I love Lucky State in berlin! Little did i know this place was owned by the people that use to own young chow! This is the best salt pepper shrimp ever! They made it just for me 😭😭😭 As delicious as i remember!

This is our go-to place for Chinese food. The owners are super friendly and only after a few visits knew who I was and are always accommodating. Reasonably priced and high quality, reliable favorite dishes. Try Lucky State, you will not be disappointed!

If I could leave negative stars I would....we ordered regular egg roll because my wife is DEATHLY allergic to shellfish. What did they send her...a shrimp egg roll. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

My chicken fried rice was not cooked properly. The chicken looked like it was boiled and the rice was almost white. I ordered two vegetable egg rolls and they sent me two vegetable spring rolls that were very oily. It’s been a lot of years since I’ve ordered from China kitchen but it’s not as good as I remember. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

We always love our experience at Ginger House. Last night was a slightly extra enjoyable. The food was spectacular, and the server was quick and friendly!! Friendly always seems to elevate the food experience. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful meal at ginger house . The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and service!

Won't be back! The portion sizes are excellent for the amount of food you get. The problem is the food. I got home and took my food out of the bag, everything looked disgusting. My Yat Gaw Mein was partially white, My cheesesteak egg rolls had more cabbage than cheesesteak in them, and the worst of all was the shrimp and broccoli. It was a large bowl of broccoli and thick brown gravy and onions. I've had brown sauce with shrimp and broccoli but never brown gravy. The shrimp were tiny and almost rubbery when you chewed them. The customer service was great, but the food was disgusting. I will not eat from here again!

The food was very good but I want everyone to know that I have been going there for years my parents ate there and I loved it when I was younger .yes Danny's a great place to get Chinese food.

Always come here and get the same exact thing all the time , chicken egg foo young , fried rice no gravy. That’s my order every time , I never get white rice . Just last week I placed my order in person and I never check the food but something this time told me to and when I did it was white rice, so I turned around to let them know the mistake and they gladly fixed it. Today I order the same other over the phone, I didn’t check the order because I was in a bit of a rush today and wasn’t able to check it until I got to work. Found out that I got white rice instead of fried white. When I called the store , the store said I order white rice , I told him you saw my face I never order white rice even when you messed up on a order I returned it for fried rice , why today would you think that, but instead of being apologetic about the era , I was hit with a next time you order remind me and that completely tunred me off , knowing how much I come here and spend money only to receive this type of service is not a shocker just a let down

My order was prepared correctly and hot upon delivery. Very tasty and fresh. I loved the extra vegetables with my order. My shrimp pad thai was great.

I brought shrimp egg foo young last night, and I couldn’t eat it because the shrimp was Spoiled. This is the second time that I had a bad experience with Sunny’s carry out. I won’t be eating there again.

This place never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service is top-notch—fast, friendly, and efficient. Whether I'm in a rush or looking for a healthy, satisfying meal, this is my go-to spot. Five years of dining here, and it's still just as amazing as day one!

Not a bad experience, but not great. The food was all somewhat bland and salty, but the proteins were cooked decently and it was the only place still open that night. The crab fried rice was probably the most bland, but worse– the rice was undercooked and had too much of an unpleasant crunch. All of the rice didn't taste of really anything, and it had that undercooked texture throughout (despite the white rice being separate and the fried rice should have been cooked twice). Our jiaozi were fried too hard, to the point of having bitter, burnt bits on every dumpling that tasted far beyond caramelized. Every dish needed a healthy dose of more seasoning (and less salt) and more appropriate cook times, but it was all still edible and we didn't feel like going though the hassle of raising a fuss about it with Uber Eats.

First time ordering from this establishment and I have to say that I actually enjoyed it. The wings and vegetables with shrimp was a hit for me..definitely will be going back. Price was a little on the high side otherwise I would've given it a 5 🌟

SMH. Stomach wasn't right and in the bathroom 15 min after eating some of this. Maybe I got them on a Bad Day. This was some Rough-Tasting Old Skool Chinese Food. I don't want any Asian food for a while and I Love Chinese. 2 stars instead of 1 bec eggroll was tasty, Food actually did not look bad (albeit DRY as hell) when I took it out the bag, shrimp in dish were a decent size, and the portion was large...but this *Hong Kong~Chinese Dive is Not for me. Started off on the wrong foot though. Called to place an order because my 2 regular Chinese Food spots were closed. Asian male on phone was rude & nasty. Seemed like he could take or leave my business. I was trying to ask him could I pay over the phone he cut me off said "Must See Card OK Bring In To Swipe!" and hung up on me abruptly. A Friend of mines was out and decided to go in and order because I was turned off and gave up. Friend brought me a shrimp lol mein (yes I meant LOL instead of LO) combination plate/dinner. Lo mein + rice DRY with grease settled to the bottom of food container. Old, stale, bad, grease/lard? aftertaste in my mouth. Sad fried rice flavorless w/4 veg & a couple tiny not so fresh tasting nor smelling mini pork chunks taste like they just threw it together. Thick yak mein type lo-mein noodles stuck together. Rice & lo mein tasted like old grease. Lo mein so salty it was nearly inedible. Lo mein was as sweet as cotton candy; tasted like garlic, soy sauce, & sugar. Some super salty shrimp thrown on top yet no more throughout dish. Egg roll not bad but mostly tasteless until I got to the end then a salt bomb; at least it was crispy and not too much grease. Due to the Sucky Customer Service and Food which Was Not Good, I will have to pass on this 1. I ate as much as I could bec I was hungry and felt bad wasting my friend's money but most of this went STRAIGHT to The TRASH. There's WAY BETTER out here...AND NICER.āœŒļø

Do NOT order food from here even if it’s the last place on Earth. The food is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I found a dead worm inside of my lo mein and took it back to the store and the workers gaslit me and said no that’s just part of the noodles that are overcooked. I WAS SHOCKED. The staff is absolutely disrespectful, racist and just plain RUDE. The woman who works at this place is very unprofessional and rude and nasty and doesn’t know how to speak to others. If I was able to give this place a -5 star review I would. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Just ordered a regular sized Mongolian beef in theypiled onions and green peppers at the top of the dish and left me with a little bit of beef at the bottom I just paid $24.75 for this meal and two egg rolls that weren't even fresh I will not order here again very unhappy customer

How in the world does this place have so many good reviews ????? The food is mediocre for the location it's in with so much foot traffic. I bought the beef and broccoli with white rice the sauce was way to thick and lacked good quality, the beef was that chewy beef and the white rice was WAAY UNDER COOKED or they added way too much water it was mushy and soggy and so bland that i couldn't even eat it. Rice should be tender not sticky. On a good note the lady working there was accommodating and nice and she replaced the rice. I gotta give this place one star based on the quality and pricing it's way overpriced for such poor quality food.

Came here for dim sum and it was scrumptious! Service was excellent - staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. It was very authentic, just like in Hong Kong. Decor is nice and the atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable and happy. Wish we lived in Baltimore so we can come here regularly!

First time visit. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food cart came out quickly and portion sizes were great. Taste was solid aswell, everything was hot. Definitely easy to over order due to the huge portions. All day Dim sum is a great selling point non morning people.

Here’s the short version: The food was wonderfully flavorful. A lot of cilantro and chili oil, so keep that in mind if you’re among the ā€œtastes like soapā€ or anti-lipids crowd. Here’s the long version: We ordered 1) Soft Tofu Rice Noodles with pork 2) Roasted Pork Belly Ramen 3) Spicy Garlic Cucumber Salad 4) Sesame Balls 5) Yunnan Puer Hot Tea Pot 6) Xiao Long Bao 1) the soft tofu rice was delicious. Slightly sweet, faintly spicy, cilantro and chili oil heavy. If you’re like my wife, you’re fishing every morsel out of the broth and savoring the flavor. If you’re like me, you’re drinking the stuff by the end of the meal. The Tofu was soft (rather than the typical blocks of tofu) in an appetizing way, and it made for a good mixture/medley. 2) My ramen was also fantastic. I’m a fan of spicy, and I’m a fan of ramen. The noodles got pretty soft before I finished the soup, so keep that in mind if you have a texture sensitivity. I thought it was delicious, but if youre a save-the-best for last type and have a texture preference, you might have to tackle that part first. Same goes for the roasted pork. 3) Cucumber salad cut the flavors really well. It was a pleasant little palate cleanser. 4) Yes. Sweet, chewy but firm, excellent flavor profile. A lovely dessert pastry. We were scraping honey off of the plate. Ask me if I’m ashamed. (No) 5) We were warned that the tea would be sour. I guess? It tasted more like unsweetened green tea. Tasted wonderful to me, and sugar was an option to add. 6) I mean.. soup dumplings. They were perhaps somewhat small? I’d still say they were worth it flavor wise if you’re not doing a cost-value analysis (which I often am). Delightful food. Great presentation. Kind staff. 5/5 will eat again.

This was our second time here and both experiences were excellent! The service is great and the food is so good. The lemongrass pork and shrimp dumplings are a favorite. The long green pepper with pork was spicy and flavorful, perfect with the rice. The Kunming style sticky rice cakes were some of the best rice cakes I've had anywhere. They were soft but still chewy and the sauce was sweet and savory. Don't forget to try the pumpkin cakes for dessert!

In the course of two days, we came to this restaurant twice! The setting of Tea Horse is gorgeous, newly renovated and with creative integrations of Chinese culture and modernness. We ordered a sweet and spicy soup, and to start off, it was delicious. I’ve been to restaurants where the soup is too watery and has no flavor, but this soup is authentic and the tofu is soft and silky. Next, the spicy beef tripe also met our standards. it was flavorful, with just the right amount of spice, and chewy beef tripe. For veggies, we ordered stir fried green beans, and when I say that they are DELICIOUS, they really are. The toasted mustard stems and minced meat bring out so much flavor and the green beans themselves are extremely crunchy. Finally, the fried pork kidneys were here. Unexpectedly soft but crisp on the outside, the pork kidneys were simply amazing. Complemented with bok choy, wood ear mushrooms, and spicy sauce, the dish is scrumptious. And don’t be afraid: even though pork kidneys sounds scary, don’t worry, it’s so delicious and you’ll forget about what it is entirely.

Amazing. The crispy spicy shrimp was great, so crispy so tender and flavorful. The green beans, man that was the best execution I’ve ever seen. The pork bits and the dryness of the beans were flawless. Egg tomato was nice, really tender and balanced sweet flavor. The rice was super good, great texture and moist. the spicy beef soup was a bit too strong for me Cool vibes and decor. Nice lazy susan, and place mats. And the detail of the wooden chairs and the door ways and open windows, lovely. And the tea map was fun. Great atmosphere overall
