, but there was a label that said try a sample🤣 she did great regardless she gave me one for free when I told her. It was a very good experience, I'm glad I stopped instead of going to the mall one. (Which isn't bad either I might add).
Panda Express
My go-to at Panda Express is chow mein, orange chicken for sure. The last entrée is either beef and broccoli or mushroom chicken 😋🤤 Sometimes I do half chow mein and half fried rice 😍 😄 The food is good but could be better.
This is my go-to place. Service is usually fast, food is excellent, especially the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Mushroom Chicken. Almost all the locations I go to are super busy, but the system with the chefs ( to me they are) and servers are very efficient.
