This place isn’t bad at all. Actually very good for the area. What I have a problem with is the service. Saturday afternoon I went to order my pork fried rice and well done chicken wings chopped up and I went to pay with debt card and they told me no debt card only cash. Which wasn’t a problem at all but when I got back to pay one of my co workers used a card and a Spanish lady used a card so therefore I was upset because I don’t lie to be lied too. At this point I feel like this establishment is prejudice to colored people when it comes to using a card. Very upsetting and just turned me off from ordering food here. Change your attitude on how you treat people not everyone is scamming when they want to use a debt card. Disappointed.

So I was still in search of a decent chinese food place in this area and so far this spot is making the cut. I gave their general tso's chicken a try and it wasn’t bad. It was crispy and saucey not dry and stale like other places. You could see the spices on the chunks of chicken. The pork fried rice wasn’t bad but could’ve been fried a bit longer to really bring the flavor out. The portions are pretty satisfying. The delivery was a bit late because they wrote down the address incorrectly and they forgot the damn hot sauce.. but I’ll let that slide. The food made up for those blunders.

Delivery was doubled the time stated: general tso chicken was ordered with white meat and asked to fry hard, this was atrocious! Imagine soggy bread covered in sauce with an extra thin layer of chicken breast hidden in it! Never asked for pork fried rice and wasn’t told it came with it otherwise I would’ve substituted it being I’m allergic to onions which were in abundance in the rice! Egg rolls were as soft as fresh baked bread! No crisp at all! Pork dumplings were decent. Spare ribs (boneless) were also decent. Will not be returning.

The seafood broil was amazing . It was cooked to perfection and it was packed up perfectly so none of the butter spilled out of the bag . The staff and manager were very helpful and friendly . Establishment was very clean and organized . Definitely recommend this restaurant in Tremont .

1st time ordering from here and I am not disappointed everything was fresh and it taste sooooo good rice is very well cooked and most importantly they pay attention to details I requested light onions of my fried rice and they executed.

I had a customized soup request, and they hit it on the head! Not only was it what I wanted, but it was delicious ( For those of you interested, it was a large vegetable soup, with $2 baby shrimp, made extra spicy 🌶)! As for the atmosphere, it was crammed, but it was clean, and there were chairs to sit while they took time to make your order FRESH! Besides, I'm not going for a pretty layout and sucky, overpriced food!! Glad it's close by, because this is now my spot! 😋

Best Chinese in the area. They’re shrimp and fried fish is fresh and well made. (Maybe not flounder but close ) and delicious. Great prices. Fresh food.

We eat at the New Green Dragon at least once a week. Food is always on point. Always fresh large portions. The restaurant itself has a very comfortable atmosphere. All the servers are very friendly and attentive. But I have to say Cindy is the heart of the restaurant!! Always makes you feel like family. Very attentive and knowledgeable always making excellent recommendations spends time at your table….. great personality makes the time there enjoyable. The reason we keep coming back.

I ordered through seamless this was my second time same order half chicken w. Chicken fried rice though it was decent obviously I was fooled. I got my food handlers and from allll that damn studying I know that chicken should never be this PINK! This is nasty 🤮 like never heard of a thermometer for FOOD! Like HELLO! 165 DEGREES!

Food is amazing, serious complements to the chef! The crab rangoons are out of this world. However, I was enjoying my meal of general Taos when I discovered a hair on a piece of broccoli. Although I am disgusted and thoroughly disappointed by this, I will continue being a loyal customer to this establishment.I also will keep recommending this place to other people. We all make mistakes and I understand that, but a hair in a customers food is unacceptable.

The food here is above average, but the atmosphere is chaotic, and the customer service is disappointing. Despite their popularity, the staff seems to lack attention and often serves whoever they want, ignoring others. Not worth the hype for the experience.

I ordered a seafood combination that come with shrimp lobster king crab meat scallops for $18 I called and asked if the crab meat was real king crab meat or imitation crab meat they said it was real king crab meat so I ordered it and got imitation crab meat pin size lobster pieces about 3 exactly how plate for the onions five broccoli pieces and nothing else I called them back to speak to the manager only for them to tell me it’s real king crab meat mixed with flour to keep it for falling apart no refund no exchange. No nothing just lies and scams this is ridiculous. please do not order from this Chinese restaurant big time scammers

definitely lost me as a customer..asked for bbq sauce on my wontons and tell you now they dont put toppings on food..you have to order any sauce on the side and pay extra. These people are the most penny pinching people Ive ever met..their food is definitely not the same anymore, definitely not good anymore and charge way too much. Not to mention the lady always has a nasty attitude

I ordered Pork fried rice with sesame chicken, The porkfried rice didn't tastes bad, because it didn't have any flavor. The sesame chicken, it was ok. But I've had better. I will never order from this place again. Like another reviewer said, you need to fire everyone and get new cooks.

The dude that answers the phone is rude as all hell. Terrible customer service. The guy clearly doesn't understand English. I speak with proper grammar so maybe it threw them off. Who knows? Their menu also claims that they deliver by car. I'm here to let everyone know that is not true. You could live 2 minutes away and they still won't deliver. I was exhausted from work and didn't feel like walking the 4 blocks. I waited over an hour just to be told they don't come my way and they don't drive. They said they have a bicycle. I told them that I'm not trying to hear none of that because I've ordered from there before. Besides, their menu says they deliver by car. They said I'm too far which is a lie. They're only 5 minutes away from my house. Also, I live in a private house on a pretty decent block so it can't be my address. I've ordered from this place several times and all of a sudden they can't deliver my food? I made it clear to the dude on the phone that I'm going to give them a bad review. Here it is. Oh and yes, that's my finger in the photo because I had to point out that their menu says they deliver by car. This restaurant is a hot mess. ✌🏻

I ordered from here a while back and I don't eat pork or chicken because I have allergies to it I pacifically Asked for shrimp fried rice with beef and broccoli when my food got here I received a totally different order from what I expected. I tried to call back and tell them that my order was wrong but they never answered the phone it took them over 20 minutes to answer. Not to mention it took almost 40 minutes to deliver my food and I live five blocks away from the restaurant.

I ordered pork egg foo young and rib tips on the A and B special. Extremely disappointing, I called to let the restaurant know the egg foo young omelet was undercooked & the sauce was watery, the guy who took the order instructed me to add SOY SAUCE, to thicken the sauce???? No suggestion to bring the food back or offer an exchange. Really, think twice or three times before ordering from here. I have ordered from here before and never had an issue, I'm sad no exchange was offered. I did inform them that I live in the area and never experienced the food to taste as horrible as it was today. Bad day, no offer to fix the order, makes bad business !!!!
