I like this place, but maybe it will be a hint. I ordered chicken rice soup, but I was planning to eat it next day. What i saw the next day was a porridge with rice and chicken (I know that rice absorb water) but… maybe it will help to serve the food with a little logic. My container was filled with too much rice and chicken on top. Otherwise, lo mein was amazing .

This is the FRIENDLIEST Chinese takeout place I've ever ordered from and I order from all over the city. The food is great as well.

Love LOVE this place. I always have a hard time with Chinese takeout and this is my go to spot. They were closed I assume for reconstruction and every place I went to during the time didn’t feel as fresh or the same. Such an amazing spot and the staff is always so friendly :)

I’ve been ordering from King Garden for well over a decade. I usually get the fried tofu and broccoli with garlic sauce, fried chicken wings or General Tso Chicken. What strikes me every time is how fresh the vegetables are, tasty and clean tasting (and not gloppy) the sauces are and fresh and pure the tofu is. Also, I love their egg rolls! Not too greasy - crunchy and flavorful. They know me by name now and we catch up about life when I come by. Very nice owners with pride of ownership! Another thing - the orders are done fast and the delivery is always quick!

I’ve worked in Glatt kosher Chinese restaurants before… Chop Chop is by far the best quality and tastiest I’ve ever had. The noodles of any kind are amazing and the beef dumplings a MUST! Plus… owner Matthew Chan is a real mensch! Can’t wait to go back. (Or get delivery 😉)

After so much fake promotions on Facebook drove half hours or more from upper East side ordered three Small dishes from Menu but charged for large asking for copy of take out menus there was none. Only a sit down menu . On line menus posted is not what you get charged for. Asked the girl sitting playing w her phone if chopstick and it paper plates are in package food she nodded . Could care more for her gesture. As far as the taste of food the chicken w / mixed vegetables and chicken with nuts were tasteless. Sesame chicken so sugary unbearable . Rice Under cook and very little. Still prefer the Chinese on 34 th street in NYC . Would I go back most probably no .

A good variety of food that could appeal to everyone’s tastes. Not everything is the most authentic but the food was still good and perhaps more approachable to those less familiar with the cuisine. The portions are big (you could share two among three people) and pretty affordable for NYC.

I had their lunch offering of stir-fried BEEF with scallions ($14) which was tasty and I enjoyed. It came with a tasty egg roll and choice of white or brown rice. There was not a lot of beef, but what was there was of a good quality. Their egg drop soup was watery and I stoped eating it after two spoonfuls. The same thing with LAMB was poor because the lamb had no taste.

This place is truly worth the hype!! We ordered the spicy lamb hand noodles. This is the perfect place for a rainy day when you are craving something warm and appetizing.

This location is a ghost kitchen. You walk in a place called picnic, order from kiosk, and you pick up your food in a locker. There’s not much seating for eating in. And there are other restaurants’ food available at this location.

Strictly reviewing based on my personal experience. I felt bloated after eating their chili crisp chicken bowl. Taste was good and chicken has great texture. It could be something isolated to just me.

The service was fast. I went here for lunch and got my meal in 10-15 mins. The bowl seems very healthy. But the flavours are very under par. I got the Sichuan spiced cauliflower.

The sauces and oils in everything I ordered was too heavy-handed for my taste. I ordered the pork and shrimp wontons in red oil. The pork and shrimp wontons themselves were quite enjoyable, with a delicate flavor. However, the dish was unfortunately overwhelmed by an excessive amount of red oil. Similarly, the smashed cucumbers were heavily saturated in a sesame style dressing, and the eggplant parmigiana arrived swimming in oil, leaving a heavy feeling afterward. The wine list is limited. I had an orange wine that was good. On a positive note, the service was attentive, though the ambiance felt somewhat cold.

Service was good. I like the free coat check service. The concept was nice, but the it was not executed well. They went heavy handed on the chongqing chicken wings seasonings. It was extremely salty. The sweet soy sauce beef was also extremely sweet. The redeeming dish was the shiso rice as it has a nice garlic flavor. Overall, I am glad we tried but we may not come back as the price was not able to justify the dish.

This place is the perfect hole in the wall. The food is delicious. We would have never found it without our food tour, but once we found it we went back at least 2 more times. The pork and chive dumplings are such a good price and so so so good. I’m still dreaming about them. You NEED to eat it with the chili crisp oil. It’s homemade and it is not the same without it.

I visited Tasty Dumpling and tried the fried pork and chive dumplings. They were really good, especially for such a cheap meal. It’s definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something quick and affordable. Just remember, it’s cash-only, so come prepared. Perfect for a budget-friendly yet tasty bite!

Oh my Goodness. I haven't written a review of a place in YEARS! This place was so good i HAD TO, I HAD TO!! Best Chinese I've had in years. I am now a loyal permanent customer. very very nice receptionist as well. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The food was fresh but was tasteless. No seasoning at all. The shrimp egg roll was pretty good. Won’t be ordering there again.

The food is delicious and tasty. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The owner is very good with the customers concerns. I would highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
