First time here and it was actually recommended by a sweet old lady I was speaking to on a train ride back from NYC. I bookmarked it and made sure that I would visit since it’s not far from where I live and where I usually hang out. Walked in on a Thursday night and while the dining room wasn’t busy, there were quite a few people waiting for their takeout orders. Dining room was clean and and well-kept and since it only had a couple of occupied tables, it was quiet. I’d imagine this place gets packed with patrons during lunch considering Metropark is within a half mile and is probably busy Friday nights too. I grabbed a takeout menu and briefly looked it over. I noticed there were no dinner combo specials and decided to double-check with the host and see if there was an incremental charge to make the lunch combo a dinner combo. Host said they do not offer dinner combos and I would have to order a quart of what I wanted. No biggie. Since I haven’t had Chinese food in a while, I was craving some chicken and broccoli with white rice (I usually go with the brown but wanted some Jasmine rice), and fried/steamed chicken dumplings, which they had. Man what a great dinner! The chicken and broccoli was cooked perfectly and was still hot by the time I got home. I laid it on top of the steamed rice and enjoyed every bite. I finished the entire quart in one sitting including the steamed chicken dumplings. The chicken and broccoli was TOTALLY worth it but to be honest, I was hoping the dumplings were going to be the bigger versions stuffed with chicken. The cost of those dumplings didn’t really add up and I felt like they were the wholesale club version. All-in-all I will definitely return for takeout!

I was soooooo excited to eat some delicious dumplings - pork dumplings were great and absolutely loved the sesame wontons!! Beef chow fun was excellent, really enjoyed the thick noodles. The chicken and garlic came with tons of veggies, and can't go wrong with sautéed green beans. The chicken Pad Thai was delicious, a sizable portion that will last us two meals. Everything was great! Seasoned perfectly, flavorful and not overly salty, very delicious!

The food tastes even better than it looks. Phenomenal service that’s accommodating but not overbearing. The vibes of the restaurant are also very welcoming and the decor is beautiful. I’ve found my new favorite chaat spot!

Started the new year with amazingly delicious food. We went to the restaurant for Chat and it was really good. Full marks to the chef.

The place is spacious and neat. Friendly staff and very attentive cleaning up the empty plates from the table. Food came out pretty fast. Portions of the food were decent size. Decent Malaysian/Thai cuisine.

This place is my favorite restaurant in Marietta Georgia. Looks like it will be here as well. Service was served with smiles and our orders came out ready to fill our tummies. So yummy. Will be going to sleep very good this evening 😂

Horrible pricing. They charge $10 for 2 pieces of Gulab Jamun, $5 per naan, you pay extra for rice that should come with your $20 butter chicken. The pics I added, $10 for each. Absolute joke

One of the best Indian restaurants that I’ve been to NJ so far. The service was impeccable and the food was stupendous. Not 100% thrilled about the service charge of 18%, but the food and service makes up for it.

my favorite take out restaurant in town. It’s very affordable . They have lots of options like sushi rolls, bento boxes, all kinds of Chinese and Malaysia food to choose from. Best thing is they deliver! I would highly recommend this one to anyone.

At Shogun Wok, I love indulging in their flavorful fried noodles and savory Curry Shrimp. The staff exudes friendliness, the cuisine is authentically delicious, and the prices are surprisingly affordable, making it my go-to dining spot since my first visit.

This restaurant is a new addition to the plaza, and we were curious to try it out. The owners also run Wu's Fish House next door, and they share the same kitchen. We ordered crab roe soup dumpling buns and crab roe tofu over rice. While waiting, we were given appetizers: peanuts, pickled radishes, and marinated cloud ears, with the latter standing out the most. After a lengthy wait, I asked about our order, and the waitress apologized, explaining they had limited cooks. We finally received the crab roe tofu over rice, which my husband and I shared. The flavor was delicious, but the mushy rice was disappointing. It was also puzzling that our appetizers were served after our main entree. We waited a while, sipping on $3 tea, before the waitress brought out the soup dumplings. The dumplings were very good, with on-point flavor. I recommend not using the fish sauce, as it disrupts the delicate taste. The skin was thicker than expected, but the dumplings were still sublime. Although the restaurant offers more than just crab roe dishes, we focused on these for our first visit. We were quite happy with our selections. Here are our ratings: - Crab roe soup buns: 4/5 stars - Crab roe tofu over rice: 4/5 stars - Service: 3.5/5 stars - Atmosphere: 3.5/5 stars Overall, we give this place 4/5 stars and plan to revisit to try other dishes.

What we ordered: Crab roe soup buns Crab roe over rice Crab roe over noodles Crab roe & pork pan-fried buns Scallion oil noodles (tastes like lo mein or pansit canton) Side dishes are free with unlimited refills, including mushrooms, radish, nuts, and sauce. We visited on a Sunday with a party of four and were seated immediately. The service was excellent—there was a slight language barrier, but it didn’t hinder the overall experience. All in all what we loved and will recommend: Drinks - Passionfruit lemonade soda Crab roe & pork pan-fried bun CRAB ROE SOUP BUNS 👌🏼

We are originally from Calcutta and we wanted to try this place. We were not disappointed. It’s a take out only place. The taste is not exactly like Kolkata’s Tangra Chinese but it’s really good! We ordered lunch special Chilly Chicken and Chicken Manchurian and loved the taste. Will be back soon.

In one word this restaurant is awesome 👌. Although the place might seem like a regular Chinese food outlet, the lady is actually from Tangra, Kolkata and they prepare authentic Indo Chinese food whatever possible to get around this place. The taste of food is very close to Kolkata Chinese food. This is mainly a take away place but you are free to eat there as well. The place is small but clean and well maintained. The lady gave us a very hearty welcome. She is personally taking care of every customer's preference. We are very hopeful to visit the place again.

I was very happy to find this place. I was very hungry in an unknown area, googled Chinese food near me, and this place popped up. Since it had a good rating, I decided to give it a try. The place was clean, the service was great. The lunch specials were priced well, and the food was delicious. Not salty and greasy, like unfortunately many Chinese takeout places are. The fried rice was very good, the broccoli super fresh…

7/27/24 The food was very plan!! Do not order the chicken wings It says 6 for $6 they where literally 3 wings cut into 6 pieces they are tasteless. Pork fried rice was just Gresy very little pork and again tasteless. Cold sesame noodles just noodles just a drop of the sesame. Chicken teriyaki on a stick was so dry it was like beef jerky. I would not recommend this place. unless you like very plain expensive food.

Pretty good, standard American Chinese food. Portions similar to everywhere else. Will be the place we go to now since the last place changed management and quality. We split a sesame chicken and egg roll. The sauce was pretty good, sweet, and some pieces were a little chewier than others, but no complaints. The egg roll and white rice tastes like everywhere else. If you're not too picky, give it a try. We're going to try other items next tome too to see. Eating out is expensive so we don't eat out often. Came to about $19.50 before tip.

We've dined in and had take out from here and we've never been disappointed. It's quick, delicious and they're always so friendly!

The best authentic Taiwanese food in the area. The food was delicious and very well presented. Very reasonable prices. The building exterior does not jump out as someplace that you want to spend your hard earned money at, but ignore it's age. The food is excellent and the staff are very attentive! I highly recommend that you stop in if you are in the area. There is no hostess so you either need to seat yourself or just flag down one of the waitresses. Delicious food. Fast service. Great spot to eat!

I honestly don’t get why this place has such low ratings. The food is absolutely amazing and super affordable. The flavors are so authentic, and there’s this homemade vibe that makes you feel like you’re eating at someone’s kitchen table. If you’re craving real Taiwanese food, this is the spot. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!

Jjambbong with extra peppers is amazing. You can taste a smoky and spicy seafood jjambbong, so I like to come here when I need some spicy food to release my stress.

Veg dine in review. Food is really good. Yumm. Service was not bad. Tandoori Soya chaap - found reviews praising it and was really nice. Navratna Korma as it was as first dishin menu and turned out to be creamy and good. Its expected to be on a little sweeter side. I think was perfect. Garlic naans were nice and perfect. Desserts: Menu doesn't have all options. Ask staff and they will guide you to display. - falooda was good. - rasmalai tresleche was okayish. Found very sweet. Afternoon/Lunch can be a bad experience on a sunny day if you sit on a wrong table. Suggestion: water is served only when requested. Should be default on table. No mouth freshner. Overall nice and will return for sure. Food is good 🤗😋

Here is my complete review. I have been to this place couple of times. Positive: 1) Food taste is good and my family enjoyed it 2) Quality of food and Service was fast Needs improvement: 1) Food quantity is less for the price we spent and felt expensive. 2) Ambience is bad, during the afternoon times we felt hot inside, propbaly the AC was not maintained correctly. 3) Tables are not properly cleaned and it’s kind of sticky when our hands are placed on table. 4) Plates, water jugs are not clean. And plastic cups for drinking water looks cheap. Attached photos of it. 5) There are no table papers or clothes kept on table to keep the plates and I suggest if management can improve on it that would be great and added advantage. Overall giving the rating 4 because end of the day felt that had a good food even though its little expensive for the ambience and quantity of food.
