It's definitely an all-time favorite of mine! I love this place, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff is always very nice. My personal favorite is the Pan Fry Noodle Shanghai Style!!! I can't get enough of this dish. It has so much, and I can almost always get 2 meals (lunch and dinner) out of 1 order. Had dental surgery needed just some soup got egg drop and hard noodles that come with it got home put the noodles in the soup and there were little black bugs all in the soup from the noodles. Worst experience ever! Never can bring myself to here again. Service was a refund if I would like to order something else I would need to pay for it HA,HA,HA LOL ummm no thank u I just can not ever do this nasty place. I have photos but nowhere to post them.

Team was very organized and worked great together, food came out great, but that didnt come easy Tatiana was very unwilling to work with me on my catering order to the point after going back and forth to get my food she finally called it a "one time exeption". Out of all the places ive lived, and this probably being the 8th panda that ive localed, I've never had to deal with this anywhere else, most managers have been more than willing to work with allergies and requests. Truly understand if I were ordering a plate and asking if I can change the order for everyone else, but this is something that only I am ordering.

This is by far the best panda express in town! My food was hot and fresh and there was a huge line and they were able to get me my food fast!

We ordered the family meal deal and the containers were barely over half filled. So I'd say we literally got cheated at least a third of our family meal which was $37.

The food was good as always the reason for only 2 stars was due to the condition of the restaurant the place was filthy when we walked in. There was food all over the floor and most tables hadn't been cleaned. This could be due to a rush but the management should know better then to have two employees sitting at one of the only clean tables enjoying their lunch. Cleanliness should come before breaks especially when they had people unable to sit down. Also the employees didn't seem to happy to be at work. An it's annoying when I have to ask for a fortune cookie an soy sauce. Those should be a given in a place like this.

The Orange chicken is amazing as many others have reviewed. The service has always been friendly and quick. I’m not the biggest fan of their egg drop or egg rolls. I will try their hot and sour next time. A little pricey but worth it and the drive!

Believe the reviews of the orange chicken… it’s worth the drive even if you do t live on this side of town. Priced right too… $10 for lunch-sized portion and a soup with roll.

We went in there about 5:30 PM this afternoon and that was about three customers in front of us and we were behind them. There was a guy and girl working there in the front and all they were doing was giggling and talking about their personal lives they were rude. They didn’t apologize and they didn’t even knowledge us. The customers in front of us finally got impatient and walked out. We finally did two after 10 minutes. I believe it’s And rude and we will no longer be using that location.

Very rude employees. 1.5 hrs before closing time and only 3 dishes on the bar. I ordered and was told that I'd have to wait for the 3rd dish to be made. I said ok thinking they weren't going to make any extra, but I was wrong. They gave me 2 orders of old orange chicken and 1 of fresh, but then dumped a massive dish into serving bar. So why the hell didn't they give me all 3 fresh? Price was not worth it for the low quality food or service. It was my first time eating here so unfortunately it will also be my last time. So sad.

Not sure what exactly it is, but got home after picking up our food and found a chunk of metal buried in the bourbon chicken. Very disappointed. Their customer service is usually excellent, but whoever is doing the actual cooking needs to pay better attention!

After an incorrect order, I called the restaurant to cancel it. The employee put me on a 4-5 minute hold, so the boss could finish what they were doing and resolve my issue. After thirty minutes of waiting, nobody had picked the phone back up. After hanging up and recalling this location, I was told to contact the company's customer service and that the restaurant couldn't help me.

Been a while since we have been here but have been going to this location since it opened and it had always been delicious, always busy so when we went tonight at 7:30 and it was completely empty we knew something was wrong, got the same dishes we always did and it was mediocre. Our food was ready in under three minutes, saw the cook just dishing it out from big containers. Not fresh cooked and mixed in the wok like it used to be. There was several small hard pieces of burnt meat in my bowl. Needless to say we were very disappointed and won’t be returning.

It has been a long time since I have been to Pei Wei. The other location cooking area was so dirty that I stopped eating at any Pei Wei locations. It was next door to a store that I was shopping in, so I decided to give Pei Wei another chance. Gluten free, vegetarian and kid's menu options are absolutely available. There are more options on the restaurant's menu than on the website. Clean restaurant and cooking area. Good customer service. However, I ordered a very spicy Kung Pao Shrimp and it had way too many carrots in it, just a few shrimp. In addition, ordered a kid's meal and meal had to be remade because it contained wrong protein. Will I be back to any Pei Wei? Probably not. Pei Wei seems to have lost its appeal. Perhaps you'll have a better experience than I have. Best of luck to you!

The first time Panda Express eater; I'm very impressed with the cuisine behind the glass of the cafeteria style serving system. The parking lot and inside of the building was incredibly clean considering the amount of customers flooding through the doors and drive thru! It also has 24 hour surveillance system that notifies the parking lot that it's there lol! But you're Safe! My wife said she gives it 4/5 stars, as do I! Such amazing food thanks!

Great food but Eubank location is very scary at night. Security guard roaming-good! But management slowing things down to take complaints from customers. Manager stated slow the line down so I can speak to angry man?

We've been getting takeout from Dragon Wok for 5+ years now. I'm pretty surprised to read some of the negative reviews because we've never had any problems in all those years. I think the issue is that people are confused about what kind of restaurant this is? It's a typical small, almost hole-in-the-wall, American-style Chinese restaurant with all the standard dishes you'd expect. This restaurant is not for super authentic ethnic cuisine or clever fusion takes on old favorites; we're talking a CHINESE TAKEOUT restaurant here. The kind you grew up with in the 80s and 90s, getting on the way home on soccer practice or to celebrate a good report card. You never eat there, and you never stray too far from your favorites. But it's clean, has friendly service, competitive prices, and is in a convenient part of town. Over the years we've ordered the super standards (generals/orange/sesame/sweet and sour chickens, beef and broccoli, curries, etc) and gotten exactly what you'd expect. Salty, sweet, hot, tasty, crunchy comfort takeout goodness. I also like the garlic dishes and stringbean dishes, either with chicken or beef. The fried rice is actually a little lighter than I've seen in the past, and generous with meat if you order that variety. The egg rolls are completely average, which is to say EXACTLY what you should expect for a place like this: oily but not too oily, crispy, and little heavy on the dough and cabbage. But, that's pretty much every cheap eggroll I've ever had. And to be honest, I'm probably selling the place short. There are a lot of things on the menu that I haven't tried. But when it's my Friday off and I've cued up a a bunch of episodes of something I've been waiting to watch, you can't beat a cold drink and one of the lunch specials. I posted some pics from out latest takeout: Generals chicken, garlic chicken, and curry beef. All tasty and exactly what we expected.

The food here is amazing, quite possibly the best in Albuquerque. This used to be our go-to Chinese restaurant, but the service is so terrible these days, I won’t be back. I don’t know what’s happened, but they’re so slow now, and they seem to prioritize orders from delivery apps over regular customers. Not long ago, your food was ready minutes after placing an online order. The past four times, I’ve had to wait upwards of 40 minutes after arriving. It’s good food, but it’s not worth the trouble.

I love the food, fried rice is better then anywhere. It’s a long drive across town from my house but we do the drive for take out they are super friendly, Needs an update but hell I’m not here to look at the wall

Awesome food by a friendly family owned business! We came in about 45 minutes before close time. The family was extremely friendly, happily took our orders and talked to us while we waited. Don't be discouraged by the external appearance as the restaurant has been open since 1984 (may be 1994? Can't remember exactly which year). We briefly could see into the kitchen and it looked spotless. I had no concerns for the safety of the food. The food was delicious and freshly cooked! The serving size is generous for the amount you pay. We will definitely be returning!

This no my regular location to go, was passing by. Ordered through app. Food was ready when arrived. Ate inside the store, great friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Decent plate portions

I went through the Drive thru, checked my order when got home and noticed that the bowls were half full. Called the store and spoken with Leesha. She is very unprofessional, I requested to speak with a manager and she put me on hold and came back on the line stating she was the manager. The service is terrible. Will not recommend. Not acceptable for the portion.

I purchased a plate half super greens and steamed rice with mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli 🥦. The rice was clumpy the greens were not fresh the beef was salty and the mushroom chicken was not fresh either I hope if I go back it's better

It is in a mall food court, but I ask to sample one of the meats and they said they no longer provide samples. I've been to plenty other Panda Express that do allow that. Food was just okay. Servers seemed annoyed to be there. Just okay.
