I called and ordered but still had to wait when I got there for my food. Sometimes it's hard to understand the lady over the phone. The chicken with garlic sauce was also too sweet.

The worse place to Order the workers were very rude and did not know none of the lunch specials, and the lady who picked up the phone was screaming on the phone , I had to cancel my order.

I've been cheating on my diet by grabbing my meals to go from here. It's okay by Chinese food standards. The food seems bland to me. I am wondering if they are cutting back ingredients to save and the vegetable roll seems a lot smaller to what I was expecting. Again! Yummy Yummy would work in a pinch.

I agree with Nani Ava from 1 months ago, I didn't find a bug in my food but was very disappointed just I spent $18.00 on shrimp and veggies and after 2 bites I immediately had a small Canker sore inside my mouth !!! The food was not fresh and I cleansed my mouth with Listerine and the sore was gone later...this place needs to be reported to the Health Department from all the people who were disappointed with what they were served...Again the food wasn't fresh I will be reporting this place to city agencies to inspect and possibly find the restaurant cause people wasted their money.,..This needs to stop.!!!??? UPDATE: I no longer order from there after seeing them put shrimp egg rolls on top of chicken wings to fry. And I’m allergic to shrimp. The store gets worse and worse every year that the food inspector doesn’t come as often. They literally put your raw fries and cooked fries in the same container. Like scoop out raw fries , then fry them then re put back the fried fries in the same container. They barely wash hands.

When you are home and in need of Chinese food, quality you can depend on and taste to beat 💓 😋 👌

The drink tastes good and it is make by original fruits, have many fruits choices can pick, I like it very much!

They are expanding their menu and offering bubble tea! I ordered 3 mango bubble teas and they were delicious!! As you can see, it’s all fine!

Surprised at the difference n yhe size of the chkn wings, they r considerably smaller than times passed. It is time 2 realize that things r changing n, sometimes, not 4 "the bigger". Prices r rising n products r shrinking, sad.

I was really craving general tso chicken today and Lucky did not disappoint. The chicken is tender. The fries is crispy. Like I’m typing this, and I’m bussing my food DOWN rn. That’s how good it is. The only “bad” thing is, my broccoli is dry and they didn’t give me any ketchup. So make sure to tell ‘em to sauce up your broccoli and give you ketchup on the side 👍🏽👍🏽.

I usually don’t post negative reviews (anyone can do that). However, today my daughter entered the restaurant to order food. The young fellow took her order after he completed taking a telephone order. My daughter’s order was ultimately incorrect. Okay, it happens but what was unacceptable was the youngsters altitude when my daughter pointed out the error. The youngster insisted that he put in the order correctly, shouting at my daughter. I’ve experienced the young folks in this restaurant behaving as though they’d rather not have to work in the restaurant. Guess they don’t value the family business.

I noticed that the restaurant's standards have changed since my last visit. The quality of the food didn’t meet my expectations. For example, the fried chicken had a moist, colorless skin that detracted from its appeal, and the lo mein noodles were overly soft and lacked both flavor and color. I hope the restaurant can focus on improving these aspects to enhance the dining experience for future guests.

I have been eating at this location and the one on Atlantic Ave Queens for years. I've always enjoyed the food here and never had any issues. I was very disappointed that the Queens location closed a few years ago because it is closer to me but the food is worth it for me to take a trip to Brooklyn when I am in the area.

After years of ordering from this restaurant today is sadly my last. The fries was so hard and too crispy. I asked for it not to be crispy. It was so bad.I called to have it replaced. The girl said ok. Only to tell me do not eat half of the fries or they will charge me $3. She started screaming at me and never sent the replacement fries. I will not be ordering from here again. Terrible customer service.

I think I just found rat feces in my food. So not only did they get my order wrong they tried to charge me extra for what I already paid for. Then I open my food and find this in it. The chicken is usually ok and I order shrimp fried rice always but I don’t know what was going on. This is my last visit.

There was a spider with an egg on it's back in my chicken. If I added garlic sauce and wasn't on a diet I wouldn't have seen it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. PUT EM OUT. STR8 DISGUSTING AND THEY KEEP THE DOOR OPEN DURING THE SUMMER. Can you say fly special? All shots thrown

Never buy here! I paid $28.00 for my order. Got only one can of soda but in menu shows 2 free soda for orders over $25. Beside that I was overcharged, and my order came in broken containers.
