After years of ordering from this restaurant today is sadly my last. The fries was so hard and too crispy. I asked for it not to be crispy. It was so bad.I called to have it replaced. The girl said ok. Only to tell me do not eat half of the fries or they will charge me $3. She started screaming at me and never sent the replacement fries. I will not be ordering from here again. Terrible customer service.

I think I just found rat feces in my food. So not only did they get my order wrong they tried to charge me extra for what I already paid for. Then I open my food and find this in it. The chicken is usually ok and I order shrimp fried rice always but I don’t know what was going on. This is my last visit.

Poor service. Called for delivery asked if there was a minimum charge. Was told $1. Tried to order wonton soup and they suddenly change it to $10 & hang up the phone.

I order from this restaurant many times in the past. The food is always good. This order I got boneless spareribs which I have gotten plenty of times before. This time they were floating in oil like it was a soup! The oil was more then half way up the quart container. I called the restaurant and they refused to switch it out or give me a refund on the ribs. There was a man shouting in the back ground. The girl on the phone started shouting. It’s escalated to screaming. They tried to tell me that’s the way it always cooked. They told me no refunds. All I wanted was a replacement. I had to contact Seamless to get a replacement. Ridiculous!

1st time here. Wait was not long. Food was great at a good price. Only issue I had was the black residue from the pots/pans. You could see it throughout my egg drop soup.
