Good portions and friendly staff, but today my fried rice had a bizarre, burnt plastic taste and smell. This apparently is due to improper storage, cooking, or age. Normally the food is good, but wasting all this really sucks. It's something you only notice after you pay and leave

The food tasted raw and I have orders drinks as well the cups color dyes your hands.

Friendly staff. Not much seating available. Food tasted good and was handed out pretty much instantly. They warned me about their new spicy orange Chicken but it wasn’t that spicy. Pretty much like their regular orange Chicken.

I ate here out of sheer desperation. It was the only real option for hot food. It was 4pm, they were out of maybe 1/3 of the dishes. The kung pao chicken tasted like there were a lot of burnt bits in it, which indicated to me that they were not good about cleaning out their crockery between cooking batches. Everything was bland and/or too salty. The staff looked and sounded like they really did not want to be there and didn't like other human beings very much - understandable, but didn't add to the experience. If you want a quick meal that's sorta warm and don't care about taste nor service, this could work for you.

Great atmosphere friendly staff. My Last and I came in for A Dine in Visit and Enjoyed each other's company as well as The Panda Express Experience. ( Not trade marked yet) Contact me if your decide to make a campaign out of the name there.

Waited in the drive through for almost 15 mins with only 2 cars a head of us on top of waiting for the order to be taken we had to wait another 20 mins for our food! We were told that we were waiting for fresh chicken but when our food came let’s say it was not fresh. The people who walked in to the restaurant were walking out faster than the the people in the drive through.

Whoever cooking the chow mein needa chill on the onions I got a bigger plate.

We drive past two other Pandas to go to this one . Most of the time they get the order correct which is what you would expect. However the one time they got it very wrong they stepped up and owned it and went out of their way to make it right. From management to the young lady that handled the replacement order were absolutely fantastic. It's only fast food and not that serious but being I've worked in Restaurant management previously I must say good job

Never again will I go to Panda Express. My family and I go all the time. For them to refuse me going to the restroom. Unacceptable. Very rude employees. Purchased a soda and yet they wanted to serve me themselves. Just to use the bath as a diabetic.

The young lady working this evening (7pm, 04/05/25) was an absolute delight. I went through the drive thru. She is absolutely a beautiful soul. If I find her name on the receipt I will edit the review later. She made me smile so big during our transaction I had to leave a review.

The workers are nice, the place is clean it’s just when I order chow mein I get more vegetables than soup.

Ordered through app. Some menu items were not available to me. Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Food wasn’t quite right. The Chow Mein was luke warm and did not taste right. The Black Pepper steak meat was not of good quality meat.

This is the worst Panda Express near my house. Whenever I go there's always something off. Recently they served three meals with burnt chow mein. We took these to go and didn't know until we got home. Today they are out of teriyaki chicken. Sitting in the waiting area it's not that busy before the dinner rush hour. You would think they would have plenty of food ready to go. The dining room smells like a wet mop bucket.

Avoid this Panda Express. My go-to is Teriyaki Chicken. However, after I ordered it, I saw that the chicken was burnt. They were still going to serve it to me. No thanks! I remarked to the woman, "No, this chicken is burnt." Sge just shrugged. I still wanted something to eat, so I ordered the orange chicken, which was visibly passable. I have the Panda Express app on my phone so I launch it to scan for my points. A person, who I suppose is the manager runs up to tell me that they are a licensee and don't accept the app. Panda would be wise to pull their license altogether. They certainly are not going to build any loyalty for them.

I ordered a medium drink she gave me a small. I told her she says that’s a medium. I’ve been to several PE and I know I got a small. Beijing beef is burnt. Altogether employee need to learn customer service.

I have twice now had the experience of arriving at this restaurant 15-20 minutes before closing time only to find the restaurant and drive through closed. I would understand closing early to save money if it is slow. However, both times there was still a crew inside. This implies to me lazy workers who want to be paid until close but not stay a moment after close if a customer shows up. It makes me wonder if they cut corners on close, what else do they cut corners on? Is the food safe and of good quality? It also makes me never want to go here again.

My wife and I went to this location at 8.50 on a Saturday night for dinner. We went to the drive through and they already turned on the box to say they were closed. All the light were on and ppl inside eating. We pulled up to windows and got mean looks from the staff. We read the times and the sticker said they close at 10 pm. Thinking the speaker was broken We went park and go in to eat. As soon as we park one of the staff member ran to the door and locked it just as we were about to walk in. Just rude... I'd they had an issue with this store at least they should have put up signs and communicated the problem. I will never come back to this location.

This wasn't my favorite visit, I've had better. I agree with the other reviewers that the girls working here could use some customer service training and etiquette. Also, the last couple of times I came to this location, I noticed that the food was lukewarm. It seemed like the staff was struggling a bit to keep up with orders, even though there weren't a lot of customers. I have a feeling that this location is going downhill. The portions were good size though, I'll give them that at least.

I don't recommend this location at all. I hate giving 1-star reviews, but Panda Express (in my opinion) is mediocre at best, but when it's coupled with lackluster service and a messy lobby it makes it 10-times more egregious. My recent visit wasn't great. The Staff didn't have it together and the server was struggling to get simple orders correct. The lobby was kinda mess and it wasn't that busy. Also the bathrooms were not to the highest standard. As mentioned the food was "ok", but that's not a reason to go by. Update: Had to go again last night. It still is not great. I wish I could do negative stars.

Sign on the outside is a little aged, implying the food might be it so great, but the opposite is true! Food is first class, around lunchtime, everything is fresh, just made. Everything I had was fresh: Beef Broccoli, Peanut Chicken is outstanding. Everything is super tasty. Really worth a visit. Big shopping lot parking lot.

Grabbed a to go plate for my loves lunch, and all the food was fresh and hot 🔥 . So, Glade, we still have China Buffet here in Los Lunas. Thank you guys 😊 pleased as always !
