I ordered from here a while back and I don't eat pork or chicken because I have allergies to it I pacifically Asked for shrimp fried rice with beef and broccoli when my food got here I received a totally different order from what I expected. I tried to call back and tell them that my order was wrong but they never answered the phone it took them over 20 minutes to answer. Not to mention it took almost 40 minutes to deliver my food and I live five blocks away from the restaurant.

I ordered pork egg foo young and rib tips on the A and B special. Extremely disappointing, I called to let the restaurant know the egg foo young omelet was undercooked & the sauce was watery, the guy who took the order instructed me to add SOY SAUCE, to thicken the sauce???? No suggestion to bring the food back or offer an exchange. Really, think twice or three times before ordering from here. I have ordered from here before and never had an issue, I'm sad no exchange was offered. I did inform them that I live in the area and never experienced the food to taste as horrible as it was today. Bad day, no offer to fix the order, makes bad business !!!!

If I could give zero stars it would be zero.dont eat there ever I will tell you why it might be the day I was there it happened but I can only imagine it's more than once.so I ordered a half chicken and vegetables fried rice for my wife I went next door to get pizza.i came back just in time to witness the lady taking a bucket that looks like soy sauce.it was a little in the bucket so she poured it in the pot that they put soy sauce then she put the bucket in a big boiling pot and scoop a little water in rinse bucket and poured in the pot of soy sauce then she picks up a dirty rag and wash it in the same pot she wash the bucket then she puts her hand in and start removing pots from same pot she got water for soy sauce and she's doing this right in front of me without trying to disguise anything.the worse is when I saw her went to make my wife rice with that soy sauce I almost puke.dont ever eat there they are 100% nasty they make me put a hold on eating Chinese food anymore

Love the rectangle container at lunch time, reasonable choices and cost. Unlike the other cheapskate places that gives you small round container for lunch and no soda neither...I also missed call in delivery and the driver came by again. For some reason someone mentioned bad customer service but I haven't experienced this. PS I posted the menu since there was no picture of it with my $14 meal. 12.30.18

They like to charge tips on deliveries that wasn't authorized on card the day after ordering from them. Beware if you call them on this they act like they can't refund your money so you have to dispute it with your card holder and wait days for your refund.
