My girlfriend and I came to this place to try their mala xiang guo, dry hot pot. Ingredients was ok fresh, service was good the waitress was also doing phone orders as well as packing deliveries, multitasking and so we feel for her. Dry hot pot was on the salty side, not very spicy even tho we got medium spice. They added celery, which was interesting, I liked it. They also have sliced onions, i didn’t like, but they were easy to pick out therefore not an issue. Fried rice was mushy, but tasted good, eggs flavored. Cumin beef was not good, i only tasted the silver plate that it was on... They were doing promo, the lemon tea drink was free with a wechat post. lowkey Pricy.

Musy-try: 脆烤蹄花(pig foot). We ordered double flavor pot of dry pot bullfrog 干锅美蛙 and tomato fish 番茄鱼(鲜活皖鱼). The quantity is large enough for 5 people. 干锅美蛙 costs approximately $72 for half pot which is a bit pricy, but understandable as bullfrog is not cheap. Personally I do not eat bullfrog, my friends like the taste. The fish is good. Be careful that there are tiny bones in it. We also ordered cucumber for cold dish. The final price is $25 per person. Not crowded at noon on Saturday. Nice to try if you live nearby.

Delicious, fast, and well priced. Great place for some classic Chinese takeout. The combo platters come with a ton of food.

Food is good: I got the pork fried rice and sesame chicken. Customer service is not the best. The atmosphere is what you expect from a Chinese food place in Flatbush. No bugs in my food. The only thing that bugged me was they only take cash.

good

I can’t compliment the iced rice. It’s so hard. I’m still trying to quibble that it’s been too long. It’s only been 20 minutes since I asked you to pick up the meal. Your rice has become hard. The waiter’s attitude is bad.

The fast food restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They serve Chinese cuisine and are part of a chain of restaurants. The food is average in taste and quantity. I ordered two appetizers. The vegetable spring rolls were two in the order. The crab rangoon were three in the order. Each appetizer was fried. I ordered the entree with three small dishes in basically a combination plate. I also chose a half order of chow mein and fried rice for the base of the combination plate. The chow mein is similar to lo mein noodles in typical Chinese food in other New York Chinese restaurants. The three dishes I ordered were the beyond original chicken which is a vegetarian chicken option. The honey walnut chicken were fried and sweet. The chicken with string beans were in a separate small container. I thought this was some white rice but the order does not include any white rice. I also was informed that the restaurant was out of fortune cookies. Friendly and helpful staff.

I asked the worker why he didn't fill the juice, and he said my manager asked me to, even though all the other places fill it to the brim. Hah

The meat is dry, hard, not fresh, overcooked. The spring roll is so greasy that oil runs down your hands. I do not recommend it.

My mom got a nail in her food. Mad nasty 🤮

Came here for my grandma's birthday and the food was good. The staffs are friendly and nice also pretty funny. Usually it doesn't get busy until 8pm so if you don't like it packed go eat earlier. Overall good restaurant and will be returning soon.

I moved away from NY but I still crave the salt and pepper soft-shelled crab every so often. So blessed to come back and have it again today. Nice big portions and the crab and "saltwater" chicken were very fresh. The congee also surprised us because it was huge! Lots of pork and century egg. 100% recommended.

Food isn't as good as use to be... been around the neighborhood for 25+ years and would always drop by for Chinese American food... chicken lo mein is bland, and the noodle is different now. general tso... chicken was hard, sauce was too liquidity. And ultimately no fortune cookies... 😢

New owners, the food is not the same anymore it’s gotten bad. I tried it a couple of times and I give up ordering from them. They never send duck sauce or soy sauce .And they boost up their prices.

Someone recommend me this restaurant and today I decided to come and try their foods. And I love it. I used to hate to eat eel rice casserole but this restaurant make good Eel rice casserole and I love it. First time I ate a delicious Eel rice casserole. I will come back soon to try other foods on the menu. I am going to say Very high recommended !

Yes the service is kinda non existent but it's par for the course for your standard busy popular Chinese restaurant. If you go when it's less busy then service is actually not bad. The food here though is amazing and the portion size to boot. The eel rice, the ging do gwut, the fish filet eggplant tofu pot were among my favorites but you can't go wrong with anything. The duck was my least favorite though. Probably my go to spot for Chinese food in this area now.

If you looking for some real good food don’t come here . Serving size, presentation, taste, ingredients are all bare minimum. I would give it a 1 star but truthfully when you’re really hungry this place would do the trick . I live near by so it’s my last resort Chinese food if I’m not driving but other wise I would go else where because their food is very ehh . Lazy .

This place food is very good. The shrimp orders I have placed in the past, have all been very good and cleaned out. In other words, no shrimp poop in their veins. That's a good thing because I have been or have ordered shrimp from other restaurants that have not been cleaned out. Now that's nasty to have that on your plate ready to put in your mouth. At home we don't order from any other place around. Plus the food is good prices, not over priced like some restaurant around them. We have tried other places but after we found this restaurant, we have only ordered from them due to the good quality food. Their lunch specials are very plentiful with the amount of food you get. Their combinations orders are good for two people to share with an appetizers.

Picture 3 is the first time I ate beef offal noodles, so I checked in every time I came here. Picture 1.2 is the beef offal noodles I ate today. I really don’t want to say anything about the difference. (I just want to eat beef offal noodles like the one in picture 3. Gao Laozhuang is my ideal beef offal store.) The cashier said that the chef did not prepare the food well today, but isn’t this an operation that you are familiar with every day and cannot be familiar with? Is it done with eyes closed? If I reported this situation to your cashier, could you please replenish me some offal, beef lungs, etc. instead of just ignoring the chat in the kitchen, paying the bill and saying that I will replenish it for you next time, then why don't you replenish it now? It's too perfunctory.

Very good steak soup, Muscovy duck and beef whip soup, glutinous rice cakes and vermicelli noodles
