TAINO is a small spot on Middle Country Rd in Coram... don't drive past! I visited in the mid afternoon on a Saturday. It wasn't busy but they were starting to gear up for a busy night - our waitress was also the bar tender and hostess... she was hustling all over, yet was courteous and friendly. The food was very good. Beef empanadas were excellent. I had the Mangu Tres Golpes (pictured) which was awesome. It went well with my mango mojito that was also made very well. I'll definitely be returning!

This restaurant was extremely clean. Down to the bathroom! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and worth every penny! Hookah was on point and and the music was live! The manager was very friendly and overall a good time! They offer take out during this time and it is highly recommended you will not be disappointed visiting this establishment...

This is a nice Asian BBQ restaurant that covers all bases. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese. You can order all you can eat or A La Carte. Old fashioned style entrance and decor. Modern style restroom 🚻 and robotic service. Staff is nice. The Ferris Wheel Meat selection is recommended. Give this place a try if you’re in the area. We will definitely be going back.

We're vegan and we're really happy with the variety of options & all that we tried. The vibe and decor is great and it's very clean. Service was quick and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Sushi is so fresh, the servers are all very kind and sweet. They had the best music playing too.

Food was great! Sushi is very fresh and is flavorful. There wasn't anything that I didn't like from AYCE. I reccomend the Hollywood roll. The staff is kind.

Deserts are very unique and fresh. Definitely recommend pistachio and strawberry cake, super delicious. Furkan is a fast and efficient server. In addition Selcuk’s service is what makes us want to come back, he is so attentive and very friendly. Good location and affordable prices.

One of my favorite restaurants near Stony Brook! Must-try: lamb shank, a piece of cake (I forgot the name but I uploaded its picture, it has brown wave-like pattern on it) Recommendation: I found this gem restaurant a few years back. The lamb shank is a must-try, but it's a limited option and can sell out, so you'll need a bit of luck. One or two years back, the lamb shank started becoming too salty, but you can request a less salty version, and it's seasoned perfectly. They have a huge dessert counter after the renovation, offering a wide variety of options. I haven’t tried them all yet. I am updating my review after my recent visit on 06/26/24. It’s still a solid 5/5! And I discovered a delightful dessert this time around. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was pretty late, around 9 PM. I asked for the lamb shank and the first dish from the yogurt section, but unfortunately, both were sold out (which just means I made the right picks—LOL). We tried two other dishes, and they were good, but what really surprised me was the dessert. I can’t recall the name, but it is a cake with brown wave-like pattern on the top and tastes like it has been soaked in milk. The moist texture and perfectly balanced sweetness with the rich milk flavor make it a must-try. Please don’t miss it! We also ordered the Turkish tea and coffee. The cup is cute while the portion is tiny. Parking: Plenty of space in the front of the restaurant. Disadvantage: They do not provide tap water and you need to pay for bottled water.

The spare ribs are extremely dry and they got my order wrong, forgot my chicken and broccoli. Despite living only 3 mins away from the restaurant they took a whole hour to bring the food just to mess it up. Dry rice, dry ribs. Dont recommend

We ordered from here many times. Usually the food is okay. Not tonight though. The chicken fried rice was tasteless and the wonton soup tasted old! We will not be ordering from here anymore.

Food is actually pretty tasty. Best dumplings of any Chinese place. Boneless spare ribs also top notch... However...last two times I went I ordered Mongolian beef and then the next time hot and spicy beef both quart size. Both dishes were LOADED with cheap vegetables and hardly any beef. Was like more than 90% vegetables and less than 10% beef both times. Complete rip off for the price they charge.

I wanted to order Hibachi the picture in the website. The second picture that’s in in here shows it was a Hibachi. The first picture is the food i received that supposed to be Hibachi but it’s not Hibachi. What a ripped off I pay good money for this food to buy Hibachi and it’s not Hibachi

Ordered online and received a text saying my food was ready and it was not handed to me for another 35 minutes. I ordered chicken with garlic sauce and it was spicy for no apparent reason and did not taste any garlic and had to fight through massive chunks of onion and mushroom to even get at the chicken. I appreciate him offering me a free soda for waiting but 35 minutes spent on my 1 hour lunch in a horrible interior was unforgivable this was such a letdown

One time my card was hacked and I didn’t know, I called back to tell them to forget it and they gave me my food without me paying bc I ordered so much. Told me pay them back next time. I payed back the next time I ordered. I’ve never had a problem with the lady. And love the delivery drivers. Very nice all of them.
