Bamboo Garden Chinese Take Away
They have the best steamed dumplings ever. No one else even comes close! We also like their combination dinners--specifically broccoli and shrimp and garlic chicken.
I have been twice and it's sooooo delicious! The shrimp egg rolls are so light and yummy. Great portions and quick service too. A favorite in the area for sure!
Happy Wok
The best part of this meal was when I didn't have to force myself to eat it anymore. I was finally full. Spent $40 and got yelled at on the phone and the worst tasting food I've ever left that building with. It's definitely not the same as it used to be. And I will not be going back there again.
Great local restaurant for Chinese food! Only a drive through as far as I know, make sure you order ahead or will be waiting a while. Takes 15-20min for a two person order. Good pricing and serving sizes. You got a lot for your buck and it's not a big buck
China Kitchen
Very clean,100 grade, food was very good, an great service, would recommend.....
We got shrimp fried rice, a combination boneless sparerib plate with fried rice and an eggroll, egg drop wonton soup, and general tso chicken with white rice for a little over $40. Everything was fresh and hot. The BBQ boneless spareribs were perfectly sauced and the right amount of chewiness. Huge wontons in the soup and the general tso chicken was crispy with a nice spiciness and a good amount of freshly steamed broccoli. They were very busy with togo orders, and we were the only ones eating there. The staff was super friendly and asked us how our food was. It's quaint and in a strip mall. Impeccably clean and 100% worth stopping at on the way to the beach.
Chinese Express
Very affordable and friendly employees I'll say better then panda express they really do fill up everything. I was happy for everything I got here will come back again you can also ask for a stamp card for a free combo plate.
Best Chinese Food in Downtown Los Angeles!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
China Garden
So I've been going to this place for years now and this is the first time I've felt uncomfortable going there. The sign was still lit up that the place was open. I came in and asked for three food items. The man seemed a bit annoyed and me being someone who works as a cashier started to wonder why. Concluding that when people shop at my store late at night and Iv known some employees to get annoyed. I was pretty sure I understood why this man seemed annoyed. So I asked were you about to close. And he answered yes. So I apologized and he said it's ok. When I got my food I asked if I could have some duck sauce. He said behind you on the table. I knew that was the sauce that tasted horrible. But I said thanks anyway and grabbed some hoping maybe it might taste different than it used to be. Then I heard the man seem to grumble behind me sounding annoyed. The sauce I tried tasted terrible like I thought. And their shrimp is more salty than it used to be. If your going to be this upset for a customer to come in late because your about to close you should just turn off your open sign in the window. I felt very uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure that will be my last visit to that restaurant.
The best Chinese food ever! They've only gotten better with time and I was a regular about 20 years ago. They always make their food fresh delicious and leaving you wanting more anytime of the day or night. There other restaurant in branford is no match for the original one!
Ever Green Express Chinese & Japanese Cuisine
Not sure what has happened here but food quality has been going down over the past few months. Last visit we ordered House Lo Mein and got angel hair pasta with some meat amd other items thrown in and little flavor. Ate some and threw the rest out. Too bad as they used to be the "go to" in Canandaigua.
I so want to give this 5 stars as it is my family's go to for Chinese food. However, the restaurant clearly needs updating. Looking at the dining area being used for storage for vacuum cleaners, and extra sodas, supplies, etc. is unappealing. I've also noticed a lot of dust and cobwebs. Carpet as others stated seriously needs to be replaced. The owners should really invest back in their restaurant. Service is meh. We've been going here for years and they act like they've never seen you before...though you've been ordering the same thing once a week for years. Its so weird that they don't provide any service, yet are able to maintain being in business. Food is ok. It is a quick trip when rushing after a sporting event/son's game. I agree with the reviews that although told 15-20 minutes, it often ends up being much longer. It is still much better than waiting for a pizza or going out to dinner to sit down and wait. Plenty of parking available. 3 stars as the concerns aren't deal breakers for us and we'll be back.
Tang's Chinese Restaurant
My wife and I have been going here for over a year now. This family run business is very friendly and professional. They are consistent with how they cook their food. We have never been disappointed. I had to leave a review because they deserve it. If you haven't been here before you should try it out. They have great deals, and their lunch specials are only $10. With today's prices of food you can't go wrong with these options they provide. 5/5 star. Well deserved!
A lady served us when we were getting our take out. We think she is the owner as she has her kids with her. She is super friendly and nice to us. We will come back here for sure. The food is so good and people are nice.
Moonstar Restaurant
We had a takeout order of crab rangoons, orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken. The crab rangoons were the best part of the meal, they had a ton of filling with a light crab flavor. The egg roll that came with the orange chicken was okay, but I've had better. Both of the chicken options were horrible though. The chicken itself was of low quality to begin with, but the way it was prepared made it 10 times worse. It had the texture of chicken that had been cooked a day or two ago then reheated for WAY TOO LONG in the MICROWAVE. The chicken was hard, translucent and dry. It cut the roof of my mouth and made my jaw ache from trying to chew it. My husband said the orange chicken was just as bad!
First time here, we have eaten at many Chinese restaurants in Stoughton and Madison and I give this place 5 stars. The food was phenomenal and we had great service. Food was hot and fresh; we dined in. Dining room was clean. The crab Rangoon were completely filled, not those dry ones that have barely any filling and are mostly wonton in all the corners. We won't go anywhere else now. My daughter who is pretty picky (she's 11) loved all of our food and that is a first.
New Garden
I ordered online and they made sure to make exactly what I ordered aswell as add ins. They came super fast and gave napkins and utensils 🙌🏽 if you know a lot of places do not keep and eye for the add ins nor give napkin and utensils 🤣 plus their food was amazing
Been ordering delivery from here past few weeks and I must say it's great always fresh wonton soup great general tso chicken great the crab Rangoon aswell !!! Definitely a little quiet Gem in the city !
Master's Wok Chinese Restaurant
Love the classis Chinese atmosphere. Clean place. Reasonably priced (now days). Decent food, but certainly not the best. I just came back from Hong Kong, so there is no comparison. :) I ordered the Cantonese Pan Fried Noodles. Overall I would eat there again.
The best Chinese restaurant in ages. No fast food, no buffet. Huge portions, super friendly service. The food is always freshly made and they do everything they can to make it the best Chinese anywhere close. Need to update that review. But not 100% to the better. The prices are much higher now which is understandable by the rising cost of ingredients, but charging customers a certain amount for the standard chili paste ( that comes for free everywhere) is a bummer. The service was okay not really bad but could have been a bit more attentative. The food on the other hand was fabulous, fresh and hot and delicious. If just the charging of the condiments would not be.
Great Fortune | Chinese Restaurant
My first time at Kilmarnock and we saw this place and we decided to have dinner here, our waitress was very attentive, I recommend you try the wonton soup it’s so flavorful. The ambiance of the restaurant is good.
Absolutely wonderful late lunch yesterday after a long time without visiting. I was on a first date, told Charlie that I was nervous. He personally waited on our table. 😊 Our meal was delicious and fresh. Charlie and Fiona are wonderful people, they always remember me - even if I have not seen them in ages. ♥️
Lucky 5 Chinese Restaurant
I always enjoy Lucky 5. We eat here probably once every three months. This was on the lunch menu. I got the Kung Pao chicken and lo mein noodles. It came with a spring roll and egg drop soup. No drinks included on the special. It usually comes with fried rice but I paid extra for noodles. The sweet and sour chicken is also very good. The chow mein is amazing. Their cream cheese wontons are also very good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We’ve done take out and eaten in multiple times. They did have a fire in the signage of the business but are still open with a door just south of the main entrance.
This place really exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken and lo mein—both were delicious. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fast. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. It’s definitely one of the best American Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!
